I had a good experience here. Maybe because it was still light out or I got lucky with the team I had, they were in a good mood, or all of the above. Some nice ladies were processing my food, drink, and other orders. I had the free sandwich a week deal and this time, I went with a Market Fresh sandwich because I know that they do a good job with the ones I've had before. The sandwich itself easily reasonably fresh. This cheese was fine but I don't feel it added to the taste of the sandwich. The ranch was enough for me and it was overpowered by the spicy pepper sauce I added myself because I wanted to try that sauce badly lol. Spicy pepper sauce and ranch do go together well but especially if well balanced. For their roast beef with cheese whiz, which I believe is what is used for their classic sandwiches, guess I'm not crazy about cheese whiz in general- like I can eat it, but it feels so cheap for me. So I tend to avoid the ones with that sauce in it. When I think of cheese whiz, I either think of pseudo cheese for kids or the overly rated has-been traditional "cheese" on traditional "cheesesteaks". My strawberry lemonade was fine and the staffer did try to shake it well, but it only blended in partially well. Service was quick. Restaurant looked clean inside. Reasonable amount of parking available. One thing that is ashame is that they don't sell salads and have salads or veggie burger as an option for a free burger for the weekly free sandwich coupon via mobile only (nor the regular menu either). During this month, I think they've stopped offering any sandwiches with king bread as well because of this coupon offering. The Tuesday of the following week, I came back here and was curious to try their Reuben and it was expectedly okay. At first, I thought there wasn't any sauerkraut because I thought the sauerkraut was part of the sauce. It did add to the taste of the sandwich, but very little. The beef was fine, but nothing superb about it. Very expectedly fast food quality. It was nice to try, but I wouldn't personally want it again. I ordered it mainly because of my curiosity and because of the weekly free sandwich deal through the app this month. Since the chain is based on roast beef, I don't know how well salads nor veggie burgers would roll over. I've never heard of vegan roast beef, but I'm sure people have done it and it's probably a more difficult delicacy to make because you don't hear about it. read more

Wish I could rate a zero because it would be deserved as I COULDNT EVEN GET FOOD. I tried to call on my way over to see if they were still making food as another location turned me away. Would not pick up the phone. So then I arrive and I waited over 20 minutes for someone to help me and the employee was ACTIVELY HIDING from me so she wouldn't have to take my order. The customer service was actually so pleasant, the employees were nice and patient as we looked at the menu because weve never been to arbys. We also had questions about the menu and their answers were very helpful. Today was college move in day at widener and it was actually amazing to be able to experience some out of this world good customer service after an exhausting day. Besides that, the food was so so good. The parking lot and store also looked very clean and well maintained, which was extra nice. Ive heard so many bad things about arbys and this food just threw all of that out the window. It was so good. Some over the best fast food ive ever had. Im so glad i came here tonight. My wife and I ordered from here via DoorDash. I literally laughed when I unwrapped my wagyu burger, because it was honestly the most comically terrible looking meal I had ever seen. The bun was smooshed and wrinkled, the burger was jagged and very over cooked. The lettuce was pale, old looking, there was barely any there. The tomatoes weren't any better. The burger itself was ... tasteless and almost painful to eat? Literally I mean, because of the jagged edges and the overcooked nature - it actually caused pain. Honestly, I am impressed that the employees here had the gall to let a product like this leave their store. The fries were just straight up cold. This whole experience has been awful. If I can give this Arby's a ZERO, that would be too good for it. First, this location is open until midnight. We parked to go inside, their doors were locked. We pulled around to the drive thru and the person taking our order was kind and was sure to make it known that our order will be "made to order" meaning to me is, it would take a minute but at least it will be fresh. I received the bag of food and it was not hot, which indicated to me that it was definitely not made to order. Anytime you order from Arby's it takes a minute for them to prepare your food. Well for this to be made to order, it was the fastest I ever got my food. I get home only to find jacked up curly fries that look like they have been reheated. My roast beef, well see for yourself in the picture below. What the hell is FLOUR doing on the bottom of my stale bun??? It was so much flour that I started scraping it off before I was totally thrown off that all this mess w my in the trash. I tried calling them yo let them know so I can bring it back and get a refund. I called at 10:45 PM. THEY NEVER ANSWERED THE PHONE. I called several times. That's when I decided to leave my review of this ratchet location on Yelp! No wonder there is never a soul in this spot but the employees. Bad Business!!!! Never again!!! This Arby's is spotlessly clean. The employees are kind and courteous. My daughter, her friend and I always get the chicken tenders with the crinkle fries, so it's always a 5 minute wait. But I'm fine with that, it's worth it. The last time it took them about 10 minutes. The manager gave us 3 free meal coupons because we had to wait, the food is always fresh and well cooked. I'd definitely recommend people try it now. The other reviews here are from years ago. It's not as bad as they older reviews say. Maybe a new manager since that time frame? Anyway, I'm very happy with this Arby's. Now the one in Clifton heights is a whole other story. Dirty, nasty.....I would only eat at the Norwood location personally. I have been here twice. The dining room was empty on both occasions that I visited. I have to give it to Arby's, they take the prize for having unique fast food dining room attributes. I remember visiting the Arby's in Delaware on Kirkwood Highway, it had a big screen TV and fireplace. That seems pretty random and atypical to the usual fast food restaurant dining room. You take notice more often than not when a fast food joint does something different than the regular tables and chairs.... and nothing else. This Arby's has cute little flower arrangements on every table . The flowers are fake, but who cares, they put forth the effort. There is also a big bell by the front door with a placard above it that states something to the effect of: "Ring bell if your received great service." Nice touch. Other fun features of this Arby's include the overly loud drive thru speaker so when I am dining in the restaurant I can overhear every single person ordering on the drive-thru lane. Have they ever heard of headsets? What happens when some drunk crazy person pulls up to the drive-thru speaker and begins to shout out obscenities? That could possibly create an uncomfortable situation for the soccer mom and her kids. The food is good, it's Arby's. Just like every other Arby's, they have a great track record of being consistent throughout their brand. read more

I'm here to report that the little flowers on the tables mentioned in the other review are now gone. There really isn't much here to distinguish this Arby's anymore, except maybe that the bell is still here. The servers weren't too friendly, the bathrooms weren't too clean, and in general I liked Arby's food much better 15 years ago. read more

We went through drive thru at 3:10 pm. no one answered the drive thru speaker. So we went to window and no one came , we knocked on window. Did this twice and we asked the worker outside if they were open and he said yes. So the 3rd time in drive thru and still no one. Definitely los our business. read more

Haven't had Arby's in quite a while, I see why this particular place gets 1 star, it shouldn't be open. 2 cars in line (me being the second) and the fries were cold, tried the boneless chicken, COLD!! You only had 2 cars in line!!! Horrible management of this facility. I hope this is not what ALL Arby's offer. Came to this location by chance, not very busy so there was no wait. Staff was friendly and prompt. Ordered a number 6 Got it to go and as I was walking out the cashier came out to me to bring me my fries. They forgot to put it in the bag. I only write reviews I feel strongly about.Just got the "Bacon Club" & felt it worth a mention.This SANDWICH WAS AMAZING! SOME of the bacon was sweet with a BBQ flavor- SOME of the bacon wasn't-it was just normal bacon.Put it all together and with the sauce & lettuce & tomato in the sandwich is a bacon lovers dream come true! You GOTTA try this! ALL of the bacon was cooked PERFECTLY - NOT too crispy (PERFECT)! & NOT undercooked & fatty! Like I said - was AMAZING! Hope I get the same cook next time, cuz this was my first time.Dont know how they do things - hopefully it ALL tastes the same!
