When I called them, I spoke to a very rude lady, the owner's wife, who said that they had plowed it, but it is drifting. I told her it has definitely not been plowed as you can tell that it is untouched compared to the other driveways in our neighborhood that have been plowed. She argued and I told her that they needed to do their job which prompted her to snidely inform me that they are very good friends with our landlord and she was going to call them right away and hung up on me.... As you can see in the photo shared the drive is not and has not been plowed since it started snowing yesterday. Unprofessional, rude, and I would recommend definitely avoiding this company. UPDATE: They finally did come out after a back and forth with our landlord and them. They did a very poor job and didn't removed the snow on our neighbor's side of the driveway or even close to the garages... I had to call them again for them to come back and finish the job right...

We called several people to come and do an estimate before we decided on if we could afford a new roof. Some of the contractors did not return our call, or did not show up when they said they would. We had another estimate that was $20,000 more than the Pedersen estimate. Unbelievably outrageous! That person spent three hours here trying to convince us we why should pay that much. Shawn had a great warranty. He was very straightforward. He came here and simply gave an estimate; he was not pushy at all. He was great to deal with, his workers were very polite, and generally cleaned up. Shawn came here personally at the end and he made sure all the screws from our original roof were cleaned around the yard with a magnet. We had an issue with our previous roof leaking in an area and we've had one rain since it was completed and no leaks! I would definitely recommend considering him if you were looking at getting some estimates because he shows up when he says he will. And then, I wouldn't be surprised if you end up choosing him after (if) you hear from everyone else.

He has a crack staff that can be assembled in hours, even on weekends to accommodate any emergency. How do I know? I had a 60-70 ft tree about 15 feet from my house near several power lines. The trunk rapidly split down the middle. And of-course it had to happen on a Saturday morning so it was after hours. Steve made my problem his priority after calling him. He quoted, rallied his crew, and had it on the ground, cut up, shredded, and cleaned up within SIX hours !!! That was the most impressive feat I've seen for any contractor I hired. Everyone of his staff was professional. He made it a point to preserve my front lawn during the removal process. He also returned a day or two later to grind out the stump, a 30 min task for him. He may not be the lowest quote for tree service, but you are gaining the piece of mind that he'll solve your tree problem FAST and EFFECTIVE.
