Quite possibly the worst Wendy's in the system. The service is terrible. extremely slow.

I came in here because my disabled patient wanted a strawberry frosty and a burger meal and the manager was so rude and disgusted with us makes me sick then she messaged the burger up, and she snatched my hand, it in the trash and told the lady in the back to make this white lady, a damn plain burger I've never been treated this way read more

Horrible service. Waited forever in the drive through and at the window, just to be told they couldn't fill my order. I said, "I just waited 30min at the window just to be told you don't have what I ordered? Why couldn't you have told me before?" They are no long functional. Not sure what's wrong but they are not taking orders and handing out food. Drive through person says just a minute. Then 5 minutes later acts like you are a new person and says they need just a minute again. Everyone drove off and then I could hear it happen over and over in front of me. Next visit a couple months later the lady says she does not have what I requested so I ask what they do have she says one second then 5 minutes later she says can I take your order the. I say I want the same thing and she says sorry we're don't have it again. Something is broken. They need to close read more

Is there a half star? First of all, Wendy's corporate has clearly forgotten about this location entirely as their dining room isn't even open due to staffing issues. I would spare you on the taste of the burgers but they honestly tasted like burnt tires and if I had to eat it, you're gonna have to read it. Sorry, but that's for your own health. I've had a few nasty fast food experiences in my life but this is right up there with the worst of all. Do yourself a favor and don't shave a few years off your life by eating this trash. read more

Didn't like how they tried to up-sale me in the drive thru. "Do you want that medium or large" is deceptive and I don't like people trying to deceive me in order get me to spend more money on their product. I'll give them a month to fix their ethics, and if the next time I go there, they still find it necessary to train their staff to lie, then I'll wait longer between visits. read more

Not sure they sell nuggets anymore, haven't seen evidence of it for quite a while. They are always abismally slow, more than not have rude customer service, and the food is usually cold or lukewarm at best. If you had asked me 5 years ago if this Wendy's could get worse after they moved and remodeled, I would have said no..... I would have been wrong. There are other Wendy's close enough that it would be worth the drive if we just really want Wendy's.... This location is certainly never worth the drive and it's less than 5 minutes up the road. read more

How is this place still open? Just received an order via DoorDash and the food arrived cold, bread on the burger was dry and stale, the meat on the burger taste strange, the baked potato was hard and looked similar to wax. We received no straws, none of the sauces we asked for, and more napkins than we know what to do with.. The only reason we ordered in was because we didn't want to go to the grocery store this evening. We needed the sauces, butter, and sour cream.. So we basically ate what we could of the cold, stale, and poorly tasting food. This is my second bad review of this location and unfortunately won't be going back. This Wendy's usually never disappoints but got a Chili and frosty and the Chili was lukewarm and the beans not completely cooked they were a little on the crunchy side and not much meat. Usually steaming hot and full of meat. I got this at 4:00pm in afternoon on a rainy Sunday so my guess is they ran out of Chili and made more and it wasn't quite done. I wish they had just told me that and let me order something else instead of getting what I got. Service was great at the drive thru. read more

Slow as hell. Came here this morning at 10:03. Pull up and pay... THEN AFTER I PAY the manager tells me the grill is just heating up and can't make it yet. You guys open at 10:00 AM.... you should be heating the grills up before you open. If you are going to tell me this then you might as well open at 10:30.... of course I'm gonna wait now. You didn't tell me till after we paid.... however they did give me a large fry and it didn't take as long as they said. Maybe 15 minutes. So it's kinda alright. read more

I never eat at Wendy's but we did on our road trip from Atlanta. The food was awesome and it was a very cool spot for a Wendy's.

I've tried this location four times since it has opened. Each time it has been the slowest fast food I've had in recent memory. The last time I was in the drive thru was yesterday. The nearly 20 minutes I sat there in line, three vehicles drove around and left. Perhaps they were wiser. read more

Ate there today! Don't bother going there you'll get a room temperature cheeseburger. Worst food ever. Wendy's used to be a good place to eat but not anymore. They pre cook their burgers. If they're not hot off the grill their not fit to eat. I'll stay home next time and eat a tomato sandwich anything beats this food! First time in a long time I've eaten at Wendy's but it will be a lot longer than that before I eat at a Wendy's again. Literally the worst Wendy's ever. For a brand new looking building, this place was garbage. No toilet paper in the ladies room, fancy coke machine wasn't working. Horribly slow service. This place is a crap hole. Skip this location and find a better one. read more

The staff is rude and obviously doesn't care about what their doing. They always take forever and never get your food right.

Stopped in 01/01/17. The women's restroom only had one stall with toilet paper and no hand sanitizer at all. As I was preparing to give my order, I first told the young man at the counter about the women's restroom and then a gentlemen also said the men's restroom was without toilet paper, too. The young man asked who I presume was the manager/assistant manager to take care of the restrooms because he was the only one working the counter and had several customers behind me. She gave him a chilling look and acted as though she was too good to take care of the bathrooms or help out. As if that wasn't enough, I initially ordered sweet tea, they were out of that. Ordered apple pecan chicken salad, out of pecans. I decided to order chili and was told they were out of crackers but I decided to get the chili anyway. The chili only had one small piece of hamburger meat and absolutely no beans whatsoever and was so watery that it looked like soup NOT chili so I took it back. While standing at the counter to be waited on, the manager/assistant manager yelled at the employee that he had a customer. She was standing right there and could have asked what I needed but evidently enjoys barking out orders to the employees in front of customers---so rude and unprofessional. They did have French fries so I switched the chili/soup to fries. Furthermore, the nuggets were greasy and they were also running low on those. This is one exit I will avoid next time. Me and my family came to this Wendy's on the way back home from Florida. Did not have apple juice, Soda with SUGAR (resulting in the fact that almost all of the soda options were unavailable), no Southwest sauce for the salads and no chocolate milk. All in all a complete disaster for me and my family. read more

Out of tea, out of ranch, lettuce on single burger was the size of a quarter. Asked for no cheese, noketchup but it is covered in both. Fries not even cooked all the way. Nuggets don't even look normal. Didn't give me a receipt. Probably the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. read more

Really really slow service. Ordered chili at the takeout window after I drove away I realize they gave me a fork to eat it with. Ordered a big potato with sour cream and chives and they left off the sour cream. Glad I don't live around here. If I did I'd never go to this location again read more

I can say won't be back to Wendy's here in Calhoun again!!! Waited for over 30 minutes for our food. Our order still wasn't all there they wanted us to eat sandwiches that was sitting there for 10 minutes waiting on the rest of the order. And the girl was so rude and hateful when we asked for our money back! So won't be back! read more
