RPM in Cumming Ga, began management our property in Oct. Even though we were still under the old contract. they required each tenant to start paying them an additional $55 for internet. Even those who did not have nor require internet. They refused to refund the additional charge even thou the old contact had not expired. They also went into our payment portal and changed the charge limit by $350 without permission. They also changed the payment date by 16 days before the due date. Now they have over charged the monthly payment by $1505 and refuse to do anything about it. FF28 should get a new company. The manager of this branch is worthless and appear to be less than above board. read more

This is the worst property management company you could possibly pick. Resource Property Management is only out for money, they'll raise your HOA fee and give less in return. The incompetence is overwhelming, they don't answer the phone and when they do are not helpful and nasty - right on up to the top dog. Lost two sales contracts because of this company, refused to answer basic bank questions. They refused to release the bank questionnaire until a poor yelp rating was removed. Bad business tactics. Don't let their accreditations fool you, the president of CEOMC is also the owner of Resource Property Management. Worst company ever!!! My condo continues to FLOOD from the MAIN DRAIN clogged that they refuse to Jett and only they can do!!! I have 5 plumbers saying in writing and video that the only way to stop this is for the bod(who is refusing to do so) to Jett the MAIN DRAIN. it is so full of Calcium build up from a 35 year old condo building that multiple condos drain into is about the size of a straw now .I have tens of thousands in destruction because of them..... read more

COSTING ME THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS DUE TO THEIR NEGLIGENCE! Every interaction with this companies managers has been awful. I own a condo in Tampa and am treated as a nuisance any time I call or email. Responses are rarely timely and consistently short and rude. As an owner PAYING for this company, I am submitting for the termination of our associations contract with them. Truly awful experiences with Rita and Teresa from the St Pete and Clearwater offices. I have been trying to find emails of their upper management to inform them but haven't found the contact information yet. read more

As a former board member of our community, we signed on with RPM. If someone in your community or board is seeking a management company, RAN FAST, RUN FAR from RPM. Since my time on the board of our community, funds "went "missing from RPM when we switched representatives, and the current one (Susan Portier) can not and will not be bothered to return any calls. We just came from their offices because Susan promised us a reimbursement check would be waiting there for us. Not only was it not...complete waste of time and gas...but as we sat listening to incoming calls...NO ONE was available to take calls a single incoming call from the receptionist. Funny my wife replied.. That's the answer I get EVERY TIME I CALL. We've been waiting for a small reimbursement since Hurricane Ian last year. It's now March, folks. If you've had a better experience, peace be with you. RPM for this community has been nothing but headaches, delays and BS. read more

Horrible company to work for . As soon as they come in they cut vacation benefits to employees that have had them for many years . Management is not good they sub out all their work and not remotely as good as a association hired manager. I quit over loss of benefits and poor management. this company is a nightmare! i have been working for 7 months to get a maintence fee issue resolved, the employees i speak with on the phone are very helpful and send the "problem" to the board but it never gets resolved. the employees tell us that our issue is waiting to be resolved but it never is and in the mean time they keep adding late fees to my bill read more

Horrible, horrible, greedy, deceitful management company originating out of Canada they do not give a damn about their residents. Our HOA fee's went from $400 a month to $750 to $1002 per month in less than a year and they had the nerve to take away Ammenities! They pass rules that I know no one I know there voted for. They changed the law that made the community a 55+ community and after decades and people who looked forward to a quiet retirement and now allow children (I don't have a problem with kids but that is not the community I moved to my are raised I am done with the noise) anyway how dare they? How can they get away with that? Also they took away the fact you could have small pets! They took away the 24 hour security! They are horrible. Again some of the other reviewers are right they don't answer their phones and when you go to reply to their emails they same type between the dotted lines and when you try to it will not work!!! Resource Property Management's customer service took over a month to respond to my email about an invalid fee added to my account, and their response was to lie and modify their records to hide the invalid fee while adding other ones. That's the type of service you can expect from them. read more

Resource has been managing Regatta Beach Club condos for over 10 years and now lost the contract because of property mismanagement and abuse. For example, the sprinklers ruined the generator in several years. RBC spent over $100K to buy a new generator. The original generator only had 500 hours of use, but rusted out. This is just one example. Others include the property manager purchasing personal items on association credit card for years. Very poor communication with the head office. Stay away from Resource Property Management! read more

Terrible company, don't hire them unless you want to be talked down to, ignored, and be refused information you are entitled to. The on site manager is rude, nasty and totally disrespectful to the residence paying the bills. on site manager refuses to have open office hours (keeps door locked and refuses to open it) also refuses to answer phone calls. The name MANAGEMENT should be removed from their title, they lack the most basic management skills. read more

Ehh terrible company it's all outsourced property management so your condo or apartment may not even know who is in charge because the people on site wear shirts that do not say resource property management but they say the apartment or condo association so when complaining to them you get NOWHERE. This is the worst Management company. They are never available for any questions you might have, which I do not know why I am surprised because they were not even doing their due diligence and answering my questions before I purchased my condo. Kia Blow (supposely one of the best administrative assistant, so I do not want to even know how the rest of them are) does not answer her emails at a timely/professional manner at all. She never answers her phone, and never calls back you leave a voice mail. When you ask the front desk to connect with someone else that can answer your "general question, not specific to your condo" she yells at you and saying that she cannot do anything, without appologizing or trying to help whatsoever. I do not know if they know, but they chose to be in customer service when they accepted this job. I took this time for this review with the hope that saves everyone's time and with a warning to not expect much so you do not get disappoint, like I am. read more

This company is terrible and does nothing but take your money and provide no answers to the people who have been homeless for 2 years and 4 months now from a fire that damaged an entire building. They blame the prior management company and only give PR spin that they are "diligently working " but nothing has been done by RPM for well over nine months now since they have been in charge. I was on the news and they made it look like contractors were working for show but it was to replace only the siding which was in progress before the fire even happened. They have submitted failed plans for the FOURTH TIME now and no work has been done on the interior for over a year and a half. Every employee I deal with wastes my time and all I want is answers as to what's going on with my home. I had two properties in Grand reserve and recently sold them both. As we know there are many challenges in the GR community and so much work needs to be done. Have to admit the place is slowly looking better. I have noticed since Theo took the responsibility of GR with her positive attitude, hard work and work ethic slowly making the place a better community, no doubt. Her ability  to turn any problem into a solution is admirable and inspiring, I have a personal experience with that. As a manager she sets a fantastic example for her employees, that's why no matter when I called, btwn, Iris or Samantha whoever picked up the phone never disappointed me. Bottom line, I am glad that Theo took over the management position at GR, hope to see her succeed and make GR one of the desirable communities to live in. Keep up the good work Theo, job well done. I am an owner/occupier of one unit at Harbor Club Condos in Palm Harbor and have been in that position for roughly 15 years. During my tenure here, our condo association has gone through several changes including the management company itself and the person now at the front desk. Since the property is well maintained, I have had few necessities involving the management company but on the few times where RPM was required to be involved, I have found them, and especially the current liaison person, Theo Poulakidas, Community Association Manager, to be instantly and professionally responsive. I would have given a 5 star rating but for the fact that there is occasionally insufficient lead time between a proposed action and the a priori announcement of same. Generally, however I am well pleased with the manner in which RPM relates to its clients and the way in which it maintains the property. read more
