I came here yesterday and ordered the smokehouse brisket sandwich, and a medium fry. The fries were filled maybe halfway. I know it's not a big deal, but I would like to have what I paid for. The sandwich was pretty good and seemed like a good temperature. The restaurant itself inside was not busy at all, but they were pretty busy in the drive thru. The parking lot is a little bit strange and seems like the drive-thru should be on the opposite side. It's not like a normal drive-thru if that makes sense. read more

My husband's beef & cheddar had no cheddar cheese causing him to have to go back to the counter ask for it, the curly fries order had 2/3 curly fries the rest were bits & pieces pretty much scraps and my pecan chicken salad sandwich had so little filling that I was able to eat just one piece of the bread. We are scratching Arby's off of our eat out options. It's too bad, as my husband used to really like their food. In terms of speed, it was kinda slow for a fast food restaurant. Maybe it was because they were understaffed. Seemed slower than other drive thrus during this pandemic. It was pretty cool how they have a drive thru that's similar to a bank for contactless payments. I couldn't see who I was talking to the entire process from placing my order to receiving my order. Do with that what you will. Ordered a few different sliders with a side of sweet potato fries. I had no issue with the taste or the quality of my food. Will definitely come back to try the other flavors they have on the menu. The buffalo chicken slider was appropriately spicy while still having that crunch in each bite. The pizza slider wasn't salty with the pepperoni so I definitely appreciated that. Pepperonis can be hit or miss for me. Lastly the jalapeño pork slider was pretty good but would've liked a bit more kick from the peppers. The sweet potato fries were good. Nice and crispy. No complaints there. This place is run down and the owner should be whipped. I guess it used to be a bank so when you place your order and drive around, your food comes out of the old bank tunnel. You put your money in a cup. The overhead roof is hanging and looks like it may fall on your car. This particular day the raggedy bank tunnel didn't work so they sent out a carhop to bring the food and your change. I went inside because my order was incorrect and a The little bitches in there were very rude and need to be retrained on customer service. I highly recommend this place be torn down. This is probably the worst drive thru in the world. No seriously!! You'd think they'd convert what was once a bank tubing system into a pick up window. You place your order for food and then it's sent out in the old dirty bank tube system. It gets better, You place your money in a plastic cup, press send and then your food is returned. When the tubing system is broke, a Arby's employee comes out as if you were at Sonics. If you go inside all of the staff are filthy. Visible dirt on Black uniforms. You could see the BBQ sauce, ketchup or grease stains. Presentation is everything! The guy in the back preparing your food had his pants sagging as if he could care less about safety and sanitation rules. No hair nets.....etc., I guess you buy a sandwich and get a free glimpse of his gray underwear. BOGUF I'll google a closer one next time. Pass this dump! It went from one of the best Arby's around to one of the worst. I don't know what happen with the manager that was there last time I was there must've quit or been fired and the new manager sucks. I ordered two chicken sandwiches roast beef classic a fry and a drink and it took almost 12 minutes to get and the order was screwed up. I had big buffalo chicken sandwich and it was horrible, just absolute sloppy mess. read more

Staff is always super friendly, the drive-thru is fun because it's like an old bank, the restaurant and bathrooms are always clean (my husband has vouched for the men's), and it's Arby's so the food is great. read more

FURIOUS. First of all, the speakers weren't working so I sat there for a couple minutes trying to see if anyone was on the other side to take my order, well "we are having trouble with the headsets", so they "changed the batteries" and finished giving the order. Then driving around the corner, there was a young man waiting for my payment, and I gave him cash and card to do partial payments, and so after waiting another 15 minutes, I went inside and the young man started walking past the dining room with the bags, and asked if that was my order and he said yes, so I had him set it down in front of me, and I got a cup holder for my drinks, and asked for my payments back, I ordered food for my neighbors as well, so I had her card, but they only had my card wrapped in the receipt under my cup getting dripped on from the condensation. I asked where the other card was and the manager on duty, basically was looking at me like I took the card. She asked "Why are you touching other peoples cards if it's not yours?" I said ma'am, your employee handed me the card, which was mine, however i asked for the other card, and the manager said "I had them both wrapped up in the same receipt. So what is the problem?" I then told her there was only one card in the receipt, and long story short. She accused me of taking the card and let me say, I'm glad there were people inside because I would've lost it. Accusing guests of taking their own card? There has to be something wrong. BUT you know the most messed up part, one of the employees found the card, UNDERNEATH A CUPHOLDER TO THE SIDE OF THE COUNTER ON A TOTALLY DIFFERENT AREA. One word sums it up---SSSSLLLLOOOOWWWWW!! Seriously, this place takes the "fast" out of fast food! A turtle can serve me faster! After school gets out my son likes to stop there for a small roast beef and curly fries. Simple enough? You'd think so! We go in, order, and then camp out at the counter for the millinium! There is one person who takes orders, then disappears and never to be seen again. There is one who makes the food, after having to be called from the back to do so. Then that same person has to come out and fill the order. Talk about multi-tasking. At a snail's pace mind you. What also makes me sick is their appearance. The employees are young, teens to 20s. Female. Scraggily hair pulled back but not back enough, no hair nets. One mgr at another visit, she was making sandwiches with one hand, cell phone in the other, and then with the sandwich making hand that was GLOVELESS, she was wiping her sweaty forehead. Luckily it was not my order! After I order, I watch intently to see if anything unsanitary is going to go on with my order, which is my son's order, as I don't eat Arby's really. I only like potato cakes. Those are good. Average wait time is sometimes close to 10 minutes. And the drive-thru, forget it!! You might as well call in your order a week in advance! read more

This location used to be good. Now it's gone bad. Bad service and bad food. No horsey sauce dispenser! Dispenser was moved to a location far from and is empty. We would always come here for the rueben sandwiches because they were full of corned beef and the marbled rye was thick and fresh...no longer! Now the bread is dry and flat as smashed in a press. Check your order before you leave... and if you have to return your food because they screwed your order up the 1st time, check it again because this place screwed up my order not once, but twice.
