My buddy and I put in a delivery order, we were told it would be a 20 min wait. We waited 2 hours for our food to arrive and the bread hard as a rock and we had not been kept updated. And on top of that they got our order wrong and I've called them back with no answer twice. read more

NEVER GOING BACK! Geez guy acted so impatient with me over a Turkey sandwich which was basically what I got. I asked if they had a Caesar dressing after looking at the menu & seeing "Caesar sauce" for their wraps, FATTY told me "no." I simply wanted something so my sandwich wouldn't be dry so I don't eat mayonnaise because I don't eat pork, but his ignorant a$$ wouldn't know any better. I saw plenty of sauces behind the counter in plain view but just wanted red to get out. I asked that all veg be out on the side & he was so annoyed and impatient... serving brown skin with disdain seems to be a running theme around here. The lady preparing my sandwich was lovely. Next, an older Caucasian couple walked in, he took his time, smiled at them, allowed them to ask 50 questions with no impatience at all. Very disappointed with the service. First my wife attempted to call to place an order for pickup and no one answered. We ordered online and waited for about 20 minutes before leaving to pickup the order, which was about a 10 minute drive. Once we arrived, I went in to pickup the order, and was told that they're working on it ( in not a very friendly manner ). After waiting there for about another 10 to 15 minute, one of the employees (who seen me when I came in and heard that I was there to pick up an order) walked straight to the pickup rack and placed the bag onto the rack without saying a word to me. I had to ask if it was for xxx, and she said yes as if I were annoying her. I don't mind paying for anything, however I despise terrible customer service especially when it appears to be racially motivated!!! Not a place I'd return to!!! read more

I frequently eat at Jimmy John's because the franchise is, in my experience, a marvelous atmosphere and excellent food. This location is no different. However I wish to commend the staff because of the ensuing altercation that that I am about to describe. At approximately 1500, I walked into Jimmy John's to order the #10 Hunter's Club (with a drink and cookie of course). The gentleman that ordered in front of me was pandering about looking at the menu, when a very helpful and cheerful manager named Steph asked, "Hello, have you ever been here before?" The wrothful individual retorted back that he was not retarded and could order his food without help. She kindly offered that she could help if he had inquiries. He shot back he could read a menu in a venomous and condescending tone. He quickly thereafter ordered what I had known I already wanted, the #10. He got his sandwich in the freaky fast Jimmy John's fashion. Upon receiving his sandwich, the man angrily stormed to the front of the counter muttering obscenities under his breath and angrily asked Steph for a napkin. She cordially (and so jovially) informed him where he could get his napkins in the enormous stack just across from where he was sitting. The man stomped off angrily to his table snatched his sandwich up and marched back to the counter. At this point, a black woman and her mother had walked in and began ordering. He rudely stepped in front of the ebony pair and cut them off and threw the sandwich on the counter in front of the register and began a rant demanding his money back immediately, slapping the counter for emphasis. Josh handled the situation by refunding him his money promptly and kept his composure and professionalism throughout the process. However, his wrath and overall toxic existence caused all but myself to leave the restaurant if they had not already ordered, meaning his vile presence cause JJ's to lose at least $40 in business for that hour. I want to extend a congratulatory message to Steph and Josh for handing the situation with exemplified professionalism. The belligerent and demeaning individual who caused this altercation was completely at fault for the incident, so if Jimmy John's Corporate HQ is reading this, I want you to hear it from a third party. You deserve 5 stars, and it was the crew on staff that made that possible. read more

Jimmy Johns has some very good subs in my opinion. I love their bread and the ingredients are light and fresh. Everyone at this store is friendly and the service is very prompt. They also deliver if you are within their delivery area. The restaurant was clean and bright. The beach club is by far my favorite. read more

Wow, I normally don't like sandwiches. I've just eaten too many bad ones. This place changes that! No skimpy toppings or overly bready sandwiches here. Nice choices too. And talk about quick, by the time we paid our meals were ready! Best of all was the service, friendliest group of young folks I've encountered in ages and very helpful to first timers like us. I'll recommend this location without reservation. Wonderful staff, clean and efficient, oh and good prices too. For those of you closer to the area they deliver!! And with the myriad choices, you can customize a sandwich to your liking. They even have whole grain and low carb options! The only even slight disappointment was the diet drink selection. I usually enjoy Jimmy John's but this last time we ordered online like usual, and I was confronted by The Owner who made my Mother go back home and get her walker so she could come back and show her ID to prove she ordered and payed for her two sandwiches before he would release them to us.. There is a very distinct taste to subs in the Northeast US and Jimmy Johns is the closest you will find in the south! It reminds me of home. The service is incredible -- exactly as stated -- "freaky fast" and always accurate. I frequent this location of Jimmy Johns and they start making my sub when I walk in the door and I am diving in shortly after. What service!
