I have been to this location several times and it's always been on the slower side and at one point in the summer the AC was off and the dining room was hot. 3) I know it's "fast-food", but these kinds of places really need to level up because at this point, I'd rather just pay a few dollars more and have a decent experience. Given the poor previous experiences, I am firing whataburger in general. The only one that has been good has been the one in South Huntsville.

All of the negative reviews for this restaurant usually point this out. They have a very loyal crowd of regulars it seems, but the food was bland. The mashed potatoes was bland and was the consistency of powdered potatoes. Idahoan instant mashed potatoes beat these easily. Mac n cheese was ho-hum, turkey was bland, etc. The wild rice was awful and lacked any sort of salt or.flavor. The corn bread is the unsweetened variety that is super dry. Honestly the only good thing we had was the fried chicken. My club was OK. They had a lot of meat in it, but the meat was hot which was unexpected. It looked good and had bacon which was nice, just tasted plain to me. I will probably come back and give it another shot someday, but honestly it feels like mostly institutional food in a hot restaurant with odd rules.
