Very slow service and the Chicken nuggets at this location are sometimes very small leaving me feeling cheated when I go there unlike the other locations that I go to. Also the location of this store is terrible for traffic reasons.

Give my man elias a raise NOW please food was amazing. I could've bought 12 mils and keep kept eating. It was probably the best Chick-fil-A. I've gone to the lights. Look really nice too. I've seen this one person Elias walking around just cleaning everything. It was amazing. His service was amazing the floor spotless. I mean, you could lick your finger and put your hand on the floor, and there would be no dust.

For the life of me I couldn't figure out how to get through the drive thru lanes and I had to turn around.

They have two lanes, but when I was there only one was open (so there was a slight wait). You could actually clearly hear and understand the person through the speaker which doesn't always happen. The menu is fairly limited (you can basically only get chicken tenders or a chicken sandwich) so the only choice is how many fingers and if you want a combo or things individually. I chose a three piece box which comes with a piece of bread, the tenders, crinkle fries and a sauce. While I really enjoy their fries and think their chicken strips are great, it is a bit pricey for fast food. Generally, though, the process was easy, my order was right and the place looked clean.

We decided to go inside because this location had the worst parking lot and drive through I've ever experienced. There isn't a lot of room to ride around and get the proper format of getting through. It's designed kind of off. So you have to be careful of you end up back on the road and having to drive further away to come back on the right side. It's easier to park and walk inside. Anyway ... the ambiance was nice. Everyone was friendly and efficient. We selected the box meal which consisted of 4 fingers and fries along with a drink. I'm not the biggest chicken finger fan. These were good but nothing exceptional. The sauce makes the meal. The sauce is really the star of the show. It's a chipotle, old bay type flavor that has an awesome taste. We were headed back on the road, so it served as a great meal to be on the go. The restaurant was very clean and all the items you needed were on the counter and fully stocked.

Its a decent serving size for an appetizer. I enjoyed it. The nachos were surprisingly tasty. When they came out I was unsure about them because any other time I've ever ordered a loaded type nacho they're, how do I explain it, more colorful I guess. Usually its like bacon and American cheese, guac, pico, etc., but these were just shades of white and green. I wish I could've finished them but the portion was quite a bit for 1 person. My only gripe would be the chicken. It reminded me of the meat you get in a launchable. I think I would rather prefer a crispy diced chicken. But that's just me. The other 2 didn't have any complaints about the Rival Stix or the burger. The Chicken Tenders were said to not have much flavor in the breading. The person who ordered them didn't care for the breading. I was also tempted into some sort of creme brulee donut I think. It was really good but I was already so stuffed from the nachos that I couldn't finish it. Its for the sweet tooth folks. The general space is all sports themed as expected. Quite spacious. Seems like the perfect place to come after work for a beer...and nachos!

The burger was juicy and the Rival Sauce was some kind of aioli that added some zip to it. The fries were crispy but not overcooked. The Great White Hype pizza was basic. Nothing outstanding, but not bad either. I have been to this location three times and I would say the food has been hit-or-miss. Service has also been spotty. During lunch (my first trip), our waitress was very attentive, drinks were consistently refilled, and our food came out promptly. The second time, I had to flag down our waitress quite several times to get anything. Nothing to complain about when it comes to the prices. Everything is standard and they have some solid happy hour offerings that extend until 6:30pm while others start after 7pm. On a scale of 1-5: Food - 3 Service - 3.5 Price - 4.5

This makes for some longer wait times, but also ensures you get a hot and fresh sandwich and fries. This also makes for higher prices. I ordered the chicken cheesesteak with fries and a drink. At $14 it is a little much for food court food. You can get a meal at Red Robin for cheaper, so I'm not sure how long this place will last. However, the flavor made up for the cost. The bread on the sandwich was fresh, the meat was tender, and it was one of the best chicken cheesesteaks I've had in a long time. The fries were also pretty good. With the limited options in shv, this is definitely the place to try if you don't mind spending a few bucks.

You can edit your toppings and pick your own cheese. I guess it depends on which employee is making it and which toppings you choose, but if you want a big, cheesy, meaty sandwich with lots of calories this is a good place to try.
