Most places that make their own products aren't good at all, but Apothecare makes the best weed even compared to premium companies & brands. I've been to so many different dispensaries & this spot is my all time favorite. There was NO ONE shopping but me when I was there. As soon as I was handed the gummies for purchase, I said I don't think this is the same one - mine has a red "high dose" label on it. I was told the packaging had been changed. I walked back out the lobby and thought to myself - things cannot be returned so I better check. As I pulled out the gummies you could see that the dose ratio was different from the empty one I brought in. I showed the two employees in the lobby and they said "the packaging has changed" so I showed them the numbers and then they were willing to back and get more. Upon return, I was told that these would cost more and this would be a difficult transaction. Seriously? Its a return because of your error - no one ever apologized for the confusion, I was basically treated as if I was causing a problem for them. I will not be returning and I plan to let everyone I know about this poor service.

I made an order for pickup for the next day. When I get in they say there policy says to void any orders not picked up by the end of the day. The guy I spoke with today, I asked for Indica flower. He tells me everything is hybrid now and it could be 50/50 hybrid. I have health issues that make Sativa not good to me. I really need a straight up Indica. I told him this and asked why then do they label strains as indica. He said they don't, they just say grounded. At this point I left. I don't like being told something doesn't exist when I know it does (how else you make a hybrid than crossing a pure sativa and a pure indica). Anyway, totally turns off by this chain now. I will be taking my business who isn't 30 minutes away and telling me indica doesn't exist
