Lady at the drive through on tuesday, around 12pm was so kind and patient. The food was great, i loved the onion rings.

I went here because I received a mass mailing coupon for a free Charburger with cheese. The counter help was friendly, parking was easy and the order came up quickly. The inside had spacious booths and tables and was clean. The burger was good, almost TOO juicy. Tempura green beans made a nice alternate to French fries as a side. Went back today to give them another shot, same experience, food wise. The young lady at the drive through was very nice and gracious. Food, same issues soggy bread, lukewarm burger, wilted lettuce and tomato. Fries were excellent. Dont think ill ever go back. Had a double burger this time, at around 2pm. Came here for dinner and wanted to try it since it was new and it was pretty good! The staff was a bit slow to respond to take orders and they seemed a little confused since got an order wrong but understandable since they are still relatively new. Decently crowded which was good to see! read more

This location sucks, don't come here. The one on flagler is so much better. They make you place your own order on a computer which takes forever and is a huge inconvenience and probably the main reason I won't return. If you are going to a fast food restaurant, most people are looking for convenience, I don't work there and I don't get paid to input orders. As a customer I should not be forced to do this. When I asked the staff if they could ring up my order instead I was told no. Fries were burnt to a crisp, their sweet tea had no sugar in it and when I told the staff they did nothing to fix the tea so anyone coming in after me had no sweet tea either. The kids meals did not come with the little candy treat shown in the photos and they had no lids for the kids cups. Burger patties were dry and small. They looked nothing like the photos here. Finally got a chance to check this place out. Ambiance is nice, and fits the look of your standard burger restaurant. The place felt clean, and I hope they keep up on the standards. I ordered the French Onion, one of their specials. The burger itself was delicious. It had a great chargrilled exterior, and rich center. I was quite impressed. It's a pretty close call to a backyard bbq burger. I didn't like that you're required to put in your phone number to place your order. Literally, two minutes later I got a spam text. Was it just a coincidence? Probably. But still, you don't need my number to take my order. Service was good. I came toward the end of the night, and they were helpful. Did an order on the app. I got there to pick i up, and when I got home, some of the items were missing. Customer service was excellent. The burger I found to be a bit salty and the fried are just ok. With that said, I would give them another try and order a different sandwich and see if that's any better. read more

It's new...tried drive thru twice. Signs say made to order, but both times my burger was room temp but not hot...I really want a hot off the grill burger (are these grilled?) Tried fries and onion rings. Fries were over seasoned (burger under-seasoned) and the onion rings were fried so hard that they were inedible. My favorite part of the meal was my hibiscus drink. Sooooo if I have to decide between Mickey D's and Habit - I'm going to Habit..but Five Guys has a better burger and fries... I want to give zero stars. This was my very first order from habit burger, and it was a total failure! I ordered a BBQ Bacon Char, and even triple checked that I selected the one without cheese because I'm allergic. When I received it, it has cheese, so I called the restaurant, and the person I spoke to not only answered the phone with a monotone voice, a clear sign she didn't want to be there, and when I explained I needed a manager because my order was wrong, she told me to take it up with the delivery service, and she hung up on me. I was literally calling for a remake that I would have to eat the cost to go pick up, but I was dismissed. I guess that's all that place cares about- money! Damn the customer service, damn quality control, they take zero accountability for their poor service! read more

Tried the mushroom burger, double cheese burger, chicken nuggets, fries and their strawberry lemonade. Everything tasted fresh and was surprising good for it being a fast food chain. I noticed this location was opening soon and then saw signs they were open and decided to check it out. I've eaten at this restaurant in Tennessee before and liked it a lot. I like that they had screens to order from so you could skip the line. The shake machine is broken or not working already at the grand opening. That was the only downfall as I wanted a shake. The BBQ bacon burger was good and so was the mixed fries and rings combo. I paid about $14 for a meal here which is pretty average in the area. The burger was a little small but it was cooked well and very flavorful. Staff was nice and friendly as well. The place was busy and so was the staff. My table was dirty and hasn't been wiped between customers but I do understand they were just. I will try to come back at a less busy time. Also, the drive thru was not open yet. Wonderful Addition to the Neighborhood of Cutler Bay - The Staff is Pleasant polite & professional- Food is Outstanding , My 1st Visit of two visits I took the Liberty of ordering BIG started w a Classic CHAR burger no cheese , the Meat was Quality Patty grilled perfectly lots of flavor & Juicy also ordered the Ahi Tuna on Spur Dough Bread which was Seared tasty / delish w a Side of fresh Hot Sweet potato Fries ... they also accommodated me w a courtesy Cup to Drink water since sugar beverages / soft drinks aren't my thing . The dining area is bright Clean & orderly , condiments area maintained full w plenty of choices & stocked napkins etc . bathrooms are very sanitary plenty of Soap w modern fixtures - kudos to the Manager spoke to him on both visits sharing I was a loyal Habit customer having visited the Flagler & Pembroke locations emphasized to him that this new location is by far better & more Intimate than both .
