I used to love this Arby's. I don't jnow what happened but I haven't gotten a good order my last 4 orders. Food wasn't what I ordered and what I did get correctly was cold fries and 2 chicken wraps, one of them buffalo, with the hardest chicken you couldn't chew it up. I was there around 5 o'clock 5pm on 4/20/24 and I thought since it was early instead of later like I normally go it would be a little better for dinner hours. Not the case today. I give up. Tired of wasting money. Two of the sandwiches I ordered were with a coupon from a prior order. I orders half pound of roast beef sandwich and a reuban. 09/10/2024 around 630 to 7pm time frame I went to the arbys on Emerson drive and I had a coupon for a free small fry and a cup of cheddar. I asked if I could get a small water and they said ok. I got up to the drive thru windows and the girl gave me the food and shut the windows. I waited and a guy opened the windows and I asked again politely for a cup of water and I got 3 dirty looks from 3 different employees. The one that took my order...the guy getting the drinks and a bagger lady. When they handed me the water she had a mad look on her face and didn't say anything even after I said thank you. Just came from the Arby's on Lynn Station Road sandwich must've been under the light for at least an hour. Had trouble even chewing it. WOW!! I wanted to look at the Arby's menu to see if there was anything new...NOPE! Didn't happen. I had to sign up. First agree to terms, then sign up. There was absolutely NO way to see the menu. Just amazed at how much money Arby's spends on TV advertising. Product looks so good on TV! But things are different at the Andover Kansas Arby's. This place has never been great but they went out of their way To make our visit such a disappointing visit. (Eat in-7:40pm) we were the ONLY customers in the restaurant for 15 minutes. Our Curley fries were just a bunch of scraps and cold...not hot..not warm.. average length of fry was probably 3/4-1". No joke! Just a bunch of cold scraps.
