The first visit, my order was late being ready by 15 minutes, and when we arrived home we realized we had paid for a footlong and received only a 6' sub. The second time, the incompetent teen girl working there informed me that they didn't have my order ready because "it never came in/was lost". I showed her the email with my order. When I asked her if she could make the sandwiches right then instead, she hesitated and tried to talk me out of it. I was made to feel as though they wanted me to leave so they wouldn't have to deal with my order. There were 2 teenaged girls working and they were complaining about being busy, so I think they simply did not want to make my order and decided to tell me it got lost. Eventually, she agreed to make the 5 sandwiches I had ordered earlier in the day. With the new "SubClub" promotion, I was supposed to receive a free 12" sub. When she rang up my order, she said you cannot use SubClub points in person, so I had to pay for the sub. I will never visit this location again. Even when we have received our subs on other occasions, they're usually very sloppily made and a mess to eat. Horrible customer service.

This Wendy's drive-thru was relatively quick and painless. We got our burgers and fries and Frosties and salads ,and and our order was correct. The food that was supposed to be hot was hot, and the food that was supposed to be cold was cold. What more can you ask for with a fast-food joint? They even remembered to give us straws! That's always a delight.
