Although it took me a while to make a decision, I eventually contacted him several months later to get the process started. His quote to me was very competitive, and even a little bit better, than other companies. And to make it even better, he included free pickup and delivery. We agreed on a pick-up time, and he was here on time with plenty of options for me to choose from as far as the material to be used. He quoted a drop off time of completion, and met that on time! It was a really great experience, and he performed exactly as requested. I really appreciated the time and effort that went into this, and I would definitely use his services again.

I asked him to please replace the console, gearshift and emergency brake leather first, then call me before replacing the seat covers. He did not listen, went ahead and replaced the seats without calling me. This was intentional as he wanted to secure the job. I wanted to see what kind of work they do. I will give them an A+ rating on the console, the emergency brake, and the gearshift leather. On the two front seats I will give them a C grade. The quality of leather they used is of a lesser quality than the quality of the leather sample I was shown. When I called to ask if car was ready, I was told it's ready, "it looks better." I wanted to hear, "it looks fantastic." When I went to pick the car up, I agreed, it looked better, but not of the quality I expected. The stitching was not stretched properly, so the seats look a bit like covers rather than factory. When I went to pay for the car, the hundred dollar quote I was given for the console suddenly became $150. I mentioned it to Alfonso. He honored the $150 quote, but only after I brought it to his attention he had quoted me $50 less. All things considered, I give this business a B-. if that worker had taken the time to make a slight adjustment so the covers fit properly, I would've been happy to pay more, and would've given this business a higher grade.

They were quick with a response through Yelp and even followed up with me directly before reaching out to my grandmother. Not only were they thorough in explaining the estimate and repair process, they followed up multiple times to try and schedule an appointment -- only wish grandma would have put in her hearing aids a little sooner to answer their calls! Ultimately, she decided that purchasing a new vinyl recliner might be more frugal but is looking forward to having them come out and repair a leather recliner once she's got her new furniture delivered. Now I have to find a different company to help and this company stole money from me. I will NEVER use them again nor do I recommend them. This company's communication came out to repair a lift recliner chair. The technician, a very nice man, reported that the problem was a wire under the chair. He claimed to have repaired the wire and fixed the chair. I paid him $125. The next morning, when the chair was used again, it once again failed to decline after lifting. I called the company back and reported the chair was not fixed. They got back to me two days later. Then they requested more pictures of the chair in order to schedule a technician to return. I sent them immediately via email. I also told them via email, voicemail & text that it was the Control Box under the chair and to have the technician bring a control box on his vehicle. The company never acknowledged this information. And the technician did NOT have a control box with him when he showed up a week later. Once there, he reported it was indeed the control box and he now had to order the part which could take up to two weeks to receive and 2-4 weeks to come back and install it. AND he wanted to charge me an additional $185 for the part. Their rate for a diagnostic is supposed to be $50. I paid $125 already. And 2-4 weeks? This chair is my mom's only chair and it still doesn't work. Wtf did I pay for? So...instead of fixing the chair, I decided not to. Why sink over $300 into an old chair when a new chair is less than $500? That makes no sense. This company's customer service is non-existent. They don't answer their phone and everything is robotic about the experience. While the technician was nice enough, he did not do the job correctly and preferred to argue when I called him out on it. I maintain that I will not use them again.

Things are usually easy to find, and the placement is consistent enough that after a while you kind of memorize where everything is. The store is easy to navigate, and the staff have always been friendly and helpful when we need assistance. I also like that the food court is indoors, although that whole area between checkout and the food court can get super crowded and hectic. Parking can be tough, and sometimes you have to park far from the entrance or closer to the Home Depot/Best Buy side, but again, that honestly feels pretty typical for Costco lol

To make matters worse, the employee working the counter was rude and started yelling at customers that he was alone and that everyone needed to get into one line. I understand being short-staffed can be stressful, but customers shouldn't be treated poorly because Costco failed to schedule enough employees. The entire operation felt understaffed, disorganized, and poorly managed. When customers take the time to schedule an appointment, there should be an adequate system in place to handle those appointments without making everyone wait in the same massive line. I've purchased tires from Costco because I expected better service and convenience, but after this experience, I won't be buying Costco tires again. Saving a little money isn't worth the frustration, long waits, and poor customer service.
