My road trip guilty pleasure you ask? Jamocha milkshake from Arby's. I stopped by around 9:45 in the morning, they had just opened at 9:30. They had my jamocha shake ready and told me I had to wait a few minutes for the fries to cook. Hey, I won't argue about fresh fries. Where else could I acquire curly fries at 10am in rural Alabama? they were great. Drive thru service was easy. Overall dirty. Trash bags sitting out side of the door when you enter. The person that ordered after us has to ask for a new cup before because they dropped it on the filthy floor and still tried to give him it. Bless my heart; no, bless my tummy. Driving I65 south on a Saturday afternoon is a hard drive and you must have food. Exit 130 was very busy at all of the restaurants, so we opted for Arby's, one of our favorites. We went inside. It was busy but the staff was working very hard to keep everyone moving. Nobody in drive thru line, nobody inside & was told to wait. Sat at drive through for 12mins and still no word.

Ok, let's see if anyone cares! This Arby's did not give me a receipt so I couldn't add a review on the customer service site. On 1-4-25 my wife and myself were traveling back home to Huntsville from Mobile. We pulled in to your store in Fort Dale off exit 140 on I 65. We ordered a classic roast beef and a classic beef and cheddar both with combos. I asked for a cup of red ranch at the menu board and the cashier repeated my order back to me. When we got to the drive-thru window we paid and then we were asked to pull forward. I asked why because there were no cars behind us that would be waiting for us to move. We both received an extremely rude tone from the cashier and then from the manager on duty around 1:00. Oh I forgot to mention they slammed the window in our face and we could hear them talking about it on the inside. After a while they finally gave us our order. We looked in the bag and there was no cup of red ranch. Still with no one behind us. They asked us to pull up to receive a cup of red ranch. Really? Do you really want your stores fabricating service times by this policy? I personally worked for Arby's for 22 years and I know that Arby's did not start out with this terrible practice of fudging numbers. All I want really is better operations for Arby's on Yelp. Right now you have a two-star rating. I can see why. read more

Leaving Orange Beach, we were on the road for a few hours and decided to stop for lunch. Only a few restaurants in the southern part of Alabama along I-65, so we were stuck with this Arby's location at a nasty Love's Truck Stop. The location was busy with travelers coming and going to the beach. After placing our orders, I went to the restroom. Wow! Nasty and dirty are the words to describe what I encountered. The trash cans were overflowing and dozens of flies were swarming near the urinals. Returning to Arby's, I found our food to be hot and fresh. The fries were really good. It seemed like the Arby's crew had their act together. Shame on the Love's employees! read more

Worst business in town. Horrible food and the service is worse. They will not take your order in the drive through.

Don't know last time I didn't have to pull forward and wait. Never seems crowded but still takes a while to get food. Food usually alright.

The lady was very nice who took my order, they looked short staffed but everyone was moving and cooking.

Slow, slow, slow workers. Dirty place. They've got a bunch of workers, but they were too busy talking and being lazy. I couldn't believe how long it took to get our order of just two sandwiches. This is one instance where I absolutely SHOULD have looked at the review before eating here! I quote Jon Stewart: "Arby's...when your hunger overrides your memory!" I RARELY review chain eateries because, well, they are chain stores.. some good... some bad! People like what they like and I have just as many good experiences as bad at, say, KFC! So I usually steer clear...HOWEVER... I was hungry and I had just seen an add for the "double bacon and cheddar" which really kinda sounded good. After some weird mixup at the drive thru.. I got my meal. I promptly returned the meal, about two hours later, on the side of the road, with it coming out the same way it came in! It was a gastric misadventure of emetic proportions! The sad part is that the sandwich was tasty (not the second appearance, mind you) but the curly fries were horrible. They were luke-warm and greasy as hell!! Ugh! I ate about half of them and threw the rest away. So, with all that being said, it's always "catch-as-catch-can" with ANY fast food joint. It's just after spending 7 bucks on a meal, I don't expect to be puking it up on the side of the road 2 hours later. And before anyone asks me if it was the meal... I'm a Paramedic! ok, so I stopped to get a Arby's double roast beef sandwich while traveling because I always share with my little dog. she loves their roast beef. I was so shocked and disappointed. first of all the meat was about the amount for a regular sandwich and it was all crumbled pieces of meat. no slices at all. it seriously looked like dog food so I gave it all to my dog. she didn't seem to care. now I'll think twice about stopping. read more

Cashier: [requests help from supervisor] whispers "they want a Turkey and Cheese". Supervisor: "They want what?" To us-"What did you want?" U: "A turkey and cheese." S: "Oh"! To cashier- "they want a Turkey and cheese" S: "You wanted the sandwich with the red ranch sauce?" U: "No, just a turkey and cheese" S: "Oh" "You wanted the sandwich with the onion bun?" U: "No, just turkey and cheese on a regular bun" S: "Oh" "You wanted the Jr turkey and cheese?" U: "Sure" Inputs order. Lol. What do we get? A cold turkey sandwich the size of a chicken nugget.
