Well I went inside to get some lunch, ordered a market fresh chicken club wrap and 2 beef and cheddar and curly fries and a lemonade. It was quite possibly the biggest pile of garbage I've ever received. The chicken wrap was put together with chicken nuggets, sliced cheese and no tortillas. They used the gyro wrap instead. The General Manager for the store refunded me my money just because the food was just a couple of minutes delayed. I didn't ask for it, but he said he wanted to be a good example of what customer service is. In my opinion he went above and beyond and was very gracious. Literally TWENTY minutes in the Drive-thru, four cars left before ordering, only reason i didnt was because i was stuck in the lane with a curb on the right and the restaurant on the left. What is Arby's thinking!! Stopped by to try their new Prime Rib sandwich. . . it belongs in a garbage disposer. I have had a lot of Prime Rib and I have to say this is the worst sandwich ever! It was grisly and tough, the "crispy" onions were nearly non existent and were soft mush. . . the only thing remotely ok was the garlic aioli sauce. You need to delete this off your menu permanently and stick to your regular roast beef sandwiches. For the cost this is a pure loser. read more

I stopped by here last night to pick up a Uber eats delivery. I literally waited for 10-15 minutes and they moved at the slowest pace ever. Including the GM. No one acknowledged me after I got there and was clearly waiting until a couple of minutes. One of the managers finally said something & asked if I was there to pick up and order and started working on it but was also doing other things and had another guy take over. Eventually the GM ended up going back to help make the order but it's not really fast food when you have to wait so long. As much as I like curly fries and the sandwiches that Arby's has because they can't be obtained at any other fast food restaurant, I can give no more than three stars. My main rationale for going to Arby's is to get a Reuben sandwich. Arby's has the potential of having a good Reuben sandwich with excellent ingredients complete with marbled rye bread, but the bread is not toasted, only heated sufficiently to melt the cheese. A good Reuben sandwich has toasted bread. More expensive venues can toast bread for sandwiches. Why can't Arby's? The ingredients are good, but the added toasting of the bread would change it from just an average sandwich to an exceptional one. read more

Sinking spring PA Arbys. Roast beef terrible, bread stale, hardly any mayo. Fries good. Chocolate shake was vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup and not even mixed! Terrible will never return. Don't recommend either. read more

I feel bad for the people here working their a** off here. It's 8:30. Card machine is down. Cash shortage going on. And the line was wrapped around the building. I only had a 100 on me and they couldn't break it which was ok! I felt bad that I forgot to ask at the beginning of my order. I run to Safeway to go get cash ( I was really craving Arby's and didn't want to go anywhere else) I come back and the line is still wrapped around. The gal at the drive through saw me and let me grab my order at the door safely! Mad props to the girls (maybe guys too?) kicking butt and getting through what I'm sure was a long evening. DO NOT GO HERE. I wish I could give negative stars. My boyfriend and I went there Thursday night an got our usual... the girl taking the order was very b**chy and inattentive. Once we got home we realized the whole thing was completely wrong and there was a HAIR in one of his sandwiches!!! We immediately called for my money back and they could only give us a free meal. We said okay and just went back the next day to get it. Friday at around 3:30 we went over there to get it. The girl was LAUGHING over the intercom, not paying attention, I had to repeat myself MULTIPLE times. Once we got to the window, her and the manager were completely disrespectful to us. Now I get it, working in a pandemic is not fun, I work at OHSU, times are not the best right now. But that's no excuse to be completely and utterly rude to a customer that just wanted their meal replaced. We will be contacting higher ups about this because this is beyond disrespectful. I used to work in fast food and our managers would never let us treat ANYONE like this, it's mind blowing they actually get away with this? Like wow. DO NOT GO HERE. I doordashed and it came from here. Hotel is no more than 5 minutes away. All of my food was cold. Not lukewarm. Cold. It was like biting into a partially thawed out fry. I opened the sandwhich and the 2 slices (yes, 2) of roast beef were cold and i didn't even have to put my hand in the cheddar cheese cuz it was only 1/4 on the actual sandwhich. I was repulsed. And Ik it wasn't because I took too long to grab it (even if I did it's in a heated hotel hallway). Got no sauce that I ordered, my fries were the wrong size and they were all either soggy or like really hard. Didn't even eat it cuz i don't know how long it was sitting out. I eat a lot of arbys so this was absolutely atrocious. But ig that's what to expect in disgusting Portland. All in all, you'd be better off eating dirt. read more

We have frequented and supported this Arby's for years. If fact, our daughter worked there when she was in high school. Today we went thru the drive-thru which took about 30 minutes. We ordered fish sandwiches and sweet potato waffle fries. I've had this before but this time it was terrible! Fish was burned and so were the fries. It all tasted like bad oil. I know businesses are doing their best during COVID-19 and we are supporting our restaurants. But come on! Clean oil and not serving burnt fish and fries won't keep anyone coming back. I've been here several times before, and the service has been fine. Tonight was the worst service I've ever experienced here. The order took way too long to deliver. I ordered onion rings, and literally got 5 onion rings. According to the staff, including what appeared to be the person in charge, the onion rings were the "hold up". The hold up being my walk in order that took about 15 minutes. That should've been unacceptable in any fast food industry business for a walk in order. Did I mention that there was literally one person, with a moderately normal order, in front of me. Her order took too long as well. When I commented to the person that appeared to be in charge, she was snooty an rude. She didn't offer any way to comp the ridiculously long wait for a very simple "fast food" order. One good note - the young man taking my order was very polite, and somewhat apologetic for the long wait. I am done coming to this location. I was in Gresham today and in a hurry to get back home and was suddenly craving Arby's. This one just underwent a remodel not so long ago, so the dining room is clean and nice. Service is quick. Just be warned when the Gresham High School goes on lunch this place gets swarmed. Went through the drive thru today at Arby's today around 2:10 pm. I ordered 4 sandwiches and asked for extra Horsey sauce, when I looked in my bag before I drove away there were none at all in there. So, I had to go back through the drive thru line because the dining room is closed and asked for the sauce, at which point the lady working the drive thru hands me 2. I asked for more and she gave me one more. I told her I wanted extra and she argued with me saying you only get one per sandwich. Well, I ordered 4 so I was still under the arbitrary "sauce limit". I come here multiple times a week to buy food for my employees and don't appreciate the attitude when I ask for a few sauce packets. Doesn't seem like it's worth losing customers over. read more

Looks like they need a change in management. The employees black and red shirts were shouting as they spoke to each other and on the their phones and social media at the ordering counter. They also had no respect for what type of conversations are professional. Talking about having a "good time on the restroom" and word like "I hope it comes out okay". Dealt with this Arby's several times over the couple months. I order the same thing every time a market fresh sandwich meal with no sauce. They mess it up several times I complain through proper channels not for reimbursement of any type just get it correct. All I get back is a go some where else from the manager who says his district manager is backing him up on this decision. ZERO STARS for this establishment, I always wondered why Gresham couldn't keep any food stops. Now I know. Recently went to Arbys here in Gresham with one of evidently their very confusing coupons (only to their managers) that they continually send to your residence. Anyway went in 3 weeks ago with said coupon in the drive thru, ordered roughly $30 worth with the coupon, ordered max on their 2 chicken sandwiches choices which included tenders, BBQ bacon Swiss, and others. Got to the pay window and the doofus says $58 dollars please, we say WTH? Manager comes out and cancels the $58 order and charges the correct amount with the coupon. Fine, except Arbys held up $58 of my money for 3 days! Needless to say they evidently they don't include the Swiss chees in the BBQ bacon Swiss? Made the terrible mistake and Returned tonight 6/7/15 at 8pm and ordered same same with the SAME COUPON RECEIVED IN THE MAIL!!!!! And the same EXACT THING HAPPENED AGAIN! I called this time. and talked to the manager J (I spell that with a very a Small "m").... Said he couldn't do anything for me. ( Are you kidding me! You can't do anything for me tonight for 6 Sandwiches you couldn't make CORRECTLY?) call tomorrow and talk to manager N. He says we changed our CBS recipe.
