This location is always busy but boyyy are they speedy. I often think is this food really fast food. Yes but it's cooked slowly lol I don't know how true that last statement is but it seems like it. The food is piping hot literal steam seeps when you bite the sandwich and the fries taste just like a potato so you know it's real. I love the chicken strips and sandwich because it's authentic chicken mean not gmo here and thank goodness cause we're would we get slow fast food. My coworkers and I happened to stop in for lunch the other day. We had no idea it was Cow Appreciation Day. Needless to say, it was udder mayhem (see what I did there). Even with the packed parking lot and a super congested queue, the line moved quickly. The place was so packed, there were zero places to sit. Unfortunately, we had to take our food to go. By the time we got back to the office, our fries were soggy and everything was just eh. I'm sure the lack of seating was due to the Eat More Chicken promotion for Cow Appreciation Day, but I can only rate based on my actual experience. Chick-fil-A definitely had enough staff present to expedite the large crowds taking advantage of the free entree with costume, although we only saw a few people dressed up. Last weekend I went to Chick-fil-a and had the best experience. Usually I go in and have like a normal get my food and go experience. But this day, I walked in and saw the girls bagging working so hard to catch up, and they were doing it with a smile on their face. When the one employee Larissa walked over to hand me my order, she was so kind, complimented my outfit and told me to have a great day. When I thanked her for her kindness, she said my pleasure. I got expired lettuce in my wrap. I bit into it and it tasted funny. When I looked into my wrap it had the most putrid smell and the lettuce was a dark green and extremely slimy. On top of that, I was waiting for them to bring my food out to me 10 minutes after the app said that an employee would bring it out. When I went in it had just been sitting behind the counter. The service is fast, and the staff is friendly, professional and very respectful.Its very clean and there is always available seats for party of 4 or more inside. They have enough parking space for a fast food b. The drive tru line sometime is backed up depending of the time and it's admissible for an establishment that provide outstanding service.If you have little one they can be playing in the indoor playground all year around. I hate to bash a business on yelp especially a wonderful company line Chick-fil-A but wow this location is lacking. I've ordered from here numerous times and no joke most of the time they screw up my order. I've in the past asked for no pickles and they literally labeled it no pickles but guess what..there were pickles in my sandwich. This last time I ordered using mobile app and asked for waffle fries with my order. NO WAFFLE FRIES!! Lol I was livid because I'm about a 12 min drive from this location. Its the closest Chick-fil-a to me, staff here is hit or miss. Some of them are totally great, helpful, listen, and know their job inside and out. Others however seem to be content with just pushing some buttons. Not sure if they are new or are in need or more training, but I've had my order taken incorrectly more than a few times. Absolutely love Chick-Fil-A ! I'm from Los Angeles and go there often!!! I loved how they have mouthwash, and touch free paper towels, soap & faucet. But what I did not love and what I absolutely cannot tolerate, is the NATS on the inside walls of the restaurant. Sitting inside at a booth eating my food I had to constantly fight with the NATS. Then when I was almost done I look up and they are all over the wall! I brought it to the managers attention & she said "I know we have a bat problem, we aren't sure where they are coming from but we called an exterminator" my guess is from the humidity. I know. I know. This isn't haute cuisine, the typical establishment I usually try to review here on Yelp. It's neither hip, cool, trendy or cutting edge. It's fast food. That not-so-good-for-you food I used to live on. (See Spurlocks's Supersize Me or the one that put the nail in the coffin for me called Food INC.) Yet, there are times that circumstances call for an occasional trip to a fast food spot. Yesterday was one of those days and Chick-fil-A was there to answer the call. I mean, they invented the damn chicken sandwich, right? They wouldn't present alternative facts would they, being all religious and everything? To me it seems presumptuous to make that claim but businesses have been doing that since the beginning of capitalism. They CAN claim a fine chicken sammy better than any fast food option. I always go NUMBER 1 SPECIAL: sandwich with the pickles, waffle fries and Splenda lemonade. The news recently reported they brine that chicken with pickle juice but who cares? It tastes great. The waffle fries are consistently good. And the lemonade rocks. But what sets this place apart is the nice lady who helps in the dining room, the above average staff handling the ordering process.They elevate the fast food experience. She stops by to see if I'm done (not yet - there's one weird deformed waffle fry left). She asked...Do you want more lemonade fat boy? (That's not what she said but I'm eating all this fried food she should have). I respect they close on Sundays. This is a STILL a free country to worship any way you choose. I hope it stays that way. I'm not so sure about some of the other stuff but that's on them, not me. For fast food, this spot is doing a great job. read more

Thought I was going to enjoy a nice meal of Chick-fil-A I picked up on my ride home from work. Boy was I wrong I wouldn't give this place a second chance if they were the last place to eat on the face of the earth. Not only did it take a year to get my food I ordered via the app for curbside once I got it I drove home 30 minutes to find they gave the completely wrong order to me. The proper receipt on the bag and only two thing that I ordered were in my order. I got about a quarter of the price in food and it was all the wrong food. Normally the service here is excellent. Note the the word normally. I went today and waited in line at the drive thru for 19 minutes. As I approached the kiosk to order, it changed from breakfast to lunch. The time was 10:31. The person inside the box told me there was nothing left for breakfast. Bulls--t. Since I rarely go anywhere cool, I make it a point to review the unreviewable fast food joints, that I inevidably find myself frequenting. Chick fil a has always been a stand up establishment. There is no doubt that they are offering a superior product. The chicken is excellent, waffle fries are a welcome change from limp fries, and their non- sandwich options are plentiful. Add to that good shakes, and now breakfast! and there isnt much to complain about the food (except their lack of onions...ask Aaron O about that one) Much is said about the religious views of the owners and thier decision to close on Sunday. While it can sometimes be a pain in the ass, I applaud it. Its a bold move in todays, " Gimmie Some Money" consumerism. In Europe , its hard to find a gallon of milk on sundays , and I believe its why those countries are much more family oriented. Ive also heard its a great company to work for. A friends mother worked for CFA and she told tales of Employee appreciation days at Hershey park (or possibly other parks.) Sean and I both ordered the chicken sandwich meal with a cookies and cream milkshake and add lettuce and tomatoes for both sandwiches.. Mine had a side salad w/ranch dressing instead of fries... Chick-fil-a is my weakness. I usually am not too fond of fast food, and am not a huge fan of chains in general. I'm not quite sure which factor it is that makes me like this place. Maybe I like it because I grew up with it in the south and have good memories of it as a kid. Maybe I like it because it's not as processed as other fast food joints. Or maybe it's because white meat chicken, breaded and fried in peanut oil tastes good, and just thinking about it makes me want to drive over there right now, and I've already had it twice this week! Regardless, the crispy, slightly sweet and salty chicken is tasty and it keeps me coming back for more. I prefer the original chicken sandwich with some Texas Pete hot sauce or Chick-fil-a buffalo sauce over the the nuggets, mostly because the nuggets cost more of the twelve pack, and the eight pack isn't quite enough for me to get full on. The char-grilled chicken sandwich is tender and topped with fresh lettuce and tomato. The bun for it is a little fancier than the other sandwich. I add some honey roasted BBQ sauce to it, and I'm good to go. The waffle fries are pretty good for frozen fast food fries. I really enjoy the chicken biscuit for breakfast. It's the same chicken as the original chicken sandwich or the nuggets, but this time on a hot, fluffy buttery biscuit. It's the only thing that can make me get up early on a Saturday morning. It can't be good for you, but it tastes oh so good. The tater tots in the morning are a bit too salty and greasy for my taste though. When I've got to go from work to grad classes at night and I'm exhausted and hungry, this is my go to place. I've never received cold food from this Chick-fil-a. It's always hot and fresh. I have to give them props because as many times as I've been here, they've only screwed up the order once. That's a pretty good track record, because when my schedule is crazy, I'm here one to two times a week. read more
