The do not know the statue on recording meetings and think that people should hand their phones over to them at the table. They didn't know several of our by-laws. Non-licensed residents know more than their agents.

They also went into our payment portal and changed the charge limit by $350 without permission. They also changed the payment date by 16 days before the due date. Now they have over charged the monthly payment by $1505 and refuse to do anything about it. FF28 should get a new company. The manager of this branch is worthless and appear to be less than above board.

The fact is that the management company is beholden to the Board (the Board can hire and fire the management company), so there is an unspoken pact... a tightrope walk, if you will. And in our case, the management person continually sides with or becomes unavailable when there is such a conflict! Let's keep this real and keep in mind that this is my observation. And there are many others that would agree with me. And there are others that would not!

I had to come up with the payment and wait forever to get reimbursed. I don't know who was more incompetent Forestbrook I Association or Jim Nobles management. I blame both of them. I was requested to get two estimates. How ironic that an exterior building repair was made without seeking any bids and that repair was made by the sitting board president. Glad I have moved from the slippery ways Forestbrook I Association was managed. I have kept all my correspondence both with the board and Jim Nobles management. My next stop is the department of business regulations, which gives it more powers over seeing Condominium associations.
