We ordered caramel macchiatos and she let us know how long it would take her to make them. Unfortunately the internet went down when it was time to pay and we didn't have any cash. She took down my name and phone number and let me know she would send me an invoice. I was shocked, we live in California and that would never happen. We left with our macchiatos, which were delicious, and in about an hour I received an invoice which I promptly paid. My only complaint was that I was not able to leave a tip. Service like they definitely deserves a tip. If you're in Pine Bluff please do yourself a favor and visit this coffee shop.
