When I walked there on 7/7, it had closed early and there was a note on the door. I went back again on 7/8 and found the same note and the store was still closed. Today I returned to the Main St location and explained that I had placed an order but no one had been there. The employee was very helpful, looked up my order, and we discovered it had actually been sent to the N Barlow Rd Walmart location. They told me this mix-up happens often and even tried to contact their manager to see if they could help, but couldn't reach them. I then went to the Walmart location and explained the situation again. The employee called the manager, who said that because the order had already been made and thrown away, they would neither refund my money nor remake my order. I understand that I made the mistake when ordering, but given that the Main St store was unexpectedly closed for two days and their staff genuinely tried to help, I was disappointed that the Walmart location wasn't willing to offer any solution. A little understanding and customer service would have gone a long way.
