It was clearly an emergency situation and he was able to have a quote done quickly and a crew scheduled for that Friday morning. The crew cleaned up after the work was completed so that there was no dust or wood chips on our roof (and our neighbor's roof since they had to access the neighbor's property to fully take down the tree).
