I stopped by for a bacon Swiss sandwich on Thurs. Nov 20th, 2025. My bill came to $7.98 for just the sandwich. I gave the lady at the window $10.00. She gave me $2.00 back in change. The change should have been $2.02. When I asked for the correct amount back she stated that they did not have any pennies and it was out of her control. MY receipt states the price as $7.98. NO MATTER HOW YOU LOOK AT IT...THIS IS THEFT! It does not matter if it is a dollar or just 2 cents...it is still THEFT. I REFUSE TO GIVE MY BUSINESS TO A COMPANY THAT STEALS FFROM THE VERY PEOPLE THAT KEEP IT IN BUSINESS!! and DON'T use a penny shortage as an excuse. Lower your price to the nearest 5 cents or round it up. Change your menu prices to reflect this and most of all don't give your customers a receipt for $7.98 and charge $8.00. This has angered me so much that this is not the only place I am airing my disgust..I am taking it to the Attorney General's office, Better Business bureau, and the corporate offices of Arby's. Shame on Arby's Cape Girardeau and any other restaurant that does this to their customers. And by the way...my sandwich was ice cold when I opened it! I can take rudeness from the girl at the window, I mark that up to her stupidity, but I will not take THEFT lightly no matter the amount. read more

I've been eating Arby's roast beef sandwiches all my life (I'm 65), and I've gotta say....the 1/2 lb roast beef sandwich from this store was the worst. The beef was discolored and had a very different taste. Wife also had a roast beef and said the same thing. I took 2 bites and threw the rest in the garbage.Don't know if they know what they're doing, but I won't be returning... read more

I made a mobile order for Arby's in cape then I noticed that it wanted me to pick it up June 4th at 10:15am so I called them and asked if they could refund my money to my card since I couldn't get it that night the lady told me she couldn't do that because she didn't have access to the app to do so. So I had to pick it up June 4th at 10:15am that night when I got off from work I ate the roast beef sandwich and it wasn't cooked all the way or something was wrong with it because Monday morning I was feeling so sick I slept all day and couldn't even eat or drink water! It's Wednesday and I'm still trying to recover from being sick I DO NOT RECOMMEND this Arby's at all!!!! read more

Arby's burger was ok and they had no pickles which is one of key ingredients to a good burger I ordered the combo and jalapeño poppers, the poppers weren't hot then the berry sauce pack had some foreign sticky gooey sauce stuck to the top, to think this nasty package was next to my food only added to insult. Arby,s USED to be a good restaurant every time I go there now it always something off namely food quality and service I don't mind the prices but please step your game up. Well after waiting in line at the drive-thru for 30 minutes for the wagu burger and the speaker being out of order, we got our order. The burger was burnt on the outside and well done on the inside. went through the drive thru Saturday night the worker kalista was very rude she was on the phone the whole 20 minutes I sat and waited on my food working with one glove on throwing food together ! I got home and realized my food was wrong and went all the way back to Arby's which is 30 minutes from where I stay she refused to replace my whole order argued with me even tho my food was all ice cold by the time I got back to get my right food ! I proceed to tell her I saw her on the phone the whole time I sat there and waited and it was her fault my food wasn't right cause she was the one making it ! after I told her that the lady called the police on me and the police made her reimburse me my money ! needless to say it was a horrible experience read more

I placed a order at the drive thru window. 3 beef and cheddar's and one order of curly fries. Well we got the order and proceeded to drive down road. All three sandwiches, had the bottom bun you could almost crunch. The curly fries, besides being dumped in the bag. Were all pieces. Instead of complaining to the manager in the store if they were their since it was 515 in the PM. I called corporate and got ahold of a lady in another country that probably has never seen a arbys. She took my complaint and said they would send coupons and she was sorry. Well a month later and nothing. So corporate is just as responsible. Very rude staff and management, when trying to order couldn't even get the order out before the guy starts interrupting me. Then when I called the manager they started interrupting me over phone and wouldn't even listen to my complaint. Today, Sunday, after church, my husband and I decided to eat a sandwich at Arby's--normally, it is a good place to eat. We went into the front door, trash was at the entry way, so I kicked some of it into the parking lot. We placed our order, and I visited the ladies room to wash my hands. The restroom needed cleaning. I returned to my seat, and my husband went to the restroom, and he returned saying the restroom needed cleaning. The eating area had recently been mopped and water was in some places--slippery for me today. Then the served called my husband's name for our food was ready. We opened our sandwiches to eat, and my husband raised his cup of soda up for a drink, and i exclaimed, "Oh, there are ants all over your cup!". Yes, inside and outside, now on the table---ants. So he takes the cup of soda to the server at the register, and he takes the ant cup and gives my husband a clean cup. As we are eating, we usually like Arby's because on Sunday, the music is Christian music. Today it was booming heavy metal sounds. Worst experience EVER! I used to work for arby's in another state and I can tell you this is NOT how this company runs! This is what happened to us. We ran through the drive through at 1:57 am as their website said they were open till 3:00. We ordered a roast beef sandwich, and turkey, ranch and bacon wrap, a large fry and large drink, with a side of au jus. Everything seemed ok at first, but our first clue should have been them turning the lights off, (sign, etc) while we were still in the drive through waiting for our food! We got it and pulled into a space to start eating as we already were a little concerned. The au jus was ice cold, so we tried a bite of the roast beef, also ice, (I mean seriously, how hard is it to microwave the thing?) then they messed up the turkey wrap too! They put it on bread instead of a wrap (the sandwich is available in both, but clearly the drive through worker wasn't listening) which being diabetics, the wrap is kind important, but the bread also was moldy and smelled terribly! Finally the frys had hair from the drive thru guy in them which I found all through it (he was African American and had a bit of an afro so we were able to "know" that it was from him and not be stereotypical. We tried to call back and someone picked up the phone and hung up immediately on us but of course we knew they were still there as we were parked right next to his car. The next morning we tried to call their manager and were told "sorry we are busy, its the lunch rush" and promptly hung up again. The entire time they all had an attitude reflecting what the manager at one point said. "Well we are a franchise, sooo" meaning what? We make our own rules? read more
