Worst food ever what happened to the quality of the food the French fries so hard unable to eat, bread on sandwich too tuff too chew full of sauce

Caddy at the drive thru to place your money and receive your order for contactless payments. The future of drive thrus.

In terms of speed, it was kinda slow for a fast food restaurant. Maybe it was because they were understaffed. Seemed slower than other drive thrus during this pandemic. It was pretty cool how they have a drive thru that's similar to a bank for contactless payments. I couldn't see who I was talking to the entire process from placing my order to receiving my order. Do with that what you will. Ordered a few different sliders with a side of sweet potato fries. I had no issue with the taste or the quality of my food. Will definitely come back to try the other flavors they have on the menu. The buffalo chicken slider was appropriately spicy while still having that crunch in each bite. The pizza slider wasn't salty with the pepperoni so I definitely appreciated that. Pepperonis can be hit or miss for me. Lastly the jalapeño pork slider was pretty good but would've liked a bit more kick from the peppers. The sweet potato fries were good. Nice and crispy. No complaints there. Not sure why so many other people left such bad reviews for this place. It was fine for what it was.

This place is run down and the owner should be whipped. I guess it used to be a bank so when you place your order and drive around, your food comes out of the old bank tunnel. You put your money in a cup. The overhead roof is hanging and looks like it may fall on your car. This particular day the raggedy bank tunnel didn't work so they sent out a carhop to bring the food and your change. I went inside because my order was incorrect and a The little bitches in there were very rude and need to be retrained on customer service. I highly recommend this place be torn down. Look at the photos.

This is probably the worst drive thru in the world. No seriously!! You'd think they'd convert what was once a bank tubing system into a pick up window. You place your order for food and then it's sent out in the old dirty bank tube system. It gets better, You place your money in a plastic cup, press send and then your food is returned. When the tubing system is broke, a Arby's employee comes out as if you were at Sonics. If you go inside all of the staff are filthy. Visible dirt on Black uniforms. You could see the BBQ sauce, ketchup or grease stains. Presentation is everything! The guy in the back preparing your food had his pants sagging as if he could care less about safety and sanitation rules. No hair nets.....etc., I guess you buy a sandwich and get a free glimpse of his gray underwear. BOGUF I'll google a closer one next time. Pass this dump! ThIS place will have you wondering if it's really roast beef your eating. Whoever owns this place should be ashamed. The managers should be retrained. Safety and sanitation is a phone call away. BEWARE

Went to try the Hawaiian fish sandwich. We purchased 2 and they both were smashed and looked like toddlers had put them together. Blah

Upon arrival we were immediately seated at a high top in the bar area. They had several big screen TVs on playing both sports and news. We came hungry and ordered a good variety of menu items including a few of their seasonal drinks as well as several shared appetizers. My favorite was the chicken eggs rolls. They really stuff them up and there's so much flavor. The dipping sauce is tasty as well. The lobster Rangoon was an accidental order, I asked the waitress how they were and next thing you know they were brought out to the table. I agreed to keep them and did enjoy them. They were a little pricey at $24 but I understand lobster isn't cheap. The bbq chicken pizza was ok but didn't have the bbq sauce flavor I was looking for. Good while hot but nothing I would order again. The side salad was literally just a bowl of lettuce so I wouldn't do that again either. I felt the menu had a lot of good options and choosing what to order was hard. Our server was great and the busser was attentive and helpful as well. I'm excited to have a place like this in the area. The vibey ambience, good service and overall yummy food makes me want to come back again and try more. Tip: they accept inKind which is a plus because I was able to save a little $ on the bill.

Yes I read the description but aesthetically the food looked inedible and the tomatoes weren't ripped. I don't even know why they are on the menu. They need to be revamped just crab, sauce, and avocado. Perhaps the jam on the side. I ended up order the bang bang shrimp and they didn't disappoint. They were light and weren't too saucy. The flavor was perfect. We also had the lobster rangoon. Those did not disappoint either. It taster fresh. My friend ordered the lobster roll and the lobster was fresh as well and had a good flavor. I had no issue with the burger, but for me personally I would add caramelized onions and jalapenos next time.

Honestly so rude and I should have just canceled the whole order. I called back to talk to whoever called me and explained that they had me confused with someone else and she then again proceeded to accuse me of it saying the phone numbers look the same.....I assure you wasn't me.... I paid for extra meat and all I wanted was beef and cheese and this is what they gave me for a $14 dollar sandwich. Unacceptable!!!!! I should've taken a photo cause it was a little startling, and unfortunate that they expressed so openly their political position and hate for Wokeness. I've heard some stories how they are true MAGA and slightly racist, but you have to experience it for yourself. You have to give a place a chance. And it saddens me the way I was treated on my second time back. Folks everywhere are just so sad and upset these days, every life has been disrupted in someway the last 10 years for multiple reasons. It's stressful out here, but it's also stressful trying to get good quality food with all the regulation changes. I travel out of the country multiple times a year and American food is just the worst. So I'll keep searching for quality in both the product and in the customer service. In some small way, it's good to know a store position because I don't wanna give them my business. It's so weird to fight against progress. And it's even weirder to think Wokeness is a thing.
