Pretty impressed as the other day I received a vase of gorgeous flowers shortly after a dental surgery with a different office! Dr. Strempek also did some other things for me for free due to migraines and a mix up we had from a voice mail. She WANTED to work with me and help me through my dental phobia and set up payment plans... I have had severe dental phobia since early childhood & Strempek & her team have worked with me when I was being fairly neurotic! I wish the gas was a tad stronger when you really need it, But dr. Strempek has gone above and beyond for me. It's really too bad that my lack of dental insurance will have to prevent me from continuing to see Dr Strempek :( I have grown to trust her dental opinions on my troublesome teeth & her office helped me not feel so afraid. I have been a client of Dr. Strempek's since 2008. I enjoy the ease of making appointments via email online. The front desk is always knowledgeable and is always helpful. They always know me by name and ask how things have been. I have never felt like a number next in line. Last week, we had a client come to our salon, and as she sat in the chair, she had a dental emergency arise. The roads were icy. Most dental offices were closing early. I emailed SDA on her behalf, and they called her within 15 minutes with recommendations for immediate attention because SDA was not open. THIS is the kind of customer service which keeps me coming back to Dr. Strempek and her staff. The lady said she would be seeing Dr. Strempek later that week to become a patient. "Dr Strempek has destroyed my life through her dental services. She initiated a plan that was so detrimental to my facial aesthetics that she has left me disfigured with jaw deformities. Her costs were way above average. Her services were way below standards in my case. She took on my case and I believe that she was not qualified to do such an invasive and aggressive treatment plan. And, in the end, a life altering and horrific result. What was supposed to take one year and a half, took over 4 years and she never really finished. Her failure to fully communicate to me the treatment plan she would set in motion, would rob me of my aesthetic dimensions and set me up for future failure. I am now a dental cripple. The devastating injuries to my face and mouth are soul destroying. She also lied to me countless times throughout the entire debacle. There was no reason explained to me for this damage and devastation. I literally had to seek out other professionals to find out what she did to me, and why I suffered such catastrophic damage so unnecessarily. She also considered me the problem since I had the audacity to complain to her after recognizing and fully understanding the extent of her botched work. I used to find such joy looking at my face. The front office staff are friendly, personable and professional. They keep your information private, all the while treat you more like family or friends than just a customer. Dr Strempek is a very good dentist, not overly aggressive nor does she try to sell you additional services or products, just tries to get you the healthiest mouth possible. At first, my experience with Strempek was great. Nice staff, they give you lots of accessories when getting work done e.g. stress balls, headphones, a neck wrap, etc. But my issues started when I had my first cavity filled. It was small and I paid the out of pocket quoted amount during the time of my service. It wasn't until six months later when a front desk staff member was calling to confirm my cleaning that I was notified that I had an outstanding balance for my cavity. She stated that since the cavity was actually smaller than they originally anticipated I owed more out of pocket. All of this sounded suspicious to me, and quite honestly, I wish they would have called me and let me know about the matter six-months prior. When I tried to call and discuss my confusion and concerns the staff did not budge. In hindsight, I bet I didn't need the filling in the first place. Ethics and transparency are a huge concern to me when it comes to the dental industry and Strempek did not meet my expectations. read more

Never was a fan of the dentist. and even did a search for gentle dentist in dallas.. Nothing useful came up - people only talked about how they had their teeth cleaned, or how great their teeth whitening experience was. After moving here from another state I wanted to find a dentist that was gentle, and that would take care of me and my teeth. SO glad I found this office. Dr. Strempke is very knowledgeable, and very gentle. I had a deep cleaning with no numbing at all, and it was great. Also had a few fillings down, and will eventually have to go back for a crown, I love this office, and for those that are afraid of hte dentist I highly recommend this dentist and her staff (also very gentle and polite). If you need a tooth removed, which I had to have 8 teeth removed I recommend Dr. Wallace at Dallas Oral Surgery Associates!!!!! My experience here was amazing I have all 8 taken out again absolutely no pain!!!!!!!!!! No swelling, no horror stories!!!!! And the whole procedure was over in 20 minutes, I lie not!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
