OMG Yuck. This place had decent reviews, service was fast, but the food was terrible.. We ordered the Crispy Egg Rolls, basically egg roll wrapper stuffed with lettuce and fried??? Thai Style Spring Roll Rice Paper stuffed with noodles, lettuce and shrimp...no mint or bean sprouts??? And then Pad Thai, God awful...Sloppy wet, not even rice noodles, they used linguine, no green onion, no bean sprouts, and the rubbery chicken had a rotten smell..I couldn't even eat it. Cute little place. Service was good. The people that work here are excellent at making sure your taken care of. Food is really good. I love the chicken skewers and orange chicken. The egg rolls and soup are so yummy! Living in a small town and having to drive to Greeley or Brighton for panda express is not very convenient. I highly recommend you try the little bamboo the next time your craving that type of food. Little Bamboo is delicious. It is a healthier option when you compare the food you get there with a pizza place or other type of fast food restaurant. This little place has been one of our favorite restaurants for years. Pad thai is perfect. Some restaurants get it too sticky sweet but not bamboo. Their crispy duck is crispilicious. The sauce on the sesame chicken is tangy. We ask for extra sauce. Hot and sour soup and the thai spiced soups are our favorite. Great place. read more

I was passing through on my way to Denver Airport. I was craving Thai food and didn't have a whole lot of time. So I called in my order letting them know I was about 5 miles away and if they could start cooking my order to which they happily obliged. I ordered a pad thai with hot and sour soup. It's about a mile off the 80 which isn't too bad. Upon entering, I found my pad thai hot and ready to be eaten. It was good, but not as good as back home. The restaurant used a lot of gravy to which I haven't seen on Pad Thai before, not even in Thailand. It was good but I'm not sure if I would order that again. The décor is pretty modern and service is solid. Upon leaving, I was handed a 2011 bamboo fan! Excellent! I will stop by here again on my way to DIA as it's a quick meal! Nice size restaurants with lots of tables, full bar and a variety of plates on their menu. I ordered the panang curry with tofu, lots of veggies, lots of tofu, lots of food period. Seriously this is enough for 2 people. I saved half for lunch the next day. And for $11, it's a bargain. There wasn't much spice, maybe I would have a little more. You get it with a bowl of rice, either white or brown. Dishes came out fairly quickly, lots of people picking up to go orders. I think its hit or miss depending on what you order. Overall a good meal and it's one of the more consistently busy places in FTM. Most dishes come with egg roll/crab wonton and some soup. You can get 2 soups instead if you prefer. I'm on a little pescatarian kick so no beek or chicken. I've sampled the shrimp pad thai, drunken noodles, and veggie fried rice. The pad thai had the most flavor and the drunken noodles had a weirdish texture too it .... like microwave noodles. I'll be back to try more stuff but a pretty good option if you find yourself in these parts. read more

For my tastes it was just too bland...and the chicken (Orange) was kind of, how do I put this delicately, like it was scraps. Delicious food when you need something hot to warm you up in winter (or summer)! I'm simple and usually order the pad Thai, which never disappoints. The portion is plenty and the price is alright. Usually when I stop in to pick up my order, the place is packed. It's small but decorated with nice colors. They've got a new sushi menu that I look forward to trying (and mochi, too!). I decided to try this place based off of the reviews thinking it would be an okay place. I walked in and the guy standing at the bar was in a blank stare. I had to ask him multiple times if I could just sit anywhere. I ordered a sushi roll and some Thai spring rolls. The spring rolls didn't have anything from the description. It was iceberg lettuce and rice noodles with one shrimp cut in half(tail not cleaned) they didn't give me any silverware or napkins. My sushi roll came and it didn't have any ginger or wasabi. Ginger is the best part! There was an older lady standing at the edge of the counter in the dining room clipping her fingernails roughly 8-9 feet from me while I was eating dinner. This is my families favorite restaurant when in Ft. Morgan. The General Tso's Chicken is really good and my wife always orders the sesame chicken. My kids order the crab Rangoon and lo mien noodles. I ordered a Thai iced tea and they were out of it which was disappointing because I always look forward to one while eating Thai food. I ordered the potstickers for appetizer, they were pretty good as was their dipping sauce. For entrees I had the combo pad Thai, which was delicious however I only found two pieces of shrimp and the rest chicken. I also had the egg drop soup which was pretty flavorless but I finished it. My boyfriend had the Szechuan beef which he gave three stars. He ate all of it. Overall the food was good, service was fast and friendly.
