And you don't need extra meat. This Philly was loaded! Almost needed a fork. Went with provolone , probably opp for cheese with more flavor next time. Fries were spot on and good. But really, you don't need them. I would have gone five but pepper seasoning (think of Montreal steak seasoning but spicy) was just a little too strong and overpowered cheesesteak. With that said, definitely will try again but less seasoning and maybe the meatball sub or hot brown.

Spoke to the the people who run it while waiting for the food and they seem like genuinely good people and are Definitely local business so it is easy to support that. From my understanding the long term goal outside of catering and pop up events is to grow to a food truck. Which I think would be great. The area needs a good Philly cheese steak food truck. For a sandwich and a bag of chips it ran around $10. Me and my wife both got Philly cheese steaks. I got mine without onions and mushrooms and she got hers without onions only. The steak comes with the meat, Mayo, cheese and ketchup. Decent sized sandwich and while it looked real messy was a pretty clean eat. I'll be honest. I'm not a huge Philly cheese steak guy. I seen this and thought I'll support local and give it a try. To double down on my honesty I was pleasantly surprised. This was a phenomenal Sandwich. Had amazing flavors and the ingredients mixed perfect together. I've tried some other local phill cheese steaks that's people swear by and I never understood the allure. With this one I can get it.
