Apparently the lady put extra cheese on his sub even though I clearly heard his order and he never asked for extra cheese. The cashier (Sam Patel) who was apparently related to other employee started to yell at this young man and argue that he ordered extra cheese and had to pay for it. Finally after going back and forth with nice young man he tells him that he needs to be more careful next time he orders in here. Well Sam Patel and his related co-worker are Indian and their English was not very good at all. She tried to toast my sub three times even though I told her not to. So I walked up there and explained that yelling, arguing, and being rude is not the proper way to treat any customer. He then starts yelling at me explaining that young man was stealing from him... absolutely absurd!!! He says if people don't want to be nice he doesn't want them in his store... so he's is the owner as well. He was the only person in the store that was loud, rude, and obnoxious and yeah he's also the owner. I told him I would never return to his establishment and left. I called subway to complain about their franchisee... and the next day I get a call back from Sam Patel yelling and arguing with me on the phone about the situation again. Apparently the complaints go directly to the owner, who is the manager, and the cashier... So Subway gave the man who was confrontational my phone number just to argue with me again... Based on these actions I will never visit another subway ever... especially this one!!!!

I can only assume he does not like to make the Nacho Footlong because from the start when I ordered it he started rattling off a bunch of rules about ordering the sandwich. And when he says no substitutions it is no substitutions. The jerk wouldn't even substitute banana peppers instead of jalapeños. I don't believe banana peppers are any more expensive than jalapeños. It seemed to be just out of spite that he wouldn't fulfill my request. Oh, and don't try to contact Subway corporation. They have pretty well taken down all their feedback system when it comes to complaints. If I do go back to this Subway and that same man is behind the counter I will turn around and walk out.
