The food we received was delicious as always. What wasn't so nice was the woman that took our order and gave us our food. We knew exactly what we wanted so there was no hemming or hawing around, just plain ordering. So when she tells us our order is ready, my husband asks for horsey sauce, Arby's sauce( barbecue sauce) and honey mustard sauce. She's rather annoyed with the request as we had to ask for more of each sauce, and I had to go back and ask for an additional honey mustard from a different person because she was holding on to them like they were made of 24 carat gold...if I'm paying $7.49 for a turkey sandwich maybe don't withhold mustard...life's too short! read more

My friend had been telling me about Arby's forever now. I never had the desire to eat at one. One day I figured the time was now to give it a shot so we went to a local Arby's at it went sideways quick. My friend told me that her tradition for driving to Las Vegas always consisted of stopping at the Arby's in Baker for a Market Fresh Sandwich. We were driving through the desert and really strapped for time. We were heading from Los Angeles at 1:00pm and had tickets to see the Blue Man Group at 7:00pm on so the decision was either stop here or pack a lunch, we did both but sided with not breaking my friends tradition. We exited off of the 15 freeway and were able to find Arby's very easily. We walked in to find ourselves the only customers in the restaurant; I mean we are in Baker during the middle of the week. My friend and I commented to each other how clean this restaurant was, I mean it was spotless. There was not an item out of place, the stainless steel was polished, the bathrooms were spotless clean I mean it was like they were waiting for the CEO of Arby's to walk in the door and inspect their restaurant. We were helped by a female cashier who took our order correctly (My friend and I tend to order things exactly the way we want them not the way the item is listed on the menu). I ordered the Market Fresh Turkey sandwich, no Mayo & no cheese; my friend ordered a Market Fresh Roast Beef sandwich, also with no Mayo & no cheese. We both ordered curly fries, well done. We provided the female cashier with our 'Free' meal vouchers / coupons; the cashier took them, verified the information was correct with the male employee and accepted the vouchers / coupons. As we waited for a male employee in the back to make our sandwich we commented to both employee's how clean their restaurant was and it showed that they took pride in their work, both employee's thank us. We were given our food and on our way to Las Vegas within minutes of walking in the door. If it wasn't for my girlfriend I would of never of stopped at this Arby's. I must have driven past this place at least 50-60 times and never felt like I wanted to stop but based on the overall experience of our visit here without question we will be back. As for the food itself it was really good. The bread was served on fresh multigrain bread, the onions, lettuce & tomatoes were crisp. The food is good -- classic Arby's chow -- but the restaurant itself is pretty dirty. In fact, I've never been here when it was clean! The bathrooms get lots of use from the road trippers through the California desert so it's got to be impossible to keep them neat and clean. And trust me, they are NEVER neat and clean. I think this Arby's is trying to save major money by not putting out napkins or straws so you get one per customer unless you ask for more -- and they don't like it when you ask for more! read more

Didn't even have a chance to try food from here. One star rating for their customer service. Pulled up at 9:50pm not certain if they were closed or not. Pull up and an automated thing starts and then nothing we wait for a couple minutes, finally we pull forward ,seeing a sign that it closes at 10pm. So I understand its a crappy move to order a few minutes before closing but at least inform us your closed or closing and even if I was a jerk and wanted to order at that time, your not supposed to close up shop before the stated times. Maybe this time because i fell asleep in the car on the way home from Vegas. we had been extremely disappointed that we never got to get our prime rib. Food tastes good, however the bathroom is disgusting! The area around the toilet hasnt been cleaned in decades, the entire bathroom is filthy and the hand dryer barely blows out any air. Makes you wonder how clean the kitchen area is. We make frequent trips to Stateline and usually stop at Del Taco, but we wanted something different yesterday. I don't believe in giving fast food places five star reviews, but the service we received last night at this location was beyond what we are used to. I see a lot of bad reviews about cleanliness, which I can't really address, because we only got so far as the counter, but I will say employees were cleaning the dining room when we entered. We only get fast food on the road, and as we ventured into the sunset from Vegas- we stopped at Arby's (my favorite of fast food places.) My girlfriend's order is a Turkey Club with Ranch dressing instead of mayonnaise. Now, we all know the caveat of fast food is them not getting your order right. But, Mariela made sure, no less than five times, that the BOH knew to make the sandwich this way. It struck us as unique to find such supervision in a fast food restaurant, we searched our pockets for a tip- but alas, we were working on credit. Stopped by here late in the evening about 9:20pm on a Friday night. Place was empty. Started ordering my food and the cashier was "multitasking". That is punching in my order and texting on his phone with a smirk on his face in response to his text. Had stopped here before and wasn't thrilled with the service but like some items on the Arby's menu more than a fried burger so I stopped again. Eek is right. The bathroom was the dirtiest I've ever seen in a food establishment. Put a real damper on the enjoyment of the food. Then I noticed a lot of the table tops were dirty too. Haven't had Arby's in a long time and decided to stop here on the way home. They got a grade A on the door so why not check it out. It's not dirty mentioned by the previous reviews but I gave it a four star because there's no AC where the customers sit down to eat. AC was only provided where the workers take orders. I wish I would have taken a picture of the restrooms. The health department would have shut them down. Worst I've ever seen in my life. The filth has been there for months. Spoke with the manager and was told they are too busy and that it was cleaned in the morning. This was at 11:30am. Ordered my food and went to dining area where there were just 3 tables being used and ALL tables were not bussed and food scraps and grease were on every table. I once again spoke to manager and she asked where did I want to sit and she would clean that one table. The owners of this franchise don't deserve to run this business. Absolutely the filthiest Arby's anywhere. Poor management poor employees. I am notifying the board of health. Do not frequent this fast food restaurant. read more

We are from Las Vegas going to visit my friends mother in Los Angeles, we decided to bring ad with from Las Vegas. The staff were very friendly and agreed to honor coupons but very nicely informed they couldn't honor the advertisement of sandwich and wrap for $6.50, we noted poster on wall stating sandwich and wrap for $6.99, I stated it's only .50 more don't worry about it. When given the order there was only a sandwich, no wrap, we asked for the wrap and were told you only get one sandwich, I asked them to read the sign out loud and they obliged, when they heard themselves they tried to explain that it still meant one sandwich, I explained to me, that would be "or" not "and". They then gave me a number I could call to complain, called the number got a voicemail that was full!!! Eventually the shift manager Marieia intervened and saved the problem, she is a saint to work with, corporate makes the signs and it supposed to be one sandwich as a meal. Shame on corporate this sign is very misleading, "and is and" "or is or", shame again the number you provide to your staff to have patrons call is a full voicemail? My friend feels the appropriate thing would have been for staff to read the sign and honored it!!! I give the staff a 5 the experience a 0, my friend gives both a 0,so an average of 1. The place really seemed nice and new on the outside but is very mismanaged. The bathrooms were absolutely filthy, both men and women's. Almost every table was dirty and covered in old French fries and grease. The floors were riddled with trash. The trash cans were overflowing with garbage and one of the employees just pushed the trash deeper with a food tray. The condiment area was gross and the soda was flat and warm enough to melt the ice cubes. We told the person who seemed to be the manager that the ice machine was empty, but he just walked away. I don't have high expectations for fast food restaurants, especially Arby's, and will never return. read more

Every time we come here we know better. In a hurry going through baker you want a quick drive thru experience. I think it would be faster to go inside Denny's to eat... No joke! My last experience months ago I sat 21 minutes in the drive thru & I was the only car, no one in front of me just me I had already paid so I waited. Against my better judgement I stopped again yesterday. There was car already at the window in front of me when I ordered. 13 minutes later he had not received his food yet. How long could this really take then how much longer for mine?? I backed up out of the drive thru after 15 minutes.
