We are in town for the week and decided to take my 81 year old Mom to Arby's so she could try the fried turkey sandwiches. The turkey was good, bread was dry, hardly any mayo on it and the tomatoes were mushy. Fries were cold. When we walked in the assistant manager was sweeping the floors she put the broom down and came to take our order. No welcome, hello or anything, what little she said she mumbled so who knows what she was saying. She didn't know the menu and she sighed and mumbled as she was trying to ring up our order. She rolled her eyes at us and then I proceeded to tell her she has no business in a people facing role much less an assistant manager role. The general manager was working the next register over and she took her place and finished the order. Then as we walked away another staff member started singing aloud "tis the season to be jolly" we were in a fine mood until we stopped here. A complete waste of $40 read more

This restaurant only gets two stars taken away simply because the lady taking our order was extremely rude and was pushing me to place my order. She was clearly aggravated that I didn't know what I wanted when I pulled up to the drive-thru. Otherwise I'm the service was fast and food was good. Arguing between the cooks and front counter is ridiculous. The one woman's name was Donni I think She was trying to expedite the orders at the same time the cashiers were. She was confusing everyone and everything. Very unprofessional I felt sorry from Betty, she was trying to help me. But didn't get a chance to do anything. Very sad read more

I last reviewed this Arby's in the fall of 2013 when I was younger, and perhaps a bit kinder. I stopped visiting this Arby's for a while as I found myself burnt out on roast beef from the constant repetition of eating there so often before work, but now that I've been back to visit them it's time to update my review! It was terrible. I went through the drive-thru on my way home from class but the attendant at the speaker could be heard having a conversation with someone else (not a customer, as I arrived when their customer parking lot was empty and the restaurant had just opened a minute prior). They continued talking the entire time I looked at the menu board, as well as when I was ordering. I asked the attendant what came on one of the new turkey sandwiches, to which they responded "Turkey, Bacon, Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato, and Peppercorn Ranch" before going back to talk to the person in the background. I thanked them, and my attempt at ordering went a little something like this: "Can I have that sandwich with only meat, cheese, and sauce?" "So you just want Turkey and Cheese?" "No ma'am, sorry, I wanted the turkey sandwich but with ONLY Turkey, Bacon, Cheese, and Peppercorn Ranch." "So do you just want Turkey and Cheese on it?" "Oh, uh, no ma'am. I would like the turkey sandwich with NO Tomato and NO Lettuce, please." "Ok, your total is [$5 and some change] please pull around." I've worked in fast food as a drive thru attendant for years, so I know the importance of deliberate and specific verbiage since the headsets can be hard to hear through, and I never try to assert myself because it's rude to assume an employee is at fault rather than the equipment. I arrived at the window, paid the attendant, and waited as they talked with the person who at that point I assumed was working the kitchen. They came back in a couple of minutes and handed me my food, so I thanked them and drove home. With that in mind, considering how long it took to get my sandwich (granted, it wasn't a long wait time, it was just long for the one thing I ordered) I figured it was reasonable to assume they had gotten it correct. Whoops. When I arrived home I pulled my sandwich from the bag to find a few things incorrect: 1. The menu board said that turkey sandwiches could be served either cold or hot. I wasn't given the option, which makes it all the more bizarre that the sandwich I ate was toasted on the inside and was just normal, untoasted bread on the outside, which was of course cold. I realize that some breads come pre-toasted on one side, that way restaurants can just microwave them to give the illusion of toasted bread, but why on earth would you put the toasted side inside the sandwich? It changes the taste of the bread entirely. 2. By this point you've probably guessed it. The sandwich only had turkey and cheese on it. The turkey (one and a half slices) was lumped towards the middle and the cheese was mostly on one side, so there was about a half inch of just gross, dry, cold toast on each side of the sandwich. I feel this issue in particular summates my whole experience-- they didn't care enough to ask for clarification at the window, and knew from amicable previous visits where my order was made incorrectly that I wasn't likely to complain. 3. The bread wasn't room temperature, it was cold. At the quick service restaurant I used to work at we were sent special limited time breads in frozen loaves that we had to defrost and allow to warm to a normal temperature before serving. In this case it was clear the bread hadn't been allowed adequate time to defrost, as it was sort of tough and clearly still chilled. Generally this is avoided by setting bread out the night before at closing time rather than in the morning, unless this bread has a really short hold time in which case maybe Arby's should consider using less volatile bread. My final verdict? It's time for me, and perhaps you, to stop giving this Arby's a second or third chance to redeem themselves. Every single time I've gone this year I've been disappointed, and I'm tired of wasting money on food I know I'm just going to regret. read more

Had the rib sandwich. It was pork loaf sliced. But it was meat. Tasted ok. Ordered medium curly fries two. Received one order but it was barely a small much less a medium order. read more

We went through the drive thru tonight for some dinner. I ordered the pizza sliders (which were cold) 4 cheese sticks and loaded curly fries with two drinks. Everything was delicious beside the sliders being cold. The staff wasn't the friendliest but we got our order in a timely manner. I'll definitely be back!! read more

Quick fast food restaurant with friendly staff and delicious food. Tables are smaller than I am used to eating on. Big enough for me only.

I have been here a few times and have not really been too happy with them. I keep telling myself, "they'll get it right this time". Today I got the turkey, bacon, and ranch wrap; no tomatoes and the turkey heated up, Like always. I went INSIDE thinking they'd get the order right this time. I STILL got a COLD wrap and when I tried to open my wrap to eat, I COULDN'T. The cook had ranch all over their gloves and all over my wrap paper...and now all over my shirt and pants. I got it to go bc it was my lunch break and I drive for work...so, as I reached for napkins to attempt to clean myself up...I find out that the lady gave me ONE napkin, which mind you, was also greasy and had ranch on it. Seriously? And the manager was sitting on a rolling chair in the kitchen....listen up dude, you're an idiot and need to get your crew running better. This is disappointing and I will NOT be returning. I know this is all tedious, but it's your JOB to get the order right. read more
