The Bridgeville location is the newest Chick-fil-A to open in the Pittsburgh area. It's been a long time since I ate at one of these fast food places so my husband and I decided to check it out. As we were driving into Char Valley shopping center I noticed the first left where you could normally go into the place was blocked off by a police van. My guess is that he is there to control the traffic patterns for the drive through but it makes it a pain if you plan to dine in as we did or drive over to the shops on the far left side of the plaza. Nevertheless we looped our way around and managed to find a parking spot. They have two entrances into the eatery. We walked through the dining room over to the ordering area. A counter lady took our order and gave us a stand up plaque to identify our meal once we sat down. She gives you your drinks right there. Make sure to tell them if you want any sweeteners for your beverage since I didn't see them in the condiment area. Likewise let her know of any sauces you may like. We both ordered the grilled chicken filet sandwich along with waffle fries meal. The dining area is set up with a blend of high tops and regular sized tables. I didn't see anyone cleaning up the tables until we were getting ready to leave. I also noticed that they put the cleaning wipes by the garbage cans which really would not be a great place to do so if you are sitting down to eat. We didn't have to wait too long for the food and they served it on a tray. The chicken was good but seemed a little cold-possibly from sitting out. The waffle fries were delicious as always. My husband found the same thing to be true with his meal. Considering the place was packed with people we just went ahead and ate our food. I liked the ketchup containers in that you can open them either for dipping or for pouring on your fries. The honey mustard I got for my sandwich was good but did have a slight kick to it. The atmosphere is welcoming and inviting. They even set up a beautiful Christmas tree near the dining area. Premade orders sit on a table in this area. I can see why the drive through is so popular. Possibly for sanitary reasons when dining in. Either way should I ever go back here or at one of their other locations then I'll make sure to bring my own cleaning wipes. Chick-fil-A is a chain restaurant you can find throughout the area. Pretty much they are all identical and work the same way. They are closed on Sundays. This location is easy to spot from Rt 50 since it is near the entrance to Char Valley shopping mall. Open for breakfast and lunch. They have their own parking lot or you can park nearby in the mall area. read more

Very slow service and the Chicken nuggets at this location are sometimes very small leaving me feeling cheated when I go there unlike the other locations that I go to. Also the location of this store is terrible for traffic reasons. read more

Decided to make a first visit. For the life of me I couldn't figure out how to get through the drive thru lanes and I had to turn around. It was dark and 7am so I had a good chuckle and turned around and figured it out. Alan took my order & answered a question I had with one of the breakfast meals. What a kind, happy guy. I made it to the window & it's not actually a window, it's like an open area where the employees can walk out and take your payment and give you your food. There are 3 ordering lanes that look like they reduce down to two. Once I approached the payment area Alan greeted me, took payment and gave me my food. My food was hot and fresh & I totally appreciated Alan's friendliness, he's a great employee. I look forward to trying this place around lunchtime to see how efficient it is. read more

3 stars is the highest rating I give for fast food chains. This Chick-fil-A is a new restaurant located in Bridgeville, PA. It is apparent that they have just opened recently and are still working the kinks out. The food itself was hot and fresh, and the expected quality that one would receive from any Chick-fil-A location. The service was just extremely slow. I'm sure this location's service will only improve with time. In the meantime, I recommend ordering ahead on the app for carry out and avoiding the drive thru. read more

Just a heads up. I love Chik-fil-a and I love your food, but I was planning to stop at your restaurant Saturday February 11th until I saw about 3-4 of your employees petting a dog in the parking lot in uniform and one of the employees was on her knees. I don't know if they washed their hands before returning to touch food and serve customers, so I decided not to eat at your establishment. Regardless if you're a dog person or not; as a restaurant employee this is unacceptable, unsanitary and needs to be called out at this location. I live in the neighborhood and frequent this plaza. The worst Chick-fil-A I have ever had. This place is garbage. The fries where over salted could not eat them. The sandwich was okay. Not worth the money. I will never be back here again. From now on I will go elsewhere. I use to like coming here. Rubbish and disgusting. One member of staff was very rude to me. I have worked in customer service for 25 years and give 10/10 to everyone of my customers. I am never coming back here again. Plenty of great places to get chicken in Pittsburgh. Okay, so I'll start by saying I understand the location is new, and that's it's only "fast food"- but everyone knows Chick-fil-A is held to a higher standard than all other fast food chains. It is what it is. This is my second attempt to enjoy a meal from this location. Both were equally bad experiences. The first time I let slide, because again.. "they're new"- but long story short, my entire meal was wrong. Fast forward to today, they asked my name at least 12 times. So I thought "there's no way their are getting it wrong today"... I was wrong. My "grilled nuggets" were breaded- aka not grilled. My #1 meal didn't come with fries (literally the only reason I actually stopped in the first place, super upsetting), the condiments weren't in the bag, and I even asked to make sure! Then to top it off- they didn't give me a drink, haha. I started to drive away and actually realized that though. After I said something, he went and got it. So literally the entire order was messed up. The drive-through line was also pure chaos. Get it together, Bridgeville. Chick-fil-A has a reputation to live up to! read more

I'm giving this 2 stars just because it pains me to write something bad about something I love so much. The service is just awful. Slow and they forget things every single time I have given them a chance. No straws in the bag and then when i asked her for them she hands me one - for two drinks. The nuggets - they were small and overcooked AND is there a seven count? What's that about? It's supposed to be EIGHT, thank you. Dude, don't get me started on my lemonade. It's literally not supposed to taste like this. Like, at all. At best this can be called tap water with a squeeze of lemon. It was flat out disgusting. I'm so mad that I'm out almost $3 for something I can't drink because I don't have time to run back there before I go to work. The managers have to read these reviews, or the owners? Same great chicken sandwiches as other locations, just be prepared to wait a long time for your food. They've been open now for over six months so the kinks should be worked out. We waited in one of the mobile pick up spots for over 20 minutes. I then had to go in and ask about our order and wait a little longer. It wasn't even that busy. I understand it's a "new" location and all but come on. Drive through is a pain in the a**. Whoever thought the design of the drive through was a good idea was wrong. Last month right before Christmas we stopped in and got some spicy deluxe meals. The following day I was diagnosed with food poisoning. Tonight we decided to give it one more chance. We both got cool wraps and just trying to get them to understand my order through drive through felt like I was pulling teeth.
