First, I wanna start this off with the fact that this was the WORST fast food experience I have had in a very long time. It took about 15 minutes to even get to the speaker (they had one car) and by the time I got to the speaker the lady who took the order had a horrible attitude. I excused that because you know what, I thought to myself, maybe she's just having a bad day, I work in fast food myself, bad days do happen... but i excused it until what i'm about to say next. We tell her we have a mobile order. Didn't even ask the name of our order an immediately said "Oh yeah we haven't even started working on that yet it's gonna be awhile" MIND YOU i placed my order 10 minutes prior anyway, but whatever. She then finally asks the name, and I told her my first name because I didn't know she needed my last and she YELLS at me about it. Then she says "I NEED THE LAST" and "You can pull around but i would probably just come inside because it's gonna be awhile". I place my order for DRIVE THRU. I placed my order 10 minutes prior to even showing, I am not gonna come inside, especially if I am lowkey in rush, and have a hour drive home from work. Then, it took us another 15 minutes to even get to the window. mind you AGAIN that there was just my car, and one other car this whole time in line. We get to the window and she tries to charge me for the wrong order?? which made no since because there was no other cars in line at all. We tell her we have a mobile order and she YELLS AGAIN "I TOLD YALL TO COME INSIDE FOR REAL" she slams the window shut, and oh guess what, my mobile order was ready and sitting on the counter? She hands our food out and starts cussing and mumbling stuff we could barely even understand her. and get this... THIS WAS THE MANAGER WHO WAS TREATING US THIS WAY. I was absolutely BAFFLED. I try not to write bad reviews because as I said previously, I work in food, and I know it can a bad day sometimes but this was like absolutely uncalled for. Also my fries were ice cold, my cheese sauce was clumpy and cold... the store was dirty and the atmosphere itself was just not great. Extremely disappointing. read more

I got the Hawaiian fish sandwich. It was overloaded with mayo on both sides of the sandwich, the cheese looked to be old( it was dark orange and hard) the fish was not even warm, for as long as I sat at the window , I thought I was waiting for it to come out of the frier. Nope! Had I not waited till I got up the street to stop to eat ( thinking it would be somewhat hot) I would have handed it back to the manager. It was way too messy to eat. Arby's is a fast-food sandwich restaurant chain that has locations across the United States and in several other countries. Their menu lists roast-beef sandwiches, hamburgers, chicken sandwiches and wraps, sides such as fries and chicken nuggets, desserts such as cookies and milkshakes, and beverages such as sodas and lemonades. My husband and I were very hungry and were short on time, so we decided to order Arby's food through their drive-thru. An employee promptly and politely took our order, and after several minutes, she handed the food to us. (Unlike some of the other reviewers here, we did not see the employees putting on any entertaining shows!) We ordered four sandwiches, and each one cost several dollars. Here are my reviews for our sandwiches: Deluxe Wagyu Steakhouse Burger - 4 stars - This wagyu burger is available for a *limited time.* The patty actually contained 51% American wagyu and 49% ground beef. Other ingredients were American cheese, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onions, burger sauce, and a brioche bun. I liked that this burger did not drip grease, and it tasted good. Pecan Chicken Salad Sandwich - 4 stars - This sandwich is also available for a *limited time.* Slices of honey wheat bread were filled with a mixture of chicken, grapes, apples, celery, pecans, mayonnaise, and lettuce. The ingredients were fresh and tasted good. Greek Gyro - 4 stars - This gyro consisted of pita bread that was filled with gyro meat, shredded lettuce, red onion, tzatziki sauce, and Greek seasoning (no tomatoes at my husband's request). My husband ate all of this gyro. Classic Beef 'N Cheddar sandwich - 4 stars - This sandwich contained roast beef, cheddar sauce, and ranch dressing. My husband seemed to enjoy this sandwich. Please note that these foods tasted better than they look in the photos! I think that the sandwiches got squished in the wrappers and bags. read more

This is the closest Arby's to our home and convenient being along McKnight Road. I don't go too often, but every once in a while you just need those curly fries that you can't really get anywhere else. So I stopped while shopping this weekend and picked up a Jammocha shake since it was hot. No line when I pulled up and the staff were friendly while getting everything right. Can't say that about some fast food joints *cough* McDonalds *cough*. read more

After attending an after work event that served heavy h'ordeuvres that weren't very appealing, I was H U N G R Y driving home. With lots on choices available on McKnight Road, I quickly eliminated everything on the southbound side and any that required me to get out of the car. Arby's won. Wagyu beef is now on the Arby's menu!!! Believe or not, it is a really good burger. I generally don't eat fast food. I would go back and eat it again. The crinkle fries not impressive. read more

I love Arby's restaurants, but you're better off popping open a can of Fancy Feast than attempting the food from this location! The "roast beef" smelled awful and disintegrated into what essentially looked like meat powder, as opposed to the delicious thin slices of roast beef you can get at any other Arby's location. Average fast food, clean store, poor service Upon entering and standing at register, was ignored by several employees- no be with you soon or any verbal or non-verbal acknowledgment by 3 employees that walked behind the counter. Finally one of them, a middle aged lady, with a poor attitude waited on us and got the order wrong. read more

Drive through was backed up. So my dad and I went inside. Employees were swearing at each other and walking out on the job every couple minutes. We waited 40 minutes for a roast beef sandwich, so they threw 3 coupons at us. My dad was traumatized by the experience. Terrible read more

wonderful service. the lady at the front counter was obviously very overworked, but she was wonderful and helpful and so so kind!! our food took a little while, and we didn't complain but she gave us coupons for a free sandwich anyways!! the place was clean. the booth was squeaky, which was noted by my boyfriend, but it was quickly overlooked when we received our food and it was "yummy yummy in our tummies" as he said. read more

: A true Arby's experience   To whom it may concern at Arby's home office. I am not a member of the media but I thought I would go over a series of events today, 7-4-19, at the Arby's on McKnight Road in Pittsburgh Pa around 1pm.  My wife and I go to Arby's in the Pgh area for fish sandwiches, gyros, chicken sandwiches, etc. many times a year.  We went in today on McKnight Rd and ordered the 2 for $5 chicken.  I then asked the cashier at the counter for our two free small curly fries as part of the Pgh Pirates' promo regarding stolen bases from the previous day's game.  The cashier (who said later that she was another manager there) stated that the offer was only good for that day's game.  She said that for night games you had to come in before a store closed that evening to get the deal.  I told her that this was not correct and showed her on my phone the rules and that you had to come in the next day to claim the deal.  I asked for the manager and she said she was one of two managers there at that time.  The second manager said the main office would not allow her access to that function any more on the register and that the main office also told her the deal was only good for that day's game anyway. I asked her for the district managers name and phone or to call that person and she refused to do either of these requests.   Also she said that we were raising our voices and asked us to leave or she would call the police.    We again asked for the deal and we would then go. ( I had already paid for and received our chicken.) The taller manager then called the Ross Twp. police but we were in the right so we were going to wait until they came.  The cashier/manager said directly to me that I was begging for the free food and she said directly to my wife that my wife was too fat and did not need the free food anyway. The police came quickly and we spoke with an officer and a sergeant for a time inside and outside of the restaurant. As we were walking out the door with the police, my wife saw the two managers looking and laughing at us from behind the counter. We then drove off. I know we are just two of the many millions of customers that Arby's and the Pittsburgh Pirates (by association) have in their markets, but to be treated so poorly and insulted in front of everyone in your establishment as the normal and approved employee/customer experience and interaction process apparently 'is what it is'. The cashier doesn't seem to realize that what he enters for the customer's name for the order also prints on the receipt. Oops. He might not have been totally awake, considering that he did get the order wrong. The place doesn't seem to get much business, and it's easy to see why. read more

Slowest drive through ever !!! I was in line 15 min and still had not made it to the window . 2 cars still in front of me !!

I made the mistake of not saying yes if I wanted my receipt. All i ordered were 2 sliders, a pepperoni and buffalo chicken. They microwaved them so long i could barely eat them. I ended up throwing them away. It was nasty and totally turned me off to Arby's. At least this one. What a waste. Stay away....lazy. Next time I'll be sure to get a receipt when i get fast food so I can get my money back when they give me garbage. It's up to the manager how they prepare the food and apparently he doesn't care. read more

Wow. I just went in the evening and attempted to redeem the Pirates promotion and the cashier did not know how to do it, and the evening shift manager refused to fulfill the promotion, stating incorrectly that she cannot accept it from yesterday's game, I had to have a same day ticket. Another customer told her she was incorrect, and to give me the food, and all three female employees began yelling at him. In fact, the one girl became so hostile she was being held back by the other two. I walked out with no food, and the employees yelling at the remaining customers in the store. I even had customers apologizing for the way I was treated in this store. Do not visit here in the evening when they have employees that don't care about the customer. read more

It's f****** Arby's! What's there to say about it. It's roast beef or it's not this is food to put in your stomach. Better than McDonald's or any other fast food joint. What is fast food so what are you really want for it. Not a whole lot to say for the place except again it's better than McDonald's but not really better than Wendy's. LOL read more

You can expect most fast food restaurants to be predictable, however I've received incorrect orders on more than one occasion. Food is always Arby's-esque, and I would venture to say it's good for what can be expected form Arby's. Staff is generally friendly and drive through service is prompt. read more

This Arby's makes me mad. It's on my way to work, and the only fast food place I hit on that side of Mcknight before I get to work. I do really like Arby's, but this one is the absolute worst. I've tried it about 5 times since I started working there, and every time has been a dud. They never give you the sauce you ask for. They are incredibly slow every single time, and they owe me a medium french fry and 2 cheese sticks. I never bother to complain, because I feel like this Arby's is too far gone to save unless they got all new employees and management. read more

Got the 2 gyros for $6 and a brisket sandwich. Asked for extra sauce for the gyros, on the side. What I got was one sandwich with just 2 little pieces of meat, the other had a fare amount of meat. I had asked for extra sauce on the side and what I got was no sauce on the sandwiches and a little cup on the side. The brisket sandwich was ok, but not a lot of flavor. read more
