Absolutely the best choice. Smooth process of getting the quote, scheduling a day, and arrived promptly. Respectful to out property during removal of multiple large sweetgums, oak and pines. Their quote was about 70% cost of other quotes I got. They openly said they are not the cheapest but fair allowing them to cover payroll, equipment and insurance cost and still some profit for the company. Very honest approach. Great experience! After getting seven (literally) quotes to remove pine and hardwood trees and trim a few others, Alan's estimate was extremely reasonable and comprehensive. Even though we had a different quote for less, we weren't confident that they would have done a good job. We ended up using the day rate, and his crew was extremely professional, easy to work with, and friendly (something I actually haven't experienced with a lot of other people in the industry). Stump-grinding was easy and painless a few days later, too. If Arbor One could tackle other contractor-style work, we'd hire them for those types of jobs as well. I just have to brag on this company and the owner Alan Graham. They did such a wonderful job cutting our trees and grinding the stumps. It wasn't without trials since so many were right up against our new privacy fence. Not a single limb touched our fence. The crew was very respectful of our property and very personable.
