I've been going here a few months. They always do a great job on my builder gel and everyone is so pleasant.

I started coming here a year ago when Nathan and his Wife became the owners. They are the BEST, super friendly, make you feel like your family and do an even better job. They are perfectionist and pay attention to detail. I gave 1 star and would've left negative stars for my experience or lack of experience today. I called and made an appointment and came early. When I walked in I told them I was early so take their time, the woman looked at me and said something to the man there. I asked if they had the color I usually get and she said they had an update color and walked away. I told them I'd walk around and come back. I called while walking I asked if Nathan was still the owner and she said NO and hung up on me. Maybe I was spoiled by Nathan, his Wife and everyone that worked for them or maybe the new people were having a bad day but nevertheless they lost a client. read more

Nathan did an amazing job and was so incredibly nice. I love what they have done with the facility. I had my pedicure done the same time some girls were getting their nails done and they were laughing and having a great time with their manicurist. I love when places are lively and fun like that. Came here on a recommendation and made an appointment for a new set of acrylics with Claudia. She seems to be the most popular and remembers a lot of her clients names as they came streaming through the door. I am a nail biter and went with shellac acrylics with French tip. Claudia was honest that they won't look great because of my bitten nail underneath. Overall a great service. It looked like all the technicians were doing good jobs with their clients. I'd return with any of them. If you get Claudia she is great but be prepared for a lot of interruptions as her attention is high in demand. Also bring cash cuz services are a bit cheaper with cash. read more

I felt REALLY rushed even though I called hours before and asked what time was best for a full set and a pedi and made an appointment. She refused to do the 'cat eye' on my toes, Had it done plenty of times before. As for my acrylics, it's looks like they've grown out for a week already and I got them done today. When I asked for them shorter, she said she'd file them down, she didn't, I figured I'd just go with it. She said 'thank you and 85$- you can come sit here' pointing to another customer before I even had my hands back. 85$! I was hopeful this place and was going to turn out great but it was a failure cause I live really close now. I always know it is a big clue when they cut down your nails and they don't take the time to make sure they are even. No measuring them against each other. I got the dip powder and she actually exhaled because she was tired to doing them. Not tired of doing nails but tired of doing mine. I didn't utter a complaint nor did she asked me if I liked them. Sloppy work. Nails are unsmooth to the touch. Uneven. Ugly shape. Cut me a couple of times. My cuticles bled. $80 for a fresh dip and a basic pedicure. In all fairness, they did remove my acrylic where my natural nails grew out nice and perfect from the older acrylic. I'm going to go back tomorrow to see if someone else can at least shape them and file them at an even length. read more

Great service. They were able to take me right away on a Thursday after work. My mani/pedi looks great. Totally happy with the quality of the work. These guys are a bit pricier than other salons I usually go to. $44 for a mani/pedi with pedi exfoliating scrub & paraffin wax. You come in for the $32 mani/pedi ad on the window. But, the "extras" definitely add up fast. read more

If only I could give this place 0 stars. I went in to get a full set of acrylic nails that were posted as 25$ on the wall. After having the lady who did my nails file directly through my nails into my nail beds and cut my fingers multiple times she tried charging me 40$ for nails that were unbelievably crooked and un even. They do a wonderful job on Shellac Manicures. Mani's always last a while and do not chip or peel quick. This place always has consistent service wise. My nails are always even and not crooked like other places when filed along with cut. No bubbles and even smooth texture. The techs always take their time. This place is very friendly and welcoming. My nails aren't getting destroyed due to them being gentle and I never get painful cuts from files so always a huge plus! Will definitely be going back in 2 weeks. read more

Now I've been to many nail salons around the area and this is the best one I've found. What I can really appreciate about this nail salon, in particular, is how much experience they have doing acrylics. I wear pink & whites and not only do they have an ENORMOUS selection of different colored powder that I can select from, but I can tell they are very experienced at doing artificial nails. They've never cut me with the drill (knock on wood) and I always feel so happy to have my nails transformed into these natural, glossy, durable, and exquisite looking nails! I get so many compliments on how natural my nails look and I always get asked if these are my real nails. Lol even though they aren't real, at least they look real! Another thing I can truly appreciate about the salon is how competent they are at EVERY service they provide. Normally, I would get my nails done at one place and go to another salon for my eyebrows, but I can do my nails, toes and waxing here because they are very professional and experienced at it all. I've been coming here for some time now and I honestly think this is the best nail salon and spa around. They all speak perfect English...I mean *PERFECT* English, so communicating what you want done is finally accessible. You guys, I did it. I found the worst salon in Arvada. The service was inconsistent, my friend and I got the manicures and I got a pretty terrible arm "massage" (I am using that word loosely for a reason) and she didn't. My friend got cut pretty badly and her lady kept putting more chemicals on it, hurting her. So the service was pretty terrible. However, the actual painting job was even worse. It's streaky. So so streaky. Completely uneven. I almost wonder if she was even looking at my nails while painting them. The only good thing I have to say is that my lady was super nice. She did a terrible job, but she was nice. But I don't think "nice" is a good reason to pay this much money for terrible nails. I think this salon is absolutely horrific! I had a guy who gave me a re base and a polish change on my toes. I asked multiple time to change things i.e rounding my acrylics more, making the french tips rounded, etc. Then he added thin lines for designs and his hands were shaking and it didn't look professional at all. The when he did a polish change he filed my nails so short that I jumped when he used nail polish remover because of the alcohol in the remover he cut three toes pretty bad. Then an other women waxed my eye brows. I asked her to clean them up not changed the shape. The came out very thin and one is more strait across one is rounded. I left so annoyed I almost forgot to pay and then they lady stood over me while I signed and tipped what put a lot of pressure for me. My sisters wedding is Saturday and I am flipping out about my eye brows because they are thin, off centered and different shapes. So i got to an other salon across the street by King Soopers (Amazing and so nice by the way). They re paint my toes and my nails while rounding the edges of my nails like I asked at the other salon. The worst part is I called to talked to the owner a guy picked up and when I asked for the owner said shes busy I asked if I could leave a message or when to call back no help what so ever. The I go in the owner say," I bet you go in to every salon I go to doing this, your a thief." I had acrylics on and off for 11 years and I have never had an issue like this is a salon before! The thy guy who did my nails yelled at me and the owner finally reimburse me for everything except the re base because that looked fine. Then continued to fight with me finally a guy came out of the back and stopped it. He told me never come back there again. (Like I ever would after that bad of service). I came there wanting my money back yet more so the owner was aware of the lack of service. She was degrading and rude and obviously rather have a bad review then just an apology and a refund. i found the actual service lacking for the price. i'm pretty sure my heels were worse off than when i got there (i guess they charge more for a decent scrubbing, based on the laminated price sheet they waved at me), my nails are crooked and i found the nail polish to be messy. you can go up the road (88th & wadsworth) and get a much more thorough pedicure, with better service, for a better price. lesson learned. read more

I've tried every nail salon in the area and this is the best. It is always very clean (I have never seen flies there) and the service is always good. Claudia, the owner, is my favorite but I have had good service every time regardless of who does my pedi. I get the deluxe pedi, it is worth the extra money. To me, Claudia talks the perfect amount. The only reason I tried this salon out was for a friends Birthday. Absolutely horrible!!! I will never return here. I left with my freshly painted toes chipped and my fingers felt like they were going to fall off. My acrylics lasted 5ish days and let's not even bring up my toes now. Very very disappointed.
