I went late in the evening, but service was great. I got the Italian eggrolls. Wow! They were amazing. I also got a small supreme pizza to go thin crust with the diovola sauce. Now, because back in the days, I would go out to Costco and pick up USDA Prime Ribeyes three or 4 cuts at under 45.00 (those were the good times). But it wouldn't be fair to compare this to that so for a standard family run affair, this place serves pretty solid steak. Though however the chef kinda went on the rarer side for my Medium Rare and if the cuts have so much fat marbling in them, it probably would be better for the steak to be grilled longer on the fat tissues. The corn sides were a little to sweet and wished they either cut down on the sugar, or use some heavy whipping cream or half and half to balance that sweetness out-- like real creme corn. The Bloomin Onions were a surprise. Over the past decades, I'd probably only order this appetizer at say Outback Steakhouse, but this dish does take the prize for a worthy starter here at the Cattleman's.
