I cannot recommend Dr. Wallace and his team highly enough…read more I've now had two oral surgeries with Dr. Wallace, and after both experiences I can say with complete confidence that he is one of the most compassionate, skilled, and genuinely caring physicians I've ever had the privilege of seeing. My first experience with him was when I was in excruciating dental pain and desperately needed an appointment. I was honestly starting to have those "tie a string around the tooth and slam the door" thoughts because the pain was so unbearable. Despite his busy schedule, he saw me immediately and had me scheduled for surgery that same week. I have significant dental anxiety, an extensive dental history, and a true dental phobia after previous negative experiences. Somehow, Dr. Wallace recognized how anxious I was without me having to say much. He took the time to answer every question, addressed every concern I had, and never once made me feel rushed. His calm, reassuring demeanor completely changed what I expected to be a terrifying experience. The day of surgery couldn't have gone more smoothly. His surgical staff was exceptional--kind, compassionate, and incredibly reassuring from start to finish. Later that evening, Dr. Wallace personally texted me to check on how I was doing. He was also quick to respond when I had questions after surgery, even later in the evening, and I was genuinely touched when I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers wishing me a speedy recovery. Those gestures may seem small, but they spoke volumes about the kind of physician he is. Unfortunately, a few days ago I found myself back in his office after breaking another tooth completely at the gum line while eating pizza. I was once again in excruciating pain and assumed I'd have to wait days to be seen. Instead, he squeezed me into his already packed schedule the very next day. Just like the first time, everything was outstanding. The surgery went smoothly, the staff was wonderful, and Dr. Wallace once again personally checked on me after the procedure. That level of care is incredibly rare these days. Beyond being an outstanding oral surgeon, Dr. Wallace is simply an exceptional human being. He has a calming presence, a wonderful sense of humor, and a way of making an experience that most people dread feel so much less intimidating. For someone with dental anxiety, that means more than I can put into words. I've had an extensive dental journey over the years--at one point alone I had 54 dental appointments in a single year with various providers. Because of that, I have a pretty good basis for comparison when I say that Dr. Wallace truly stands out. His technical skill is excellent, but what makes him exceptional is the compassion, empathy, and genuine concern he shows every patient. If you're looking for an oral surgeon who is not only highly skilled but also treats you with kindness, respect, and humanity, I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend Dr. Wallace. I'm incredibly grateful I found him.

He is kind and gentle and I HATE PAIN. I have referred my family and they were equally impressed. Dr. Wang and his staff are like family. His staff is courteous and professional. The office is modern, clean and you can even watch television while getting your teeth cleaned or fixed. So I can say the care, quality and integrity is on point. He will even call you himself to check up on you after a procedure. This makes him so personable. He is fast, but precise and I love Daisy the hygienist. She cleans my teeth perfectly. I am so happy and proud to be a patient here! Also everyone in the office knows I love traveling. They always engage conversation about my travel adventures. Bonus Dr, Wang takes care of my mom as well. She loves him too!

I had been a customer at this dental clinic for around 2-3 years and initially went there mainly…read morefor routine checkups and cleanings. While the prices for cleanings were reasonable, I was never particularly impressed with the quality. The major problem started when I needed a crown replaced. I was told that my existing crown had a small opening, which could potentially lead to decay, so Dr. Wang recommended replacing it. I agreed because I wanted to avoid more serious problems with the tooth and, especially, avoid a root canal if possible. Unfortunately, after the new crown was installed, the tooth became sensitive to even slightly cold temperatures, and I experienced discomfort when chewing on that side. When the crown arrived, Dr. Wang had to reshape it several times from the inside in order to make it fit. I have had 4-5 crowns placed previously, and I had never experienced this kind of adjustment. Previously, adjustments were made mainly on the outside to correct the bite. I returned to the clinic because the tooth was still bothering me. Instead of addressing what I believed was the underlying problem with the crown, the tooth was significantly reduced and recontoured, leaving it looking almost like a stump. Before this was done, I specifically asked Dr. Wang whether he was sure this was necessary because I was concerned that the problem was related to the crown or its installation rather than the shape of the tooth. I was assured that this was the appropriate step. Unfortunately, it did not resolve the problem. The final solution I was offered was a root canal. I refused and decided to get a second opinion at another dental clinic. The other dentist was able to resolve the problem without performing a root canal. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this clinic. I am especially disappointed because I trusted their recommendation, followed their treatment plan, and ultimately ended up with a significantly reduced tooth and a recommendation for a root canal that another dentist was able to avoid.

All went very well as usual but this time I asked for a new teeth guard to be made as my former one had yellowed and was getting a bit damaged I'm always stressed out when I get because I live 2.5 hrs away and the traffic is always really bad especially on this particular visit. So I left and drove a ways and realized I didn't have my new teeth guard. I panicked as that meant more driving and I called and got the answering service. It was probably lunchtime at this point. So I was so upset I'm sure I frustrated the lady on the phone as I was telling her I needed that guard overnighted as I needed it! Then all of a sudden I realized I put it in my fanny pack and found it. I told her never mind that I found it and I was so relieved. I tell this story because the patience thus office demonstrates is amazing. Here I was half crazy thinking I left without my guard and yet the lady on the other end kept her composure and tried to help me! Next time I'm going to leave extra early to avoid some of the traffic and my stress from worrying that I will be late but this dentist is worth the drive.
