First of all I want everyone to know that I'm grateful for there to be a ChickFilA in Pine Bluff. I think that it's the best thing that could happen for the city. The food is good and the team members are always nice and very friendly. I usually never get discouraged when I see the long lines at any CFA because I know that the line is going to move quickly but not at this location. At this location if the line is long you're going to wait. The line slowly inches forward but you better believe you're still going to wait. Service is SLOW and you actually have to check your bag to ensure accuracy. Not sure if things are dialed in yet with them opening not so recently but rest assured this CFA is super slow and your order is almost guaranteed to be missing something. read more

Took 40 min in the drive through. I went inside to talk to manager and ask him if he knew how unacceptable 40 min in drive through for fast food was and he looked at me with a blank stare. I've yet to visit this location without an issue. Whether it's slow service, incorrect order or missing items - something is ALWAYS wrong. Today, it was missing items AND incredibly slow service (and the place was almost empty). It's just not comparable to any other CFA I've experienced. read more

A little before 5pm I placed my order online. I was in Watson Chapel. I get to the restaurant and check in the drive thru. I sit in 1 line(2nd line is not open) for a long time. I'm next in line and the car ahead of me places 2 orders in the drive thru. I'm picking up a mobile order. The car ahead of me gets 2 bags of food. I pull up, my order(chicken sandwich, nuggets and fries) is not ready. Please pull up. 3 other cars behind me in this line gets their food and go around me. 5:42 I finally get my food. The service has always been friendly. And the wait time is never too long. However, I usually end up having to go back inside for the rest of my order since they're never handed out right. I've learned to check the bag(s) before I leave now because something is either ALWAYS missing or incorrect. After having this happen 2x, I learned my lesson. read more

Absolutely friendly staff. No issues there. The food... ordered the spicy chicken sandwich meal and the 12 cnt nuggets meal. Sandwich and nuggets old, stale and cold. Fries cold and likely left out to unthaw, turn stale and they fried them anyway. Waste of money. Management needs to correct this asap! read more

Don't get a bowl of soup at the Chick-fil-A on Olive in Pine Bluff unless you only want a half bowl. I complained and was told by an employee, with poor people skills, that they go by a fill line. If that's the case, why do all the Little Rock Chick-Fil-A restaurants in Little Rock give you a full bowl. Obviously keeping a good customer is not important to her. read more

I tested the theory on Saturday 16-Dec-23 at the Pine Bluff Chic-fil-A. 1337 - arrived in drive thru 1407 - order taken (30 min) 1423 - received order (16 min) TOTAL TIME 46 min in drive thru! Great location and staff! The food was fresh and I will be back. This location is off the highway and a perfect stop for Chick-fil-A. My food was hot and my sides were fresh. I went through the drive-thur and the exterior was beautiful. The landscape is neat and the drive-thru line is well-organized. read more

This Chick-fil-A has to be the worst out there. I've been maybe 4 times now and never gotten through the drive through in under 30min. This includes the last time I went at 3 in the afternoon when it almost empty, and it took them 30min to get through 3 other cars and myself in the drive thru. I even mobile ordered which means nothing because you still have to go through the one open line they have with everyone else. This place is full of employees standing around doing nothing. A disgrace to all other well run and hard working Chick-fil-A locations out there. read more

Worst Chic-fil-A in the country. Been several times and it's not getting any better. Super slow inside or in the drive thru outside. We always get the wrong food or we're missing food or drink. I've never gotten food from this place in less than 20 minutes. read more

Fast service! great ambiance and clean to dine in. Absolutely great food and reliable staff

The chicken was cooked too hard. I went through the drive thr. The young lady took my card, ran it, and told me to proceed to the window. I gave the guy my name, he said he needed to run my card again. So gave it to him. Got the food and left. We are from out of town and travel to Little Rock every 6 months for my husband's follow ups at UAMS, so we headed back to MS, cleaned out the car on my way home, threw away the receip. Got home, and found out the lady charge my card $5.51 for the sandwich, and the guy charged me another $15.46, for what? I've called the store and talked to a manage. I was told it was going to take some time to investigate since I didn't have my receipt (no, I didn't look at the receipt when I got it, was trying to get back on the road. My bad). I have learned my lesson about trusting and keeping up with receipt, but it still doesn't make what the guy did ok, and doesn't reflect well on Chic fil A. I'm disputing the charge with my bank, but I won't stop at that place again read more
