Saw the italian advertised on tv. It looked really good. Went and got one and was truly disappointed. When I got home with it I thought that they had forgot to put anything on the bun. I could eat an Arby's roast beef sandwich every single day of my life and be very happy with that decision. Arby's is fantastic I love Arby's it is like the elite fast food restaurant feels like you're fine dining when you're eating at the Arby's. I eat Arby's when someone else picks where I am eating. It is never my first choice but this Arby's is not worse than other Arby's. They sometimes make mistakes, they always fix them. Their property and their dining room are always clean and in good order. The staff is always efficient and most of the time friendly. The food is also what you'd expect from Arby's. When reviewing a chain you have to take into consideration that it is a chain and they serve chain food. Nothing I've had has been terrible. Nothing I've had made me question the freshness of the food. The only bad thing I'd say about this place is that the incline of the driveway makes getting in and out awkward. I don't hold that against them but I'd feel remiss if I didn't let you know that in case you're in a tiny car or something. read more

Horrible experience tonight. There was no one in the lobby eating or ordering. Only 2 cars in the drive thru. It took over 10 minutes to get 4 sandwiches and 2 fries. Make sure you check your food before you leave. I had to go back in because they forgot 1 of my sandwiches. read more

First off their shake machine was broke. Second i ordered a fire roasted philly and all it had was meat and cheese and all of it was cold including the bread. It's supposed to have peppers and onions on it too. And it was nasty on top of that. They only get two stars because the girl at the drive through was really nice and helpful and patient and she is greatly appreciated. Now to get those cooks on board with the program. read more

This particular Arby's apparently has poor hiring standards that results in awful service. I live near this one, and have tried it several times, hoping it was a fluke that I got poor service before. Tonight was the final nail. The woman who brought my food out to my car dropped it along the way. Ok, no big deal. But she went inside like she was replacing the items that spilled, and came out with what I assumed was a restocked bag. When I got home, i saw my fry container had about 5 fries left in it, and she just stuck it back in the bag. I've had multiple terrible experiences at this location. It shouldn't come as much of a surprise; the workers talk like they're from the ghetto, and the service they provide matches. Save yourself some hassle, and just drive a little further down the road to a better location that hires better employees. read more

Food was hot and made up in a decent amount of time. Others seemed irritated about the length of time they were waiting on some items. I would give the restaurant a B flor cleanliness. The cashier said "welcome" and "thank you" and "yes sir." But the look on her face and the sound of her voice said "my dog just died and I hope yours does too." Arby's is expensive for fast food, but you know that going into it, and it's better than most fast food places. read more

Our experience here was an absolute disaster. I aways try to give places a couple chances to redeem themselves if I've had a bad experience, but I won't be coming here again. After nearly 45 minutes in the drive thru for no real reason, the wrong order, then being argued with at the counter over who made the mistake and flat out refusal to fix the problem, this is one survey ticket I'll actually be filling out. I think a major manager/employee overhaul is in need. read more

Ordered a French Dip in the drive thru. Get home to find out there was no au jus in my bag. Figuring they forgot it I called the store only to be taken to answering machine after ringing for a minute. Call back 10 times, same thing. Proceed to drive back to store, wasting gas. Only to find out that when I get there the cashier knows that I'm there for the sauce. I tell him that I called and the phone wasn't answered, he proceeds to tell me about how the AC isn't working, their credit card machine went down, and they're under staffed so the manager was working in the back and was too busy to see me. I tell him I should be compensated for the drive back there to fix their mistake. He says he doesn't know what he could do for me. Great. So now my food is cold, but at least I have my au jus. This place is mostly ran by high schoolers who have no concept of customer service or etiquette. read more

My son, daughter in law and my self went to this store this morning, we went to drive through. There was only one other car in the lot so they were not busy. My regular roast beef literally had ONLY 2 slices of roast beef on it, and my sons gyro sandwich had 2 slices, fries were old and cold. Ask for ketchup, no ketchup. We were already on the road before we realized we had been ripped off terribly. I will never go to this location again.
