    Drive thru during the thunderstorm

I'm rarely in this neighborhood, and the Arby's are always at least 25 min from my house, so when I saw I was only 3.2 miles away.... I heard my inside voice - "We've got the Meats!!!" It was raining cats and dogs and we may have even been under a tornado watch, but that could not deter me. Opted for the 2 for $6 and got the roast beef (no sauce) and the lamb gyro. The Roast Beef was good -- but it did not have that comfort smooth taste as I remember when I was a teenager. On the other hand, the lamb gyro hit the spot. Flavorful, just with enough dressing and a toasty pita bread. Was it worth the 700+ calories? Jury is still out -- but the craving was filled. The drive thru staff from start to finish was absolutely superb and on point. Other fast food joints should take a page from your training manual. Until the next craving in 2021....

    2 for $6 Traditional Gyros!

Like other Yelpers, this is not a chain that I frequent at all. But you have to admit, they have some hilarious, mega-marketing. I mean they market like any other big-chain box store restaurant. Ok, enough of that, now that we are here in the restaurant, let'e order! I want your 2 for $6 dollars Gyros, Curly Fries, Brisket BBQ sandwich, Fresh Squeeze Lemonade, 2 $1 dollar Chicken Sliders (everyday from 2p-5p). And to top it off, we waited 5-7 minutes for their freshly baked Cookies: OMG, Salted Caramel Chocolate Chip and Double Chocolate Chip (pictures below). Wow...those cookies were amazing, kudos to their Executive Pastry Chef for designing a tasty consistent product. REMEMBER: Weekdays 2p-5p is their $1 dollar menu! Go.

No mayo on receipt, loads of mayo on both sandwiches.

Ordered through drive thru and they got my order all screwed up. No mayo on receipt, both sandwiches have tons of mayo. Two order of potatoe cakes, received curly fries. Cleaned off mayo in pic but so much was on it hard to get all off. Ruined my sandwiches. See receipt.

A hair was part of the cherry turnover recipe as it looks , very poor safety procedures .

One of cherry turnover had a hair , there's a lack of safety procedure , it made think what other issue we as a customers are not able to see

Arby's is not the typical fast food place. In fact, Arby's doesn't even sell burgers. What they do is sells variations of sandwiches at fast food prices. Driving home from a long day at work, I decided to go over and try their Ultimate Angus Sandwich. The "new" version of the sandwich has Black Angus beef, three cheese, bacon while being smothered in a Parmessan Peppercorn ranch dressing. It also contains 660 calories, 330 from fat, and 33 grams of fat. In the picture used to advertise the sandwich makes any carnivore want to drool a bit. Just the mentioning of bacon and cheese alone did me in. However, what you get and what you see are two completely different things. If you look at the pictures the sandwich looks nothing like what they serve. In fact, I was only able to spot one of the shredded cheeses. With the buns closed one can hardly notice the meat. The whole sandwich is microwaved before being given to the customer, rather than toasting it. This really takes away from the flavor of the meats. I'd rather have it served cold in a warm bun. Lastly, the ranch dressing serves to add flavor to a lackluster effort. The sandwich at times felt dry going down. I really tried to like the sandwich, I went as far as to go on two separate occasion in a week span to the store on 20203 S.Dixie HWY in Cutler Bay to see if it was the cook. Though on the second visit I did get more meat, it still was not enough to persuade my opinion. Overall, I had to order the meal with a house salad rather than fries and adding the salad (cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and onions) to the Ultimate Angus Sandwich to give it more flavor. For something that sounds so amazing it is just not outstanding. The Good: 1. I can't really think of anything outstanding. 2. Instead of curly fries you can get a salad. The Bad: 1. The sandwich is about six inches long and has a rather large amount of calories. 2. For the price you can go to Subway and get something much better.

Men's bathroom. One room, one toilet. Could be long wait times during lunch time with 80 person capacity.

Have ate here several times, usually use drive thru. Employees take care of business in a prompt, efficient manner. Curly fries are fresh and well seasoned to compliment their sandwiches. Tried the max roast beef sandwich for first time. The large amount of meat brought the processed taste out, which is hidden in the classic version. The meat was a little cool which brought out the taste of the fillers. The larger meat serving size made it more difficult for the awesome arby's sauce to hide. Bathroom facilities are lacking, especially if you have the urge and the single hole is in use. Looks like they had to take out stalls in order to make facility ADA compliant. One of their in ceiling speakers was broken, creating a dinning distractor. Never had a problem with drive through window.

I wouldn't go back. Only went for the Good Burger. I didn't like it at all. My order was also wrong and I ordered inside.

The food was very fresh and delicious! The Cane sauce is my favorite because it makes the chicken tenders and fries taste 100 times better for some reason haha. The ambiance has some freshly new vibes they opened a few months ago which is great! I would highly recommend coming with your friends or family! The drive through moves pretty quickly as well. (:

This was a great first time visit and experience …read more I'd only heard about Raising Canes in passing from other coworkers who had dined here before and listened to all the great things they had to say. Let's start from the top shall we: The parking lot was ample and clean. There's a great covered seating area outside that allows for some appreciation of the south Dade trail breeze. I was greeted by Dayjah and Denice at the front who welcomed me and walked me through the menu. Tanicia rang me up at the register and she was fast and friendly. They were personable, amicable and welcoming. The food itself was delicious and served hot. I opted to couple the meal with sweet tea, as one does, but there's plenty of other fountain drink and lemonade options. The coleslaw was cool and crisp without being overly saucy. I like the crinkle cut fries that felt balanced in salt and texture. The chicken strips were JUICY while also crispy on the exterior. I made work of the dipping sauce and next time I'll ask for an extra one. My favorite part was the buttery sesame seed Texas toast. There's just something about that doughy goodness that ties the meal together. The music and ambiance in the dining area is inviting and there's plenty of interesting design aspects coupled with booths, tables and ambient lighting to make for a great dining experience.

Food, service and ambiance is 10/10!…read more My husband and I loveee burgers and we love to go around town tasting good burger spots and we can say this burger spot is legit delicious! It's in our top 3 burger spots, hands down. We came to eat today to try out this place for my first time as he has been here before. As soon as I finished my burger, I told my husband I'm writing a review for this amazing place immediately! We've gone to other burger spots in Miami and I was skeptical of all the hype since other places get hyped as well but has let us down. BURGER - single smash patty (my husband had the double patty), cheese, pickles, and sriracha mayo, we added bacon. Usually I like my burger with all the fixins instead of simple, but I gave it a chance anyway and I'm so glad I did! Delicious is an understatement. The burger tasted like perfection - well seasoned and juicy. We were content and satisfied once we finished the burger. FRIES - perfect, fresh, crispy, hot fries with cheese on the side. Fries were delicious at every bite. Cheese tasted good as well. Other places have greasy fries that have a taste of the oil they use, but this place did not! Fries were PERFECT. SERVICE - Everyone was welcoming, helpful and friendly. We had a positive experience and had great service from the cashier on the inside seating area. I love the fact that they served us on REAL plates. It gave us a warm, personalized welcoming feel and almost like if it was home made. This place also sells fresh meat, pasta, sourdough bread and other items. Everything look clean, organized and well kept in cool temperatures. I definitely recommend this place and my husband and I will be back for more!
