It felt honest and fair--more like, "Let's try the easy solution first, and if that doesn't work, we'll tackle the bigger job without breaking the bank.

I arrive at the shop Thursday morning at 1045 because again no communication once there I was told that they could not find a work order ticket or my keys,and was told that I didn't give them permission to order the part so nothing was done.2 days wasted in the shop.they finally found my keys,I got them and left.bad customer service, bad vibe. I don't know if they treat all of their customers like that or just those of color that's the vibe that I am referring to.Sad!!!!!

    We paid in full for wedding transportation services and contacted the company several weeks before…read morethe event to request a schedule adjustment. When we experienced issues reaching them by phone, I sent an email explaining that I was trying to get in touch. The responses we received from the manager and staff were unexpectedly hostile and unprofessional. One response stated: "First of all, we don't know who is calling!!! Second, when they cannot hear anyone, obviously they hang up!!! It is a NO brainer!! We have more than one individual working here and we don't know who you are referring to by "calling you"!!!" After additional communication, I requested to a manager to call me because I was concerned about the tone and level of customer service. I was then told: "Now you are being very rude. What is your problem? You are about to get blocked!!!" Blocked? A paying customer that is requesting to be spoken in a manner that is respectful? At that point, I requested cancellation of services and asked for the partial refund outlined in the contract (50% refund if canceled more than 30 days before the event), the cancellation was issued 31 days from our event. The company responded that the service was canceled but refused to issue any refund. The next day, after my fiancé contacted them separately, we were informed that the reservation had supposedly been "reinstated" -- despite reinstatement never being confirmed by the company and a new contract never being signed-- and that because the event date was "now" within 30 days, no refund would be provided. The situation escalated further when we received emails containing personal insults (being called psycho and entitled - two words management loves to throw around to his customers, check out other reviews) and accusations instead of professional communication. Regardless of any disagreement, customers should not be spoken to in that manner. A complaint has been submitted to the Better Business Bureau and we are currently pursuing legal action regarding the handling of our contract, cancellation request, and refund dispute. Based on the company's responses to other negative reviews, I fully expect management to respond by insulting me personally instead of addressing the actual concerns raised here.
