Customer service always great, but sometimes the food taste a little rushed. Loaded chicken fries are my favorite.

They literally gave me five fries. When I go to this location I always have to check my fries because they're very stingy with their fries for no reason. The people they have there are lazy and unmotivated. When I went through the drive through, the person there was barely speaking and sounded like she was dead. The food is fine. However, the treatment of the team members is awful. Today is one of the hottest days on record this year. It is 100 degrees outside. There were two team members required to stand outdoors with a tent that provided no shade, a tiny fan, and no drinks. In addition these members were still required to wear the long pants uniform. Both girls were obviously flushed and hot. As a health care worker, these are notable signs of heat exhaustion and distress. This is not the first time this has been noticed. When something was said to the manager on a previous visit, the status of his team members was brushed off, stating "well that's the uniform and this helps our window times." It should be noted that we were one of two cars in the whole line at this time. If the company is more concerned about window times than the health and safety of their employees, that is absolutely pathetic. We are in Alabama. It's hot and humid. If you are going to require your team members to be outside in heat advisory weather, appropriate precautions and provisions should be made. Take a page out of Chick-fil-A's handbook. read more

I order at this particular location all the time and usually it's great. However today I went around 9:30 pm i understand that's 30 minutes before closing, but if you're open you should expect orders. I got two big zax snacks, the bread is rock solid not even edible, the fries had pieces of bacon thrown in with them and are obviously at least an hour old , and the chicken (which is usually piping hot and juicy) is lukewarm, dry and hard. This meal tastes like I grabbed it off the floor of the car. read more

We were driving through and had been recommended to go here since it was new in town. I've had my fair share of chicken fingers in my life, these were good but not a place I'd search out while on the road. The variety of sauces were interesting (the herb one I didn't especially like). The Spicy Fried Mushrooms were good, not spicy at all, but still nicely juicy. And the seasoned fries were my favorite part, crunchy but not too much so. They serve Otis Spunkmeyer cookies, which I've loved since I was little so naturally I got the chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin ones (yummy as always). What I give a two thumbs up was the service! They were all helpful, nice, and efficient. Our cashier had good recomendations, she also made sure we knew how we would be served. At our table we were checked on twice: once by the assistant manager, and later by the restaraunt manager (and this is excluding the employee that came by to tidy up our table and to collect the trash). Overall a decent experience, but nothing life changing. read more

Hazel Green Zaxby's is a RIP OFF! I've ordered the Fried Cobb Zalad many times in Hazel Green and other Zaxby's. I usually get it to go. I don't know why the Hazel Green Zaxby's can't get it together as far as the amount of salad that they give to you. I've complained several times to the management and each time I've been told that they are suppose to measure the amount that they put in the take out carton. The manager has stated several times that the employees will be talked to and has offered me a free salad. I have a 2 cup measuring cup and once again tonight I could fit the entire $8.29 Fried Cobb Zalad into it and I even paid .25 extra for croutons. This is totally unacceptable and $8.29 is very expensive for the amount you get. I hope that someone in charge will see this and actually make the changes that need to be made. read more

This place is just average it's just chicken and fries sometimes it's hard sometimes it isn't my son loves to eat there he's 15 he loves to eat anything I really don't like their wings I've never heard of a chicken finger and wing place that doesn't have a wing and fry plate I've never heard of such a thing I think they only have a five piece wings and then you got to add some fries and then I want to charge you $.25 for every little extra sauce you get it's ridiculous they're expensive enough I went in there and ordered a three piece chicken tender they told me and this was a manager said you don't get any kind of dipping sauces unless it's five or more chicken fingers what kind of crap is that so if you eat one or two or three or four chicken fingers you don't need any dipping sauce but for five or more you do just totally ridiculous read more
