Sometimes a bit slow, but the food is always hot and good. I've eaten there multiple times.

This is the first time I've ever been to an Arby's that didn't smell like a sour mop -- and I was pleasantly surprised! The whole restaurant was clean, fresh, and inviting. The cashier was a nice, friendly young guy, and all of the workers were polite and welcoming. My food came out hot and good, and let me tell you... that fried turkey sandwich was everything! That's all I've got to say about that -- definitely worth a stop if you're in the area. read more

Would not take anything off of a sandwich that we didn't want on it. I told him literally how to do it in the computer and he just said "I can't do that".... Then ordered a roast beef sandwhich double and we got a single with a burnt bottom bun. So cool. read more

We made a quick stop at Arby's as we travel. It was my FIRST time at Arby's! Ever! But, I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was pretty good. We adders a little bit of everything...brisket sandwich meal, roast beef & cheese, slider, pizza slider, ham & cheese slider, turkey & cheese slider, curly fries sweet iced teas and jamoca shakes! We were all pleased. But, what made me give it four stars was the customer service!! "Rementa" took our order and gave us recommendations. Thus, we took her advice and ever was pretty decent. Thank you Rementa (I hope I am spelling your name correctly) for the great service. Outstanding customer service from Rementa!! I took off one star because the sliders were warm on the inside but the bread, although soft, was cold. So, the cheese didn't melt. I think they should warm the entire sandwich or wrap them to keep them warm and allow the cheese to melt. Good job Arby's! read more

I normally wouldn't leave a review for a fast food restaurant but I must say the Arby's in Emporia Virginia never fails to disappoint me. I have never seen so many employees working in one establishment but never have anything prepared and ready to go for the customer. The wait is always super long and the customer service is TERRIBLE. There has been times when I have stopped here on my travel and have realized after pulling off that I had a completely different order than what I placed. The service is just awful. I wish there was a -5 star rating. Emporia Virginia is very small and doesn't have a lot of food options so sometimes Arby's is my last resort if I'm hungry on my way home from work travel. If you're traveling or in a rush I encourage you not to stop at this specific Arby's I can guarantee you will be disappointed. I will not return. read more

If your employees are going to wear masks, they should probably wear them on their face and not their chin. After watching one girl repeatedly touch and mess with her mask/face and then touch all of the drinks, we were kind of grossed out. Staff was also slow and rude. Good thing we're just passing through because we will not be back. read more

Stopped In to get dinner. Hours posted clearly say dining room open but it's locked. Can't take motorhome thru drive thru so out of luck. Employees in drive thru won't serve walk ups and clearly couldn't care less. read more

Was passing through and decided to eat something different so we stopped at this Arby's. They were not busy so I stood in line to place our orders. I ordered a Roast Turkey and Swiss with only meat, cheese and mustard on the sandwich. Got my order and everything was on the sandwich that I didn't want on it. Lettuce, tomato, onion and mayo. I go back in to get the sandwich remade and had to wait back in line to get my meal. The manager made sure that the remake sandwich was correct. Everyone else's food was great! read more

Wasn't open... the website said it was open until 10pm today, the big hand-written sign said it was open until 9pm, and we were there at 8:55pm and a message said they were closed at the drive through :( read more

This was a quick stop and I was hungry and in a hurry so I got mozzarella sticks and jalapeno poppers. The food was hot and wasn't too terrible for fast food. The line (drive-thru) was not long and went quickly. The employees were pleasant. The grounds were clean. I have a gluten sensitivity (not allergy) and though the food was palatable, I was sick on the remainder of my trip. O_O read more

I knew about this place when I walked in. This fast food restaurant was not clean, and the service was fair. While this Arby's serves the usual meals, there was nothing special about the taste of the meals. I do worry about the food quality- as it was mediocre and not fresh. read more

Every time I come here my order is wrong no matter how clear or repeatedly I say it, even if it's super slow. Employees were complaining about customers in front of other customers. At least do it in private. Need to hire better employees I even went here 3 days in a row to test out my accusation. Day 1: my mozzarella sticks were still cold inside. Day 2: they gave me the wrong sandwich. Day 3: I ordered mozzarella sticks and they came out over cooked with no cheese inside. They were visibly not servable but I was still served them. read more

Don't go here first thing in the morning or if you are on a lunch break. You will sit in line the whole time.

Just stopped in for a quick lunch on our way down 95. The people are extremely friendly which makes for a great customer experience. The establishment is quiet and clean with soft jazz music playing in the background. Food good and hits the spot. Stop in if in the area! read more
