At the time, I trusted that the repairs would be completed properly and to industry standards. Unfortunately, during a recent repair, I discovered that some of the previous work had not been done correctly. Instead of replacing the damaged sensor mounts/brackets, they were simply glued back together. As a result, the current repair became more expensive and complicated than it should have been. For a brand-new vehicle, I expected the repairs to be completed the right way using the proper replacement parts, not temporary fixes. This experience has left me very disappointed in the quality of the workmanship and attention to detail. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend McCormick Auto Body and would encourage others to thoroughly inspect any repairs completed there.

He warned me that he might not be able to fix the paint scrape but told me he would try his best. He texted me when he was done and I swear the guy is a magician! I'm not even sure how I came across Rockdale Auto Body in the frenzy of everything, but I suppose they found me. First, I slid off of the road due to a ridiculous amount of slush on the road and inclement weather. My car rolled into some trees in a ditch! Fast forward- Basically my insurance gave me the run-around and some how (Thank God) I was contacted by a gentleman from Rockdale informing me that they were sending someone to tow my car away as soon as possible. There were a lot of roadblocks initially thanks to the state trooper making things difficult, but Rockdale and their associates continued to work with me throughout at no cost to me! They brought my car into their shop and had a rental waiting for me upon arrival. I was not pleased with the first rental, but after I simply stated that, boom, they supplied another rental for me next day. I went on about my regular weekly activities (i.e. going to work and so on) with the rental. I received my car about 2 weeks after the initial incident, mainly because they had to wait for the claims adjuster from my insurance. My car looks good as new and is running smoothly. Needless to say, I am pleased. I would recommend them ten times over and I don't make light of this review. The experience was very stressful in the beginning and the customer service and reassurance from Rockdale's owners really helped relieve my anxiety. Excellent service.

The color barely even comes CLOSE to the color of the rest of the car. I'm so, so disappointed. Got the car fixed in time for travel..only to be stuck driving a two-toned 2016 MUSTANG around. How embarrassing. Granted, the staff was polite and corporative. But honestly, I'd take a good job over kindness anyday. Especially when it comes to a big investment like a car!! I had no idea what to expect but I just wanted good service for a decent price. My expectations were far exceeded. It is an amazing place to get your car fixed for a fantastic price. The employees at the front desk are phenominal and the mechanics are super fast and talented. I feel like I am part of a family there. Regardless of how long it has been since I have called, they always remember me and welcome my business. It is a smaller location on liberty road and it is a bit if a fast turn into the parking lot but the business itself is not hard to find at all. It is super easy to schedule an appointment online, by phone, or in person. There is a shuttle service if you need to go while your car is being worked on. I prefer to hang around and chat with the staff. Either way, I highly recommend this business and will continue to go myself!
