Last time I came on a Friday close to Valentine's Day and it was so busy but everyone was as helpful and nice to me as they are to some of the bigger florist customers who probably spend wayyyy more money than me. The first time I came here was a little intimidating (it's very different than the Trader Joe's floral section, lol!) because the floral coolers are spread out across different parts of the buildings.
