We ordered at the counter in lieu of the machines. We are not a fan of them. The wait was getting increasingly longer. I always think it would be a good move to get an order for coffee only out of there quickly. That's just my opinion. Anyhow, one of the workers comes out from the back collecting our tickets and we come to realize that their screens in the back have shut down and they have lost their ability to fill orders. The lobby was getting crowded. We finally got our coffee and I will give them the grace knowing their technology issue. The staff was respectful despite a stressful situation.
