Jorge had a big smile on his face and was carrying a clipboard. He was either doing inventory or getting ready to place an order. I asked him and he went right to the product I was looking for. I thanked him and with a smile he told me I was welcome. I watched him as he continued to help other customers. I have read that Costco will soon resume allowing seniors in a head of everyone else as well as allowing the Executive people who own businesses in a head of everyone else. I am happy about this! I hate shopping to find everything gone. Or kids running around and running into you. This store and its restrooms are always super clean. The pharmacy is always fast with Sam, the Manager in charge. Sam accommodates all her customers and sees to it that they get the best drugs possible! Jeanie is the other pharmacist who looks like a teenager and she explains everything to every customer about their drugs. She is really sweet and cute. All the employees in this store are really super great! I have wanted to tip them because of the excellent service but Costco does not allow it. They used to have it so you could give a note of satisfaction about an employee and the company would reward them but they stopped that as far as I was told. I love this store and all tge people that work in it.

I just left this Costco and I'm disappointed for the service there. He only gave me an ugly look and walked away. The Asian old lady at the receipt check area was being petty with checking all 5 of my items and I kept showing her where they were but, she kept lifting my items to see and she did it 5 times and I told her "Do you not see how many items are in the receipt? Also I'm showing you where each are" I felt like she was racially profiling me and maybe her eyes are giving out or she is forgetting how to do her job? Whatever it is she needs to get re trained again

Location 4 Stars: In Santa Clarita, California, corner of Golden Valley Soledad Canyon Roads…read more Closest freeway is 14. Great location IF you live nearby. Plenty of free self-parking. Proximity and Convenience 1 star: Comparing Sam's Club to its direct competitor Costco, their biggest issue is that there are "few and far between"! I live in Porter Ranch and the closest Sam's Club is in Santa Clarita, which is about 20 miles and 30 minutes without traffic. In contrast, I can go to 7 different Costco locations within a 20 mile radius, and the closest is only 5 miles away! My situation is not atypical since there are only 7 Sam's Clubs in the entire LA County! Venue 5 stars: Walk in and you will swear you're at Costco! The setup and signage is almost identical! Nice large building and well arranged merchandise. The (Lack of) Crowds compared to the Northridge Costco that I usually go to is a godsend; almost worth the long car trip :D You can use the many self checkout stations or use their phone app to "shop and go"... No need to stand at any check out line... Just pay on the app and show your digital receipt when you exit. Very convenient. Merchandise 3.5 stars: Not as extensive as Costco but pretty close! They do have a few things that you do not find at Costco but there are many more Costco exclusives that you do not see here. For example, their meat, seafood and bakery sections aren't as large as Costco. Prices 4 stars: Sam's Club's prices are slightly better than Costco! Annual Membership Prices 4 stars: Standard membership is normally $50 per year but it is frequently discounted to attract new members. Comparable Costco membership is $65 per year. The Bottom Line 4 Stars: I wish they were closer to my house :) Other than the distance, they are a pretty solid one-stop shopping destination and highly recommended!

This has nothing to do with the people delivering curbside orders. I blame corporate and the area…read moremanagers. Corporate should take out certain items from online ordering and perhaps make it an in store pickup. I understand that things run out, but when you're told that it's coming, you expect it to come in a timely manner especially when everything else was delivered. Also, be honest with customers and just say it's unavailable. I felt silly standing next to my car for awhile because I was told it was coming instead of the truth that it's a one hour wait. Why would I want to wait an hour and waste my time? Area manager Rocio comes off as rude and dismissive. She asked a question, but didn't bother to listen when the answer was given. I didn't like that she said basically that the kitchen staff should have contacted me to inform me of what's going on. Why would they? Managers/supervisors have the responsibility of informing staff the status of items that are popular so staff members can inform customers and customers can make an informed decision to wait or cancel the item. Such a big waste of time. I mean, it's a fairly good place to shop but there's room for improvement.

I'm by no means a florist but I really enjoy putting together floral arrangements at home and this place has every kind of flower anyone could possibly think of. This place has both retail and professional florist customers (you can tell because their racks are always stacked vs. my three bunches haha). Francisco and everyone else that work there are so nice and helpful! Last time I came on a Friday close to Valentine's Day and it was so busy but everyone was as helpful and nice to me as they are to some of the bigger florist customers who probably spend wayyyy more money than me. The first time I came here was a little intimidating (it's very different than the Trader Joe's floral section, lol!) because the floral coolers are spread out across different parts of the buildings. But you can ask anyone and they will point you tthe right direction and once you get a hang of the space after the first time you're good to go! It's worth it I promise!
