The drive thru was backed up so I went into the lobby. The young man at the counter was great. The manager was a rude pig. She came up behind me as the young man was counting my change and told him to ring her up for French fries. He didn't immediately answer so she repeated it. She wandered around the lobby talking to another woman loudly shoving a filet o fish sandwich in her mouth. She also had a half smoke cigarette in the hand holding her sandwich. She smelled of stale cigarettes. She finally walked out side to finish her smoke. She was totally unprofessional and rude. I won't go back to that store because of her behavior. Order #1341 on 7/11/2026 at 11:23am. Went through the drive thru for a simple 1/4lb meal with a coke. After taking my money and handing me a coke I was told to pull around and wait. I waited 13min before I went inside the restaurant to see what the holdup could be! It was then that some young lady actually just tossed my bag on the counter and walked off. What I got was a warmish burger and cold fries! I tried calling the phone number on the receipt 877-623-3747 and received no answer. I tried the number 3 times. Absolutely the worst restaurant in Campbellsville, I forget and I'll revisit to find the same results. No one ever at the register anymore so you have to order from a machine, then stand in limbo at the register to receive your cup. While standing there tonight you could hear two co-workers in the back arguing who's turn it was to work the counter, unless you are union it's everyone job to wait on the customer. We are paying your wages you know, then get to the table with our table tent a worker hollers the tent number!! I went to the Campbellsville KY restaurant today. I stood at the counter long enough for 4 employees to walk by me, including a manager. Not one acknowledged me. So I left without ordering. They have a sign that says if you have difficulty placing an order speak to an employee. Good luck with that. McDonald's employees evidently don't care about customer service because this is a common complaint I have heard from many people. it's like every time i go to mcdonald's, the food i receive is cold and far from fresh. i've went for the last few nights after i got off work at 3:30am and it's been awful each time. tonight i got nuggets, which were cold and stale. i got a big mac, which was cold and the buns were hard. not fresh at all. and i got some fries and they were cold and soggy and literally brown. and i also got a water which was surprisingly refreshing and was the only good part of my order. do better mcdonald's considering you're the only restaurant that stays open 24/7 and that's the only place i can get food from when i get off work. ‍‍‍ although the service was good and everyone was nice, i doubt i'll go back any time soon. i'd rather come home and eat ramen every night than waste my money on food that's not even freshly made. read more

Honestly wish I could leave a - star review the place is horrible on day shift. Either you wait 40 minutes for a happy. Or you don't get all your food or your fries have been sitting up for 5 minutes. I understand there's bad days. But not every day it's like no one cares about there job just there for a check. Food tasted like McDonald's but the people who worked there was not good at all. There's a huge jump between any other McDonald's and this one in service, I ordered a 10 piece McNugget and medium fries, they only gave me the McNugget. It was very fast so I already knew something was wrong. Ambiance was quite but not in a good way, there was no body there, the only cars in the parking lot was mine and the workers. Overall not a good place to eat, just go to the Wendy's down the street. read more

This McD acts as if it were the only act in town! Well, maybe the only McD, but go to Wendy's down the street, the food is much better and there is no wait. I can not understand why this McD has such a line at times, and the wait is not worth it! I like to order the fish sandwich, which always comes fresh at other McD's around the country (I travel full-time in an RV). Here it was fresh from the heat lamp,where it must have sat all day, from the way it tasted.
