I was out running errands and decided to swing by Arby's to try their $7.99 box. I ordered through the app: fish sandwich, fries, a drink, a peach cobbler roll, and two mozzarella sticks. That's a solid amount of food for $7.99. No complaints there. And listen... I REALLY wanted to try that peach cobbler roll. TikTok has been hyping it up like crazy. The app said my order would be ready in five minutes and that I could head to the drive thru. I pulled up in exactly five minutes, and my food was ready. Hot and fresh. Love that for me. The fish sandwich was good (though I probably should've added cheese). The fries? Always on point. The mozzarella sticks had that satisfying cheese pull we all hope for. And that peach cobbler roll? Whew. So good. Like... actually good. I'm glad I got to try it. Now let's talk about the Diet Dr Pepper. It was crispy and very fizzy, no issues there. I only gave it another shot because of that girl on TikTok who made up a whole jingle about Dr Pepper. After a few sips, I remembered why I'm not really a fan. But that had nothing to do with Arby's , it was not flat. The server at the window was friendly, and there were no cars in the drive thru, so I didn't have to wait at all. I hadn't been to Arby's in over a year, but this $7.99 box brought me back. So when people ask, "Who is keeping Arby's in business?" It's me. I'm people. Their food is always on point. After a long day at work and hungry, I thought I stop by. Thumbs down on food, quality, and appearance. Curly fries tasted like cooked in old grease. The making of the brisket sandwich was no respect in preparing " slop fest" burn covered in sauce, meat on the side look like it was just thrown in the box. It's common knowledge I would assume, the actual meat is nowhere near the amount you get that's on the pictures. Taste was ok on the traditional Greek Gyro , pita bread was a little doughy for me and the beef gyro didn't taste right. Store was clean, service was quick and friendly. read more

I my husband and I visited at a local hotel overnight and were very hungry. My husband went through the drive thru. The girl at the window was rude. She got all bent out of shape when he asked for a cup carrier. Then she shoved the food in the bags to him almost having the food fall out of the bags. Then it was really weird. The sandwiches were good. My fries tasted like....kid you not....sweat! I couldn't eat it. I have never had fries taste like someone's body sweat. So very nasty. One my favorite quick stops in Ocala, it's always sparkling clean inside. Even the sauce pump area always looks like it has not even been used. Quick friendly service yet it's never that busy. Food is made fresh, I had the king Hawaiian this time it was fantastic. I love that sweet Hawaiian bun perfect pair for a roast beef sandwich. The only downside is sometimes the soda fountain is miss-calibrated. But if your a ice tea person it will be flawless. read more

Even though I had a bad experience, after speaking with Scott the general manager and showing him pictures of the food that was being served he is doing his best to make things right. An absolutely delightful and perfect experience. Walking into a fast food restaurant can be questionable at times. You never know what you're going to encounter. I encountered clean lines, a clean restaurant with everything well stocked. Shhh. What's that you hear? Nothing! No noise from customers or employees. There was no slouching at the register as the employees stood tall waiting to politely take your order. Okay so the roast beef has only improved slightly, but it is what it is and it's sometimes a guilty pleasure. I was delighted to also notice that they have a "happy hour" from 2-5. $1 for sliders, small fry or beverages. The beverages included shakes so I chose the new chocolate mint. I highly suggest it. We were at the Ocala, FL location on State Road 200 for lunch. Food and service was great! We left and was in a store when we realized my daughter had left her retainer at Arby's and that she had probably dropped it on the floor when she took it off to eat or I had thrown it in the trash. We rushed back, and it wasn't on the floor. Mikey, who had waited on us earlier saw me looking and inquired whether he could help. He checked his dust bin, as he had been sweeping, but it wasn't there. The GM, Scott Hardesty, asked what was going on, and I told him. He said he would go through the trash, which I had not expected anyone to do, but he insisted. He got to the bottom without finding it and asked what she had eaten. I told him chicken & fries, and he proceeded to start opening up each napkin wadded up in the trash and found the retainer! I am very appreciative of Mr. Hardesty's efforts and those of his staff, including Mikey and Gina, who reassured me while Mr. Hardesty was looking for the retainer, as I was embarrassed that Mr. Hardesty was having to go through the trash even though he was more than willing to do so. I am so thankful and grateful for the kindness shown to me, and the willingness to go the extra mile for me, as I am sure they do for all their customers! These employees are a great asset to Arby's! This Arby's location exceeds all expectations with service and food! The staff is unfailingly pleasant and helpful. The restaurant is bright and tables are cleaned immediately after guests leave. Again. just the typical fast food restaurant but the Chicken Club Sandwich I recently had was pretty good and service was quick. The parking lot is small though and if your parked near the drive-thru you may get locked in during the lunch hour. Just warning you. My meal was not good today. The young lady that took my order was being helped by an older man who was very mean. I had 3 orders total. He bagged all 3 then put them all in 1 bigger bag. Well you know fires stay hotter if they stay in the box that they were put in. Steve put my fries upside down in the bag so they spilled out and were COLD by the time I got back to work. He seems like he was pissed off with someone. Maybe me!! Then I was waiting for him to ask if I need something he walked back and forth never even looking at me waiting. If this man is the kind of person you want managing your business. I WILL NOT BE BACK. This the second time I ordered the Kings Hawaiian Brisket both times is was bad Very bad.
