This Arby's is located on Red Bud Road a few blocks off of 75. I normally don't stop in this area on my trips, but I was craving some tenders, and Arby's is usually a good spot for those. This location, maybe not so much. Ordered a combo, fries were great a the tea was perfect...but the tenders, while crispy, were a bit rubbery. Not exactly how I like my tenders... Service was transactional at best. Depending on which direction you are headed on Red Bud, getting in and out can be a bit scary, so be careful. Overall, 1.5 stars. Since no half stars yet, second star for the fries and tea...tenders were definitely one star quality. I'll be skipping this location on further road trips. read more

My second complaint to Arby's, but my first review publicly because I can't take it anymore. After the first one no one contacts you and I try again on the mobile order both of these visits are around 5:30 PM. The fries are so old and cold they are chewy if you've ever had old cold curly fries, you know what I'm talking about. So obviously they've been there since lunch crowd. They don't throw old ones out and make fresh ones every so often they just keep feeding us dogs the scraps Until they get complained on and possibly a surprise inspection. I will never eat this Arby's again. I couldn't even recognize if there was a manager in the store and if there was, that is a bigger shame!! read more

Travelers and locals beware. Potential for food poisoning or other stomach problems. I and my son got a large fountain drink, regular milkshake, and an order of deep fried mac-n-cheese bites. I had the large fountain drink and my teenage son had the milkshake and fried bites. A few hours after consuming these items from this location both me and my son began having terrible lower digestive tract pains that continued all night and still having pain this morning. This location is the only thing my son and I share in common with our food and beverage experiences yesterday. We ate entirely different foods at different times from different places otherwise. We didn't even have the same food and beverages from this location. The restaurant is literally the only food/beverage experience we share in common over the course of a 24 hr cycle. I will also add that I was nervous when the person at the drive through window handed me stuff and I noticed that his fingernails were blackened with filth of some kind. I had an uneasy feeling then and hoped it would be ok since all we got was an order of fried bites and two entirely different beverages. I am absolutely certain that whatever has caused our intense digestive tract issues came from us making the mistake of grabbing a drink (myself) and snack (my son) from this restaurant in the 45 minutes in between activities we had. This is literally the only moment of the entire day that we ate something from the same location and what we had was entirely different from the other yet both us are sick from it. read more

Not sure what happened with the bad reviews but we had a wonderful experience! Stopped in after a track meet on a Saturday. Drive thru was super busy but we had great service anyway. Employees were helpful and so friendly, they checked on us while we were dining to ensure everything was right and even waved goodbye as they went to clean our table after we left. Unfortunately I can't give a review rating of less than 1 star. I went through the drive thru and asked for lemonade with no ice with my meal and was given a lemonade that contained ice. I told the woman at drive thru that I asked for no ice and she said "no you didn't " and got mad at me. With that kind of service I won't go back. Take your money elsewhere. read more

My french dip sandwich was hot but just didn't have much flavor. My girlfriend's chicken sandwich was burned to a crisp. Both curly fries looked like they were cold and soggy...and they were. I ordered a mocha shake which was good except it tasted like vanilla shake with chocolate syrup. Cheese sticks were good. Drive through service was friendly enough. Was rather pricey at 26 bucks for two regular meals and cheese sticks. I love Arbys but would not recommend this location for fresh food. read more

First off, I am a huge Arby's guy. I can safely say that this was the slowest service that I've ever had at an Arby's. Most restaurants in small towns like Calhoun have staffing issues. That is not the case here. There were five people working at this Arby's - one drive thru, one front line cashier, one working the fryer and two on the back line. The problem was in the back line and their lack of training. The sandwiches were coming out too slow. I waited 12 minutes for my beef and cheddar, which is the most common sandwich, to go with my luke warm fries. I actually finished my food while the people behind me were still waiting on their order. Angela (the front line cashier) apologized to every customer for the crappy service. The quality of food was fine. If you have a chance to stop at Arby's keep driving to another one. read more

Ew Ew Ew!!! So I decided to try this Arby's and I got a turkey Sandwich Meal that was $10. Drove all the way to where I was staying and laid my food out to eat. Started eating the sandwich took 3 bites to look down and find a dead fly hanging on the turkey inside of my sandwich. At first I didn't know what it was, I thought it was just a little burnt piece from the bacon or the edge of the shaved turkey but NOPE it was a FLY. Inside my sandwich! Horrible service. The most disrespected and angry I have ever felt at a food place. Came in and employees were all having a big fun time with each other. I just laughed and started to order but had to leave to my car to get cash because their payment machines were broken. Came back and everyone disappeared. I don't know how many minutes I stood there waiting for someone to take my order. I was the only one in there so made sure they saw me and they mumbled they would be there soon after I stood there for about 10 minutes more I stormed out and they are lucky they didn't have all their packs of condiments to pick up off the floor. As far as fast food options, I usually prefer Arby's. This location is not good. Service was very slow. I ordered a three cheese roast beef sandwich. My sandwich looked nothing like the sandwich on the menu.....which was still the photo of the three cheese angus sandwich. For $8.95 my sandwich was a poor value. I could have ordered a double roast beef combo for about $2 cheaper! Manager was no help and borderline rude. read more

Where do I start? I walked in and ordered a combo sandwich yesterday around 12:30. I fixed my drink and quickly noticed the drink station was just nasty. There were dried sticky syrup on the counter, used napkins from spilled drinks, opened straw wrappers tossed around. Ugh. I made it through that saga, so now with my food on a filthy tray, I try to find a place to sit that appears somewhat clean. Ha! Who am I for thinking I'd find a place to sit that was clean in here? Over half the tables had either a napkin, sauce pack, or crumbs on them. I finally found a less desirable seat but probably the best option, in the direct sunlight window. I'm not sure what cane next, but I went to get ketchup- and you guessed it, the damn handle to the ketchup pumping thing was coated in crusted dried ketchup. After I pumped it several times it was obviously out. Crap. This is going down hill faster that I could've imagined. Back to my seat --- I unwrapped my 'sandwich' (I'd call it sloppy meat drowned in Arby sauce and fake orange cheese). One bite and I was done! Nasty. I instantly felt sick to my stomach! I decided to abort this whole idea of Arby's so I just stood up and left! I didn't throw my food away or anything, Hell I was exposed to too much already and didn't want to touch anything else. I thought about washing my hands before I left but one look at the ass juice covered entry door into the restroom and I decided I'd get more dirty TRYING to wash my hands! Never , never again Arby's. I waited 20+ minutes just for them to give me 3 large lids cause they were too lazy to put large lids in the lid dispenser but instead they put medium lids in the large lids spot! I could've had a baby, moved to the suburbs AND went into retirement before I got my lids. Wtf bro! And I went and told them about it and they just got a set of large lids and set them on the counter like they wanted me to put them in myself. Really? This was the filthiest Arby's I have ever seen. It makes a McDonald's or Taco Bell seem like a sanitized lab. I don't know how the drink station passes a health inspection.
