We thought we'd try one more time...shame on us. Manager/employee took our order after about two minutes of waiting around (nobody there). She HELD her phone, with a loud podcast blaring from it, while taking our order. Trying to order was challenging...speaking/understanding over her phone (it was that loud)! She acted like it was a huge inconvenience that we were interrupting her phone-time. Online complaints are worthless...no one ever responds and nothing EVER changes! Love the food, hate the service. Only spend a couple minutes in line. They were out of receipt paper but were moderately friendly and fast. Got a side salad with cheese sticks. Would be great to see more vegetarian or vegan options. read more

Hello Arby's, Unfortunately you really need to address your employees customers service etiquette. Your food is good but your employee who serves one's order. Is absolutely not a pleasant person and does acknowledge one when she thanked for service, plus getting the order wrong and looked with disgust as if the customers fault. We are always nice to people, We never disrespect anyone in the fast food industries but Arby's in Clinton Tennessee the workers there are so rude, And it makes you think twice about buying their food and how they are doing you. Never returning there... I give this place a one star and they don't deserve that. read more

Food used to be good here but now it all tastes old and left out to long, plus half of the time the orders are wrong, ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and got a small roast beef and a chicken wrap. But to be fair all fast food sucks compared to 3-4 years ago, Arby's in Clinton, Tn is below average, highly recommend somewhere else. read more

My husband and I went to eat at rhe Arby's in Clinton, TN. So we thought there were customers inside as there were cars parked in the parking lot. These cars were parked right in front of the door. The only other people in the building were employees. We walked out and those same cars were still there. I decided to call and let them know that some of their employees had parked where customers should be parked. I was road that they have to park there due to coming in at 7 am and that is the door they open. I informed the person on the phone that they should move and let customers park there. It is sad that employees could not move their cars once they opened to allow customers - elderly, ones with kids, etc - have to park away from the door because of entitled employees. ​ read more

Ate at Arby's, Clinton, TN on Jan 3rd, 2023, lunch. The floor was dangerously slippery. I mentioned it to girl behind counter and she said, "we know, somebody must have used the wrong mop last night." Then she proceeded to take my order, doing nothing about the floor. Granted, my roast beef and poppers were good, but I overheard a customer complaining about undercooked chicken. Manager said that she would not give his money back because he had taken a bite. Well... to start off, not one of the outside lights were on. The place looked like it was closed. When I went inside, I told the "manager" at the counter, that they're outside lights were off, and she said they didn't work. I went for lunch at 12:15. I wanted to dine inside however both front doors were locked. The drive thru was open and line was long. There were no signs indicating that the dining room was closed, and I had just been there the day prior and it was open. On my visit the day prior, when it was my turn at the counter, the worker just walked away with no word. This staff was hollering and very loud, and very rude to the other customers there. Visited this restaurant yesterday during the lunch rush hour. The Ms. "General Manager" was the rudest and most unprofessional person I have ever seen at this establishment. Typically, the conduct is as you can expect from a fast food restaurant. Ms. GM, however, kept telling all of us waiting in line how long the wait would be. It started from 4-5 minutes when we arrived to 15-20 minutes by the time we got to the counter, even though they were clearing the orders from their screens as they filled them. She was literally slamming cups onto the counter, throwing food onto the trays then throwing them across the counter towards the customers. When we were finally able to order, she was rude and after I placed my order asked if there was anything else, when my husband was standing right next to me and hadn't ordered yet. Then she got our orders wrong because she was too busy looking at the line. She had pursed lips and was basically mad a the customers for coming when they were "short staffed" as if it was our fault. One customer had placed an order for dine in and she put it in a to go bag. When he asked where his order was, she got mad, told him it wasn't ready yet, he commented that it was cleared from the screen. She then pulled his food, quite roughly, out of the bag, threw it on a tray and tossed it towards him. I had ordered a #19 regular roast beef double. She entered it as a roast beef and cheddar. When I opened it and took it back to get the correct order, she got mad and told me that's what I ordered. I told her if she had been paying attention she would have entered the correct thing and that I clearly said #19. She kept going into the kitchen to help get food ready and acted as if everyone else working in the restaurant was incapable of doing their jobs. They all looked scared and seemed to be doing a fine job. If she is that unhappy with her job and is that unable to handle a rush hour, she shouldn't be working in the fast food business. My wife and I stopped at Arby's # 7498, near Clinton, Tennessee, on our way to Kentucky. Our cashier Ricky first said "just a minute", no smile, no welcome comment and we waited. There were no other customers in the store. When Ricky finished (putting away something) he said "order?" I ordered, he asked for my name and swiped my card twice saying it didn't go through first time. Then Ricky prepared a serving plate and flipped it over on the counter and he disappeared. Ricky wasn't friendly at all, we both thought he was slightly rude. The food was good and hot but it took us a little bit to find a clean table. This was just after 3:00 pm.
