We also had them repaint our front door. Good communication throughout the whole process, fast responses and everyone on the team was very professional. The price was competitive and very fair. The finished paint job and stucco repair were great. Clean lines and the new paint makes our house look cleaner and modern. Everything was done in just four days between two people. They cleaned everything up nicely too. Would recommend. Edited to add: Since the front door paint was still wet when they left, we didn't catch this during the walk through, but the front door was not able to close properly after the paint job. My husband had to redo some of the weather stripping (?) around the door so it could close. Some of the paint came off when the door was closed, even though it was dry and more than 8 hrs had passed since they left. We will need to apply some touch up paint ourselves, as well as redo one of the gutters. For some reason the front door sticks a lot now when we try to open it. The paint seems to try to stick to the inner edge of the door frame and the paint is already coming off there. Not a huge deal and I'll still keep it at 4 stars bc of the price and overall work. I just wanted to mention it bc not everything was perfect. These were the things we found out after I wrote the initial review.

Jose is extremely trustworthy. He noticed issues they could not have seen until they dug into the details. He didn't mask dry rot and paint over it, he made clear recommendations and explained to me why they would need more time and effort verifying I was ok with the additional effort. In most cases I honestly think he underquoted me. They completely rebuilt our porch banister because of severe dry rot and his concern if our dogs or child would get onto the porch and push past a post. We really appreciated that. Jose was also SUPER patient with us. We started this job without having 100% certainty of the colors we wanted. Jose got us maybe... 8 different paint samples, painted sections and joints of our house so we could get a real sense of what the colors would look like before we chose. He didn't charge us for that time, the paint, or honestly the delays we caused him. And because of his patient, we got colors we really enjoy now. I am someone that really cares about details, neatness, transparency and clear communication. Jose went above and beyond. The number of ratings he has on yelp do not do their work justice.
