Probably want go back, that was the first time we had been there in several years because of our last experience was not good either.

We were a party of five and pretty patient although hungry from our travels and ordered drinks. Most ordered beer and others ordered water. The waters came out promptly however the drinks came out about 25 minutes later. The restaurant overall wasn't busy so we weren't sure as to why the drinks took too long. The waitress and staff had little patients with anyone. We hadn't even ordered our food and someone came out with a tray of food trying to serve us however we kept teller the waitress that we didn't order the food. The response was more so rude that we inconvenienced them until another waitress had to direct them to another table. After our first round of drinks we decided to order another. However, the waitress ended up coming back saying that one of the taps ran out. They didn't even try to see if there was another keg in the back to replace but to just come out and tell us there wasn't any more beer. The person that ordered the beer replied with ordering a glass of wine and before they could tell the waitress what type of wine they wanted, the waitress walked away. Slowly but surely the drinks came out with the exception of the wine. When we inquired on the wine, the waitress said that the bartender works on their own time so we'd have to wait on the bartender. Few moments later the bartender came out, apologized and then asked what type of wine one of us wanted. The food was okay. I opted to share a meal with someone else and it came out alright. Let's just say that the service could be worked on.

This was my first time trying Rally's since there isn't one in California that I know of. I had a…read morelarge order for three people and was attracted to their 2 for $4 and 2 for $6 menus. I got a Double Rally Burger, Spicy Chicken Sandwich, Chili Dog, 2- Fish Sandwiches, Garlic Parmesan Loaded Fries, three drinks, and 2 - Strawberry cones in a cup. We were in the line ordering for like forever and when we were done, told to wait at a red cone. Yeah, there was no cone. There were two red poles in two different locations so we just stopped at the first one furthest from the window. The window, there was no one in there. It took a few minutes and all of a sudden a girl showed up and walked inside. Took here a little while before she put on her headset. She started to dish out the food and it seemed like everything was there. The bags were so stuffed that it was hard to tell what was what or take anything out to see. We got back to the house and started to separate the orders. My Rally burger had mayo on it though I asked to not have it on there. I really do not eat that stuff so I ended up having to take a paper towel and wiping it off, adding mustard to it. I heard the fish was good but it was not. Popeye's fish sandwich is so much better. Fries were overly seasoned and a bit hard. The Garlic Parmesan fries had bacon on it though I asked for it not to as I don't eat pork. I had to give them away and that was the one thing I was excited about. The strawberry ice cream was like none other I've ever seen. It was not a bright pink kike you get anywhere else, it was a brick red, clown nose red. It was weird. The drinks were even off. We initially wanted to go to the Chinese place across the street but settled with Rally's. I will never go back there, it was a huge disappointment.
