They ignored the first job and did the second job. They did check the back flow assembly for water contamination to the house but after-the-fact and as I got to thinking about the city's requirement, I called them and they said the filing of a report with the city isn't covered by the service call. Which is ironic because I got their name from a list of service providers on SC Tracking Solutions, as directed by the city. The only reason I don't reverse the charge is they did perform some work for me. I called them but they refused to do a refund or make an adjustment to the bill. The reason I chose them is because they're veteran-owned and I'm a veteran. But never again. Despite their work guarantee I'll choose someone else next time I need something done.
