I like to order the grilled chicken nuggets, which are juicy and flavorful; I love the waffles fries, which are always hot and even though I LOVE homemade mac n cheese I do acquire an appetite for Chick-fil-A's mac n cheese occasionally. I just got to go here recently as it had been too long! Years have passed since I hace gone here last not on purpose but because it happens, it's life. I almost didn't go this time but my buddy suggested we go here before heading to the mall (the food court at the mall is usually very pricey!) so we stopped here. It is pretty roomy at this establishment, plenty of room to sit down and eat (or go by drive-thru which is usually packed!). All around it is a nice restaurant and you go up to the register or to the queue before you can make your choices to eat. The worker was quick to take our order. Then we were seated and before we knew it we had our food. The food was ok. I was starving bit I guess because it's fast food I feel like they held back just a little about making the food tasty or memorable. I still won't stop coming here. Maybe I will get the classic regular chicken sandwich again next time (I had grilled) and was also glad at the service that was always available here. I appreciated my stay here. Food was good but the service was impressive. I hope they get a lot of grateful customers for that alone. It might even be faster to go to the grocery store, buy something, and then cook it than wait in the line for Chick-Fil-A. I've not been inside this location until that day. I have always opted for the drive through and this one particular day it was so long, so we decided to dine in and would love to come back. Not only was this place crowded but the employees was able to turn the tables over fast for the next customers walking through the doors. This is a very busy location, but they seem to really have their act together. Friendly, courteous servers and hosts make this restaurant a very enjoyable experience. Nice touches including people who walk around the room asking if you want your drink refilled or want your trash removed for you. Other fast food chains can learn a thing or two from Chick-Fil-A. This location has plenty of parking since it's in the same lot as Target. The inside is not very big and there is no playyard for the kids (son's complaint). The chicken tenders are on the small size so cross your fingers they give you bigger pieces so your kid is not hungry :) Drive thru customer service is top notch. They have a well oiled machined which is perfect for two ordering windows. Had breakfast here this morning to check it out. Not impressed. Had the chicken, egg and cheese on a bagel. First time at this Chick fil A, and it felt good. It was clean and the employees were really nice... Witness something today and felt people should know about it. While we were eating, a lady came in and spoke with the manager briefly... Her car broke down and I guess she needed help moving her car out of the way. He takes a look, then sends three of his employees out to help... A fourth employee runs out to help his coworkers get the car moving. How amazing is that.. There aren't that many kindhearted souls around.. So when I saw that, my jaws dropped. These young fellows are terrific! read more

This is my go - to fast food spot. I honestly don't like to go anywhere else (MD, TB, KFC and those type of places) I feel that this place always serves up good quality chicken that I know I can trust. The customer service is almost always perfect but I definitely do feel as some of the staff (mainly the younger high school kids) aren't the greatest at times. My go to is the spicy chicken sandwich and or spicy strips. But honestly anything there will work for me! I have yet to try their salads (which they all look great and healthy) but the chicken is too good to not get when you come here haha. I think my biggest down side to chick fil a (and this is really nothing to freak out about) but I hate that they use styrofoam cups. Bad for the environment and I don't like the feeling...haha. The truth is, if I had to choose my last meal on Earth, and someone gave me two choices between eating the finest gourmet meal cooked by Georges Perrier, or a Chick Fil A sandwich, I'd stare at that sandwich for a long time before choosing the gourmet meal. Like many Chic-fil-a restaurants, this one gets insanely busy at lunch and dinner. And the location right off of busy Baltimore Pike can add to the craziness. Still, having been at these times, the staff does a good job of keeping the customers moving in and out. This location finally opened after being renovated for a bit. It's a lot easier to follow the lines at the register counter, and service seems to be as fast as it was. I'm always impressed by the drive-thru staff's ability to move the line that sometimes wraps around the building. This Springfied location has gone down hill in my opinion. For the last two visits the sandwiches appear to maybe be left over from the previous day & re-heated, The chicken in my sandwich was like eating a rubber tire. Very tough to chew.
