I placed my order in person at 6:19 for a Hero and a meatball sub, both medium. My sandwiches weren't ready until 6:55. There were 3-4 workers most of the time. One "visible" customer was there before me. Two others came in and waited in the online order area and got their subs quickly. it was so strange and soooo slow. One family came in and looked at me and asked how long I had been there and left. I'm okay with ten-15 minute wait on a sandwich, but this was too long. To top it off, I spoke respectfully to the workers after I got my food and said, "The wait was terrible tonight...(they all stared at me)...then I added, "I don't know what's going on, but this isn't you're night." They all stared me down and I left. They never apologized or even shrugged. We are huge fans of Firehouse, but we are done for now. read more

My experience at this firehouse sublocation was really good. They have a great menu new Sandwich that my mom Troy. I think she liked it. I got the hook and wire. I always get that 1. They have a new online order system. Which is very easy to use and you get points. So I would rarely recommend this business of a family orientated business. read more

I ordered the large meatball sub. The service was fantastic and I was greeted with hello from three employees. The order taker was pleasant and efficient. The food was quickly served and I was on my way home. The meat balls are large and tasty, but the bread was too doughy for my taste. My wife and I were craving a sub so we ordered a couple of medium sized sandwiches on wheat. I have to say I've never had a sub with more mayonnaise on it in my life. Consistent seems to be the trademark of Firehouse This is the 3rd or 4th different Firehouse I've been to and every single one of them seems to be equal quality. Four stars is based on being a sub restaurant. Compared to other sub shops, especially when comparing to chain style restaurants they set the bar high. Friendly staff always offer greeting when you walk in and are quick to take your order. Hard to stray from what I like when I'm at any sub restaurant. 99 out of 100 times I'm going with what ever their version of an Italian sandwich is. Fresh, flavorful meats and veggies/toppings every time. Unlike some of the other places where it can be hit or miss. Once your order is placed they bring it out to the table. Three different sizes of sandwich to fit any hunger level. Also, they offer combos that include chips and a drink and if you're still hungry they have cookies for dessert. Price is in line with any of the other sub places, but the quality is hard to beat. Wouldn't hesitate to go into any Firehouse location. It's clear the establishment takes pride in quality and how they treat customers. read more

The scrawny white boy behind the counter is a mask nazi. I've eaten at this location many times before because the staff don't mask shame people for exercising their freedom. I asked to sit down to order (because we can't get or spread covid when sitting) and he said no. I've never seen this kid before, now I won't go back because of him. Stopped by at 7:57 today to get a sandwich to go. Unlike most Firehouse subs I was never acknowledged when I came in and when I stood at the register to order I looked at 4-5 people in the eye and yet the entire staff chose to ignore me. I waited patiently for 5 minutes and then walked out, being ignored again. The place was somewhat busy but no one else was waiting to order and the staff was talking as much as working. I'd like to think this is an aberration but I will be hesitant to go back. Updated - I went back last Saturday and had a much better experience - was greeted as I entered and waited a reasonable time for my takeout order. The sandwiches were very good. This was not my first time at this Firehouse but they have been great every time. This WAS, however, my first time since we started having to bring food home to eat it. The experience was just as good. Ordering went smoothly and the food was actually still warm and delicious when we got it home. I am usually very happy with Firehouse Subs but three days ago I stopped at this site only to be very disappointed. The sandwich meats did not seem fresh nor was the bread. The cashier was very sarcastic and fake. We had to continue to repeat our order and he kept staring when we corrected him and smiled weirdly. He didn't tell us they 10 mins were behind till after we paid. We witnessed a woman who said she waited for 30 mins for her sandwich went back up to the cashier to tell them her order was completely wrong. The cashier said the best we can do is make another one in ten mins. We waited for 15 mins and asked for our money back and left. Never again will I step foot back in that store. The employees here have always been friendly and helpful for us, as well as quick. They're also willing to answer questions and "waste" time helping if necessary. The sandwiches are large and overstuffed, so I usually have leftovers or get one of the smaller "500 calorie selections" that are plenty big enough. read more
