The Bridgeville location is the newest Chick-fil-A to open in the Pittsburgh area. It's been a long time since I ate at one of these fast food places so my husband and I decided to check it out. As we were driving into Char Valley shopping center I noticed the first left where you could normally go into the place was blocked off by a police van. My guess is that he is there to control the traffic patterns for the drive through but it makes it a pain if you plan to dine in as we did or drive over to the shops on the far left side of the plaza. Nevertheless we looped our way around and managed to find a parking spot. They have two entrances into the eatery. We walked through the dining room over to the ordering area. A counter lady took our order and gave us a stand up plaque to identify our meal once we sat down. She gives you your drinks right there. Make sure to tell them if you want any sweeteners for your beverage since I didn't see them in the condiment area. Likewise let her know of any sauces you may like. We both ordered the grilled chicken filet sandwich along with waffle fries meal. The dining area is set up with a blend of high tops and regular sized tables. I didn't see anyone cleaning up the tables until we were getting ready to leave. I also noticed that they put the cleaning wipes by the garbage cans which really would not be a great place to do so if you are sitting down to eat. We didn't have to wait too long for the food and they served it on a tray. The chicken was good but seemed a little cold-possibly from sitting out. The waffle fries were delicious as always. My husband found the same thing to be true with his meal. Considering the place was packed with people we just went ahead and ate our food. I liked the ketchup containers in that you can open them either for dipping or for pouring on your fries. The honey mustard I got for my sandwich was good but did have a slight kick to it. The atmosphere is welcoming and inviting. They even set up a beautiful Christmas tree near the dining area. Premade orders sit on a table in this area. I can see why the drive through is so popular. Possibly for sanitary reasons when dining in. Either way should I ever go back here or at one of their other locations then I'll make sure to bring my own cleaning wipes. Chick-fil-A is a chain restaurant you can find throughout the area. Pretty much they are all identical and work the same way. They are closed on Sundays. This location is easy to spot from Rt 50 since it is near the entrance to Char Valley shopping mall. Open for breakfast and lunch. They have their own parking lot or you can park nearby in the mall area.

Very slow service and the Chicken nuggets at this location are sometimes very small leaving me feeling cheated when I go there unlike the other locations that I go to. Also the location of this store is terrible for traffic reasons.

Give my man elias a raise NOW please food was amazing. I could've bought 12 mils and keep kept eating. It was probably the best Chick-fil-A. I've gone to the lights. Look really nice too. I've seen this one person Elias walking around just cleaning everything. It was amazing. His service was amazing the floor spotless. I mean, you could lick your finger and put your hand on the floor, and there would be no dust.

They have two lanes, but when I was there only one was open (so there was a slight wait). You could actually clearly hear and understand the person through the speaker which doesn't always happen. The menu is fairly limited (you can basically only get chicken tenders or a chicken sandwich) so the only choice is how many fingers and if you want a combo or things individually. I chose a three piece box which comes with a piece of bread, the tenders, crinkle fries and a sauce. While I really enjoy their fries and think their chicken strips are great, it is a bit pricey for fast food. Generally, though, the process was easy, my order was right and the place looked clean.

We decided to go inside because this location had the worst parking lot and drive through I've ever experienced. There isn't a lot of room to ride around and get the proper format of getting through. It's designed kind of off. So you have to be careful of you end up back on the road and having to drive further away to come back on the right side. It's easier to park and walk inside. Anyway ... the ambiance was nice. Everyone was friendly and efficient. We selected the box meal which consisted of 4 fingers and fries along with a drink. I'm not the biggest chicken finger fan. These were good but nothing exceptional. The sauce makes the meal. The sauce is really the star of the show. It's a chipotle, old bay type flavor that has an awesome taste. We were headed back on the road, so it served as a great meal to be on the go. The restaurant was very clean and all the items you needed were on the counter and fully stocked.

We both get our favorite drinks but today the girl came out and gave us the wrong drinks. She gave us something with strawberries in it and they were both half filled. We told her that the drinks she gave us were not our drinks and she started giving us attitude for no reason. We were very nice telling her and I showed her my order through the app and she went back in. She brought out the rest of our items still with an attitude like we did something wrong. She gave us our drinks and my slushy is mostly melted and a little bit frozen. the other drinks don't have a lot of what we were asking for. I also got an ice cream but she forgot to give us the spoon for it so we stopped her while she was walking passed still giving us attitude. When she came back she gave my bf the spoon but while walking off she started to give him the stink eye for no reason. This was one of the worst experience I have ever had at a sonic and it's really sad that this happened. I understand when your busy you get frustrated bc of how busy you are but if your customers are being nice about you giving them the wrong order it doesn't call for giving them attitude and a stink eye in the end. I hope this sonic gets back on there feet and have better customer service!

First of all the service by Mike couldn't be beat. He is friendly and efficient and introduced us to other regulars, which made it extremely comfortable. Another ordered chicken fingers. I love their black bean cakes, so had them on top of my salad, which was also delicious. Prices are, in my opinion, moderate. With the exception of the chicken fingers, the food is considerably elevated bar food. Great food, great atmosphere, and warm and friendly service. Definitely on repeat.

What arrived was one person in a personal vehicle and a small pull cart. It turns out that that was all my $400.00 had bought. I had expected the delivery person to bring a second or third round of food from their vehicle...but no. The portion sizes were obscenely small. We ran out of meat and rice after 10 people were served. I had to scramble and purchase $120.00 worth of pizza so the boys would not starve. This was for some of my son's football teammates. In addition the meat, esp. the chicken was dry and tasteless, it looked as though it had been sitting around for hours. I replied to a "please share your experience" email and subsequently spoke with Danelle Greco, Dir. of sales and marketing. As with all calls of this nature, she tried to convince me I was wrong, that the service was exemplary and she regaled me with tales of the past catering success. All of which meant nothing to my experience. Eventually she asked what she could do to make things right. I asked for a partial refund, (at least cover the cost of the pizza I had to order). At this she balked and said she needed to speak with her boss, Mike Geiger. She said he would call me that day Oct. 17 2025. She also sent an email confrming the same. As of today, Oct 21 2025 I have not gotten a call or email from Mr. Gieger.
